Hmm, I have 0.8% rejected...  Odd

whats your ping to CM server? also care to share your location as well.

Not sure on the ping, I never figured out how to check that. I'm in southwest PA.

hit the windows key, type cmd then enter and type whats in the brackets ( ping us.clevermining.com ) then hit enter once more

Just to add my 2 cents: I am in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  My Ping is 57ms avg.  My reject rate is averaging 2.5%
I am in Atlanta, ping 82.  it was sitting around 30% for about 5 hours and finally went back to 10% which is what i usually see with this pool.  Is there any settings that might cause higher reject?

Hopefully temporary.  It's been going on for 5 hours on my rigs so moving a few over until i see improvement.

Yes it seems to me that the problems have been fixed! 5% rejects is awesome, and once we have the EU and Asia servers it will get even better. Thank you so much Terk for this awesome pool. Now we just need the profitability to go up...
Anyways, Terk, I would suggest making an iPhone and Android app for this pool. That would be pretty cool.

are there any specific setting on a mining setup that would help lower reject rates using cgminer?

Loving the user interface and the communications via twitter, but still getting 10-15% rejects on my 3.7 mh/s rig.  If it were lower i would definitely bring over an additional 12 mh/s.

Re: WARNING: PAYPAL STARTED MASSIVE ACCOUNT BAN ON ANYTHING BITCOIN RELATED
by

Paypal has been absurd on this issue, and not clear about it when you ask any questions at all.  First I had about 10k held in an account and they sent the same letter that everyone else has shown previously in this thread, so I called them they said if you do everything required on the resolution page it will be okay, so I returned everyone's money (huge pain) luckily it was mostly contracts so it didn't cause too many problems, signed the affidavit and had it notarized, and they perm-ban my account shortly after.

I decided to sell some scrypt mining hardware, computers with multiple gpus basically, so I called them and made sure that it was not against policy to sell these machines and they said okay.  I sold 1 rig and had my account frozen.  They just wanted to know more information about the item so I explained the item and they lifted the freeze, and send me an email titled "your account is in good standing" immediately followed by "payment has cleared, you can now ship your item."  I submitted a bank transfer for the amount from the sale (3700).  The next email I received was "your account was perm-banned" and I check the transfer and it was reversed.  Thankfully I did not ship until the money was sitting in my bank account but seriously, they lift my freeze, tell me to ship the item, and then reverse my transfer.

Bottom line is they don't give a shit about their clients.  I know everyone thinks that the solution is not to use PayPal and I wish that were an option, but reality is that eBay gives the highest customer base available and everyone wants to use PayPal for ease and familiarity.

The President of PayPal even tweeted that it wasn't against policy to sell rigs.  Still fighting daily with them, they have caused me some serious stress though and are really screwing up a start up.

Then I see the same sellers selling rigs and contracts over and over with PayPal as the method of payment.  I don't get how they can continue to do this when they seem to be so active in my accounts.

So frustrating, I hate them so much.

I still don't see the transaction in my wallet, it has almost always instant for me (100+ transactions) is there ever a delay in the transfers?  What is the maximum that it can take to see it?
What's your address? Does it show up fine on the blockchain?

http://blockchain.info/da/address/1Pyc2jqFwS1Wf3CQcFpaGKGJJZPGhgDub6

I think it looks ok, i sent all the btc in that account to another account right before the middlecoin transaction, not sure if that has anything to do with it but it still isn't showing up in my wallet.  Never had this problem before.
it's the 0.08863613 BTC transaction

EDIT

i reset my blockchain info and it's fine now.

The fact that h2o can somehow move huge amounts of coins and still give us good payouts says all it needs to say.

agreed.  The pool pays out once a day anyway why do you want to micromanage the strategy if the returns are good?  i can see wanting to change it up and improve if the returns are lower than other places.  So far I have experienced higher than 0.012 most days.

I am happy to give up 3% of my profits if it means everything gets taken care of for me.

True, but there's always room for improvement. And things haven't been improving lately.

Well then someone should create their own pool with better service, you can take the market away from him.  I'm sure it's super easy.  Everyone likes to bitch but do nothing to contribute besides chipping in their 2 cent ideas and expects implementation immediately because they are giving him a % of their hashing.  You are using his service.

He's working on adding 3 or 4 more servers currently in beta (i guess that's not improvement to you) and integrating an auto select pool. Added a twitter account to post updates which is much better than the forum.  Everyone acts like he only sits back and collects.

I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't even check this forum anymore with all the garbage he would have to sort through.  He even took the link off of the website, probably a good idea as it has turned toxic with negativity.

I do ship to canada, but it can't get my shopping cart to figure out the right amount. Just pm me your order if you live in another country and I'll get you set up.

Anyone waiting for an order, delays should be done, I'm expecting one order of cards tomorrow and I spent a few thousand bucks on express shipping from china to get all the orders taken care of. I may even have some left over after shipping them out! The express shipments get here Thursday, (again, one should have been here Tuesday) tracking has firm dates now, cards coming in all sizes. I'm very sorry for delays, I know it's important to be on time with these things.

I appreciate the continued updates, would it be possible for me to pay for overnight shipping if i had originally selected another type?

I've got lots coming in, all sizes, and will have more orders when needed after that. I'm sorry for a few days delay on these first ones, all my DHL orders have been late. It'll be easier to say that there is a 3-5 day handling period before shipping, just in case. I can restock anything within a week.

sounds good, thanks for the quick update. I put in an order for 12 a couple days ago and was curious.

sorry to sound dumb but, wouldn't a bigger PSU use more power?

No, a 800W PSU will give UP to 800W of power, won't always use 800W
Then there is efficiency to take care of consideration. A PSU at full load wastes more energy than another at less load

correct.  I have an evga 1000w psu gold rated powering 4x7950 and it is pulling 1400 w from the socket

any estimation on the 1 ft version?  Thanks!

The usb cable isn't carrying power. The draw will be depending on your card. For example, my r9-280Xs running hot each draw 2.6 amps at 12v with the fan running 100%. I've heard of some drawing 75+ watts, which would be almost twice that much. You really have to test your cards when designing power supplies.

Sorry, I meant when you are getting more in/shipping out Smiley , any idea when more are coming in?

I wasn't being an ass, you asked a question about a totally different product. These don't connect the power lines. Power is supplied by the molex, I have tested amp draw on all the lines. There is no "current backflow". This is NOT a ribbon cable, but a usb cable. These are designed for this purpose.

any estimation on the 1 ft version?  Thanks!

anyone else running on useast.middlecoin.com:3333?  since I switched my rigs over I seem to have about 30% less than what my miners are reporting.
http://middlecoin2.s3-website-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/reports/1DW5wqCgTL7Ts3y1JZufvv6gUVXi7WC778.html
my 4 rigs are showing:
1.72+2.48+3.2+.9 = 8.3 MH/s
reporting around 6 MH/s.  And only since I switched them to useast.  i triple checked addresses on miners too.  Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

apparently I just needed to post about it, up at 8 where it should be.
