Re: Traders Don't easily lend out money.
by

If you happen to be an active trader or know people that trade actively, you will notice that traders do not easily give out money ( i.e lend out money) not because they don't have to give but because their capital is actively and most times always involved a trade.

You have to understand as a friend to traders that even in times when big wins are celebrated, it is not still a time to ask them to help you with money for your needs with the thought that they are in profit, because if you do you will get yourself disappointed nine times in ten chances.

Work for your own money, nobody owes you anything.

Money is hard to earn nowadays. We all know that trading is not an easy way.if you have earned in trading but your friend will be the one to enjoyed or used it, your sacrifices are all for nothing. There are friends that are fast when lendung but if you are to charge them, they are the one who is angry.
But of course if your family is the one tha lends, especially your parents I think it OK to lend since they are your family. They are the one you beg if have nothing else left.

Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens???

Many of us were well known the Coinmarketcap from where we receive all cryptocurrency like coins and tokens details like on which exchange they listed, what is the 24-hour treading volume, or which platform they based on, etc. These days many new crypto coins and tokens was introducing and listing on many exchanges and It makes a very difficult decision for the investor to choose which coins or tokens should they invest to make some good profit. Many of the new cryptocurrency was makes a good pump in their stating days and after they dump in a very dramatic way. This cause a big loss to the investors and the trust in these types to new coins and tokens was finished. So, the main question is that Is it risky to invest in new crypto coins/tokens? or it is good for a very certain time of investment?

For me, investing in new crypto tokens has a higher risk than other existing coins. Like for example my friend invested in minex years ago. It seems to be a promising coin that time. I think its ATH is more $50 but look at that coin now, it is untracked in coinmarketcap. Unlike bitcoin or eth, its price are still pumping from the year it was introduced up to the present time.

Yes there is no easy way to earn money. Cryptocurrency is risky. Reading the market and price charts are hard, so we need patience to know how this trading really works. Joining bounties and airdrop are also risky because it can be scam. Likewise in our every day life, going to work early in the morning, but going home late but still bringing the work at home with no extra pay.

Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin?

There are some tokens in my ethereum wallet that have lost value to the extent I don't think they can ever recover even if the bull market starts tomorrow due to the level of competition in the altcoin market. I also bought some coins but can't remember the password or name of exchange i bought them on (thinking it was cryptopia) I didn't bother transferring it off the exchange and most of them were bought around 1satoshi.

Back to my ethereum wallet, each time I see those worthless token I just laugh and continue with what I login my wallet to do. If you ask me why I'm still holding does tokens in my wallet I can't give a reply. Why are you still holding those shitcoins sorry altcoin

I also have lot of shitcoins in my wallet. I can't even trade it due to it has no value, no exchanger to be used and worst not worth it to sold due to fee is higher than its value. I got those from unworthy bounty campaigns and airdrops as well. I think even after so many years it will be the same. Most of it are in my ethereum wallet also, while some were lose in hitbtc, mercatox, cryptopia.

Marami pong salamat sa mag cocoment at good evening.

Re: Have you given up on airdrop?

There isn’t anything on the space, nothing, except scam, have you given up or do you still cope and looking for airdrop?

Airdrop participated: 20
Airdrop received to this day: 0
Yes, you heard me, nothing at all, not even one airdrop, that’s how red pilled the space.

I stopped participating in airdrops last 2018 due to all I received was was nothing or shit coins. Until now, shit coins are still on my wallet sleeping. Some has a good price now but with the higher fees I can't withdraw or transact it. There are lot of airdrops again that I am seeing I admit I want to avoid airdrop because of what happened. I am just afraid that history may repeat itself. Maybe I joined airdrop if it is in the same campaign of my signature.

Re: XRP Hodlers

Hello sa mga traders dyan! Smiley
Worth it ba ihold ang XRP for long term investment?

Meron akong XRP, nabili ko ito last year pa bago pa magpandemic.

Focus on Bitcoin this year or sa ibang bagay?

Kunting background :

Payo ko sayo, huwag mo sanang i-give up yung pag-aral mo.

Re: Cebu City government eyeing crypto payments
by
EiKaGlaShPriSAThWEl
on 13/05/2021, 12:30:05 UTC

Re: Online gambling risks during coronavirus pandemic
by
EiKaGlaShPriSAThWEl
on 13/05/2021, 12:05:01 UTC
  • When you are tempted to gamble online, use that to motivate you to go for a walk or exercise instead.
  • If you decide to gamble, you should keep a record of how much money and time you spend on gambling daily. Studies show that gamblers lose track of how much time and money they spend on gambling.
  • Social distancing should not lead to social isolation, so talk to your friends and peers and discuss your gambling problem with them. Having support can make a big difference.
  • Finding other mental stimulation to keep your mind busy can be very helpful in suppressing thoughts of gambling. If you need to be online then seek out online activities that help you to overcome the urge to gamble.
  • Seek expert advice if you feel your gambling activities are getting out of hand. BeGambleAware.org is a very good place to start.

Does any of these methods work for you? How do you keep a rein on your gambling habits?
Yes that is all correct. Well online gambling is good in a way that it may be a solution to depression, anxiety or being too lonely because of being too far away from your loved ones due to pandemic. But we should know how to balance our life, our everyday living. Stop gambling if we do not have enough money to buy our needs because instead of becoming a solution it may also lead to a more serious problem. Too is bad in all aspects in life.

