I hear you, but I think panic sets in more when first, you don't get the email, then going to social media and seeing that there are tons of people not able to withdraw. Pretty sure this community has experienced enough shell shock when projects go quiet. Just an opinion though. Heck, allot of those Twitter accounts probably don't access bitcointalk, which is the only place there has been any response. I think just a, "were working on it" would be allot better than nothing.

Just an update, haven't received any emails for links in almost 24 hours, despite having requested almost every hour. Of course daily ad emails seem to come in perfectly every day. I will be optimistic and say hopefully this means they are actively working on the user requested email side.

Look at my previous posts. Not all of them were this level of frustration. Was getting real sick of everyone giving them a pass just because they posted, and pending deposits were cleared. I don't want this to get buried while me and others are still not getting access to their money. I can't be the only one. This is still not "normal". And still there is no word on how long it will be until this "back log" of AUTOMATED emails is cleared. And still no one with knowledge on how these automated systems work can explain why there is such a back log, or why it can't just be cleared and reset. Like do they even really have access to the back end? Why is it that the emails with the longer limits (specifically the address change) are the ones that take the longest to get to me. Still seems shady AF. Trust me, I'll be back in this forum the instant I get the deposit to tell the world, but making posts about the email system was being completely ignored by all, "never doubted freebitco in the first place" and such. The 2fa thing was a metric used by others in the forum when stating they got their withdrawals, my issue is the address on my profile. Logging in is not a problem, but I know others have posted they can't log in without 2fa. Just trying to give as much info as everyone else. And just like you said, you got your withdrawal, I have not. And this would be way better handled if there was legitimate support like there used to be in the past. Great you're going to hire someone new, when?

Feel like I'm a fucking ghost trying to talk to the living here. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY THEY CAN'T JUST RESET THE EMAIL SYSTEM, START FROM SCRATCH OR EVEN TEMPORARILY INCREASE THE WAIT TIME. Great for all you ducks that use it all the time and have 2fa enabled and the right address but I haven't deposited funds to this site for years and it was supposed to be there for less than a fucking day. No one responds to posts, support emails, fucking nothing. Will NEVER come back to this site again, and mark my words this will happen again. Continuous problems don't just go away in a digital age where thousands of security beaches happen in a day...

I've had about seven emails come in today, all still from yesterday. Not seeing a speed up. Whoever is in charge of fixing the email issue needs to speak up and give more details other than "back log".

I don't understand why they can't just reset the automated mailer instead of trying to work through a backlog. App these links they are trying to send are expired anyway....

This one seems so weird. Initial deposit still in the wallet, had not been moved. Still getting emails at about 3am CST. I see back in March that there were some users getting sporadic responses. One can only hope they left it on autopilot and it could handle the increased user base from the halvening. Doesn't look good though. I'll live, but .092 BTC not small in my budget for sure.
