my home PC is running windows 10 and it has gtx 1070ti x 2 units
then I've added one RX580 to mine cryptonight coins, I have installed card,  install blockchain drivers, flashed the card, it seems it is working ok, the only bad thin I've noticed afterburner do not shows voltage for amd rx.

In fact the price has grown over time. And has the same tendency. For example in the beginning of 2017 the price was just a bout over 1000 usd, in the beginning of 2018 the price was more then 7000 and same behavior was fr previous years..

Yes, you can do it easily
Just set what gpus will mine ETN in miner with -d option
ccminer -d 0,1 - this will allow 2 card working for specified algo
and then start another ccminer -d 2,3,4,5,6 - this will force other 5 cards to work on diff algo

Sometimes the m2 adapter itself could be bad and depends what are bios settings
for example you should try to disable all internal and unused controllers and set gen2 or gen1 for pci-e version

If you run polarisbioseditor.exe and load there your bios it will automatically detect which memory your card has and even offer good timings..
So all you need apply those timing and flash the bios

I'm afraid mining deeponion with gpu card is a really bad idea.
The x13 algo is very good for asics and they are mining with a high speed.
So if you want to have some onions, your best way would be just mine some other coins, sell them for btc and then buy some onions for those btc.

Well, the best strategy for them is to buy several china's models, repack them into different case and sell to check the market, if it there.
So if they will choose this strategy, then they can "manufacture" different asics for different algos

Actually I think the most important question  is the price, the RX560 is a "cold" and do not consume too much power, so that is why I think any cooler will be enough, so just buy the card you can source for better price