Re: Do you limit your gambling time?
by
EiKaGlaShPriSAThWEl
on 13/05/2021, 11:40:09 UTC
My gambling comes down to betting on football games... It's mostly the games I'm interested in... I bet for fun (to confirm my predictions), I have no goal to earn money... That's why I don't spend much time doing it and I am not addicted to gambling...

Yes I think that is a good thinking that gambling is not a good source of income nor becoming rich in gambling. Like you, I just turn to gambling when I want to have fun. On the other hand, having interest only in football also helps you limit your time because if will no football game, then you will gamble on a particular day or week or month. We should have to control our self to it because addiction becomes no good at all. Instead of spending time in gambling, it is better to spend time in some other important things.

You're the only one who can help yourself if you become addicted to gambling. We can provide advice like find something else to spend your time so you forget gambling or think that gambling is not good for you at all so you must avoid gambling. Even though there are thousand of people that tell you to stop gambling but you continue to play, other people's advice are all non-sense. Help yourself in your own natural ways by pushing yourself to stop gambling.

Re: Convenient as Possible sa Pag-deposit ng Fiat to buy Crypto
by
EiKaGlaShPriSAThWEl
on 12/05/2021, 08:37:36 UTC
If that's the case P2P exchange will do.

I am worried because this pandemic brought us fear that mining site will be operating again in our province. As I have heard in rumors in our brgy, the president allows to operate mining industries in our country to help our crashing economy. The mining site here in my province brought fear that our may province may disappear from the country map because of the dam in the site that contains too much toxic and water. I hope that this pandemic comes to an end very soon so that there will be other ways to help the economy rather than making mining industries to operate again.

Re: If we have crypto Why people still buy stocks?
by
EiKaGlaShPriSAThWEl
on 12/05/2021, 07:52:38 UTC
I think because stocks comes first before cryptocurrencies. With that, more people knew stocks than crpyto. Since we can also earn from stock, they already have spend a lot of time in studying on how to invest and earn from it. They become committed to stocks, they may have no time for crypto, they may see the higher risk from crypto and since they are already earning from stocks, there is no reason for them to find something new to earn.

Re: The Modern Mode of Payments
by
EiKaGlaShPriSAThWEl
on 12/05/2021, 07:26:52 UTC
We cannot compare the use of cryptocurrency to the e-payments you've mentioned. Just in term of decentralization, the two are different from each other since e-payments are definitely under the control of the government. When it comes to crypto, it is not yet legal for most of the countries unlike the e-payments that is being used considering the pandemic going on. Also, when it comes to volatility, e-payments doesn't have one since the currency being transacted there are just mere fiat. Both are convenient but obviously e-payments would rule more since it is quite required and much more well-known compared to cryptocurrencies.

Yes that is correct. Aside from that, many stores, or even fast food are accepting e-payments. E-payments also provide payment for bills, send money to loved ones, and buy load with rebates while cypto was only accepted at selected stores. Even though both were operated online, still have different usage. Me personally I am just connecting this two for any transactions I needed for easier money transfer.

Re: your worst mistake

on 12/05/2021, 07:02:09 UTC
I am a newbie on this forum. My main focus is trading ( crypto) I have been trading for a couple years. Just curious to ask a question : what was your worst mistake ( in the very beginning, 1st year).
Would be happy to read about your experience !

Worst mistake was buying a coin without analyzing if the coin was good to trade or not as well as not considering that the price was still high but I still bought it at that high price. It continue to go down and not did not pass the price when I bought it. I tried to hold it a little longer but it does not work. I should have used stop loss that time but my pride does not want me to lose anything from it so I still kept holding. Until the coin became priceless, I did not get any from it.

by
EiKaGlaShPriSAThWEl
on 12/05/2021, 06:05:59 UTC
Way back 2017 when I was a newbie I don't even understand the difference of the two. All I know is trading and investing are both risky and the chance of gaining profit depends on analysis. But unlike gambling, trading and investing are more profitable. Knowing the difference also help a person determine what best fits them. Me personally, I am not the kind or person to sit all day watching the prices that is why I much prefer to invest in good coins rather than trading.

Re: I fail in trading
by
EiKaGlaShPriSAThWEl
on 12/05/2021, 05:49:34 UTC
I’m a newbie in trading. I want to improve my trading skills. I have heard some experienced trader said that I should learn and read more before start, and also get some experience. Trading requires a lot of patience and hard work, learn about the way to analyze the price chart, when they can be able to analyze price chart they will know the best time to buy and sell and know which one is the best coin to trade…

That is all true. One of the advantageof knowing trading or knowing how to trade is you know how control your money or coins to avoid big losses and of course to earn. There are lot of people who have tried trading but due to having not enough knowledge, they lose and sometimes leave trading. Trading may seem to be as simple as buy low sell high, but when you are at the point to look at the market you'll be asking yourself is the market low or high?

I tried one but I falied. There is something I don’t know? Please tell me more.

What was the coin that you tried to trade and how long did you trade the coin? Some coins are good for long term hold. Some coin  are good for scalping.

Re: How do you define rich?
by
EiKaGlaShPriSAThWEl
on 09/05/2021, 13:39:47 UTC
How would you define what is to be "rich"? Is it about having enough for living or is there something else that you would be looking to accomplish to be rich?
Is it 1 million USD? Is it 1000 bitcoin? what are your thoughts?

For me it having a peace of mind that you know you can already secure you and your family's future with the money or assets you have right now plus having a secure income or job as your back up. But still hard to define for me how much amount was that due to inflation. What we can buy for $10 today will not be the same thing to buy $10 5 years from now. I think savings is quite an advanced but still will not be enough due to sometimes greediness or unexpected expenses.
