If you share or try to teach them your experience when it is not solicited for, you would have succeeded in just fooling yourself. As much as you want to give advice and share your experiences, first know who you are sharing those experiences to, because some persons will not value the experience no matter how much you try and they will only see you as wanting to impose your opinions on them so sometimes it's good to wait for this advice to be solicited for.

This is meant to be an interactive discussion, I like to hear how you think on the very simple question of the factor that keeps the wealthy looking for more ways to make more money.

The wealthy are relentless in their pursuit for money, they are intentional about it, you read and hear regularly on the news about a new business or company that a known wealthy man around you is setting up, they are always up to something new, seeking more ways to increase their source of income. So I was thinking, what really pushes these people?

Could it be competition? Like competition among their fellow wealthy men, one trying to be wealthier than the other, but I heard that there is no competition at the top.

Is it fear of getting poor again? That could be a really good reason to want to keep working to get more money.

Is it just discipline? like they are already used to the habit of seeking methods to increase their income, the kind of discipline that got them wealthy and so they do not know how to relax after one successful business has been set up.

Could it be the expenses and lifestyle? like in trying to keep up with the bills they have that are big like maintenance cost for their PJ's and Yatch etc, they need to get more money to maintain the lifestyle.

What other reason could there be?

Developing a game from scratch will require a lot more resources than enhancing an existing one that may just require some few tweaks to major characters or color changes, and slight upgrades that require less work.

There are some upgrades that are more expensive than others of course, but I still do not think to the extent of developing something new.

I am more concerned with Manchester United's performance against smaller teams than against the bigger teams who I think the usually psychologically match each time they play. The problem is that with smaller teams they usually underate them and that affects how the game goes. If Manchester United can start ensuring that against the smaller teams that they win their games, they can end up in top four by the end of the season.

The have some current setbacks though with the injury to Cunha who has been very active in their attack. If Manchester United can also work on finishing off chances they create, they will be a scary team to play.

I think the value that your land will have will depend on the location that it is and for your calculation, a land valued less can exponentially increase in value should a form of development come to that area.

If we dey talk say make person invest wisely, I feel say e dey okay to try get investment for land and for bitcoins too.

The advice I will give to someone who is in his 70s and doing well will be different from the advice I will give to someone who is in their 70s and still struggling financially with life. For someone who is doing well my advice would be for them not to hurry into investments, but calculatedly invest what they can loose. While for someone still struggling financially and at that age, and considering their health, you begin to wonder if they will be able to handle losses or a drop in the value of bitcoin after they invest. I may advice them to first seek a viable source of income, because investment na for person wey dun first chop.

Manchester City are going through a phase and to me no matter the player that they bring in to help the team they will still not be as good as they were two seasons ago because the era has passed. The era of football is moving more towards the teams like Liverpool Arsenal and Chelsea, currently Manchester City's best chance is to ensure that they keep qualifying for the Champions League because from the very few games they've played this season and the amount of money they've invested into the clubs without any visible results, I do not think that they will be able to win the Premier League.

Currently not all Adults have bank accounts. In fact if you think of it, the really senior citizens, the Octogenarians and even Nonagenarians have no need for it because they cannot operate one, then there are those who are in the deep rural areas where the closest available bank is miles away. Hugo Ekitike has had a good start to the Premier League, in the next game, he will face the best two CB's in the EPL since the last two seasons.

I consider the electricity challenge to be the biggest challenge of all because if you speak about technical know-how as a challenge, that can be learned, and if it is as regard government policy, I don't think our government takes a lot of things seriously and you may even be ignored so long as your mining activity does not become a nuisance to others. In terms of electricity supply which is epileptic and sometimes not up to sufficient capacity to power equipment you will face a lot of challenges on that aspect except you have capital intensive solutions that will help you scale through, otherwise as a typical Nigerian you have a better chance trading and investing in Bitcoin to profit from it.

