I highly doubt they would lock his account or provide any personal information based on your word alone. Using this logic, anyone could get access to someone's personal data, which would be a violation of the exchange's privacy policy.

I received CardSellerN1's PM how do I draw conclusions about the Binance address belonging to CashApp247. I decided to explain this publicly so anyone can check including Binance supports.
This is a $10 payment txid to CashApp247 for the first account purchase.
A few moments later like the way most centralized exchanges do, the balance will be swept to an address that is none other than the Binance hot wallet address based on the label on bitinfocharts https://bitinfocharts.com/bitcoin/address/bc1qm34lsc65zpw79lxes69zkqmk6ee3ewf0j77s3h
This means the address that accepts $10 bitcoins on the first txid is CashApp247's binance deposit address.

it looks like Cashapp247 used the binance address to receive payments from you. Idk if the Binance account he used is his own, it should be verified too.
You are not gonna get his personal info (like name, address, etc) from Binance unless you have like a police warrant, a court order or something like that. And I doubt you are gonna be calling the cops for help with this, considering the kind of business you two have been doing. And FYI, buying and selling personal KYC information and verified accounts online is illegal in most places around the world.

Got it. So the OP did not sent back the fund even did not sent you the account details what he was talking about. Its clear that you always went upfront but the OP cheat you.
This is actually a good lesson for you. You are looking for a low price and scammer is taking this room to cheat you.
Dont make deal without using escrow.

One weight straight down (from cashapp) and other got scam warn after receiving money.
So he manage to trick me paying him 50% upfront for fully verified account that worth 100$
I did nothing else than accepting his terms, paying his 50$ upfront but then he starts to ignore me.
As seen above, i tried contacting him from different accounts just to see ( i already know he is online) will he answer me.
He start to milk me for more cash he can 40 30 20 whatever he can get from me which i refused of course.
He think that i own him some more money for the account to provide it to me but the fact is that he offered 50% upfront and the rest 50% after.
Anyway, when i refused to deal with him anymore saying i don't want this account anymore, i wanted for the 50$ refund, fuck the 10$ he scammed earlier and of course he ignoring me.

I can see that you just have sent the account details. But where is the proof that he did not pay you? You should provide proof of he is ignoring you or something else. Without the proof, it's unfair to tag him.