Even if you are able to accumulate a lot of bitcoins, you will be looking to invest some in real estate considering that there's a lot of available lands for purchase in Nigeria. For that particular reason that is the availability profitable land to purchase in Nigeria especially in developing areas that can hold significance in the future, land for the next couple of years particularly will remain a better store wealth in Nigeria. There are some factors that could make this change of course and that's include increased insecurity, crisis and natural disaster of course. If in your region where you occupy in Nigeria there happens to be an increased insecurity rate, or even crisis that can force relocation of people in that settlement, then Bitcoin becomes a better store of value for you. This applies to you who is a citizen of Nigeria living in an area that is prone to natural disasters like flooding etc Bitcoin is a better store of value for you.

A trader friend of mine laughed when I told him that I concentrated more on oversold and overbought levels, to him, those concepts were far too simple for it to be able to yield any profit in trading. He was putting his focus on complex things because to him, your strategy has to be as complex as the charts look. While he is still struggling to understand those complex concepts surrounded by many noise, people with the simpler strategies that are straightforward to understand are making progress already with their trades and having positive returns.

The first El Classico fixture for this season is on October 26, 2025, and Real Madrid will be hosting that game. I will be interested to see how that game will go since Barcelona largely dominated all the encounters last season home and away.
 I still have my skepticism about Real Madrid, they need to play a big team to convince me, Barcelona already passed their own test a long time ago.

I think the major challenge that most Manchester United supporters have with the club currently is that their performance is very inconsistent and games that you expect them to win the end up not winning the game either losing it or picking up just a point. It is going to be very terrible for Manchester United if they continue like that this season considering that other teams have improved significantly including Chelsea with whom they were being compared with last season. Amorim will come under more pressure if he cannot deliver in their next game against newly promoted side Burnley.

The game showed one thing that Arsenal's defense is still very solid this season because they were able to hold Manchester United who were on rampage on the attack for the entire 90 minutes and secure the very slim one goal lead. I was not very impressed with how Arsenal played but I believe the three points is a consolation and a way to start this season. Their next game is against Leeds, many of us will hope to see Arsenal play better football that we know them to be able to play.
Disappointing game from Chelsea, with those kind of attackers, they should be winning every game but I believe they will improve from that, there are a lot of good signs to take from the game, for Manchester United and Chelsea.

I believe keeping courage is the way to succeed in trading because almost every trader came to some point where they felt stuck in trading and for some of them what helped them through was the motivation they got from trading with others, others is the encouragement from their mentors etc, I just feel that if you want to become successful in trading you must be ready for any challenges that come, you must be ready to fill stuck to make progress.

If there are two traders who are on the journey of learning to trade, it has its pros and cons, and some of the pros of it is that you both keep yourself motivated through the learning journey such that one person is not discouraged from how difficult the process is from knowing nothing about trading to becoming a profitable trader.

But during the learning process one major thing that you should know is to be careful comparing your trades, that is comparing your trades with someone who is already successful in trading or even comparing your trades amongst yourself. While it may sound like a good thing to do, the danger is that even if you are doing the work to learn, it can build up a lot of doubts about your strategy and your learning pattern, you may begin to think that because you are not seeing results currently, the strategy line that you're learning is not functional when in fact it is.

Are you feeling stuck in trading due to your strategy? The person you are thinking their strategy is working, may have a strategy that is not sustainable. While it is important to be able to unlearn and learn something you should be able to understand also sometimes that your strategy is not working because you have not gone deep enough in the mastery of it.

The image of trading that is packaged online for most people who are newbies to trading to invest their money in them either to learn or for signals is that trading means a better life, some even go as far as to even sell the message of quick profits to those interested in trading. The bitter lesson is that these newbies to trading often gets to discover on their own that it is not so, that even their so called mentors are not as successful as they think without the regular training fees and fees for their signal groups. Many traders who look successful online are not actually successful in real life.

This for some spectators is the first game of this Premier League season because of how competitive it is expected to be. Manchester United have the home advantage, so they should not be underestimated because they have players that can cause Arsenal a lot of harm. Sports analyst like us are looking forward to see the best formation and line-up both coaches will come up with because it is a must win game for them both, a game set to set the momentum for the season. For Manchester United they need to win to reassure the supporters that this season will not be as bad as last season and for Arsenal, they need to win because they are considered top title contenders again this season and teams like Liverpool and Manchester City have already won their games convincingly. A bad start to the season can affect both teams.
