I messed around with the site for a bit and tried to see how the purchase process works on gift cards but every time I choose to buy it, it says it's creating the order and then throws out this error:

I have tried support with no luck, sadly. It's been almost a month of trying a couple times a day and all I was told is that the site "may" be going through maintenance. Some cards work fine, others just give the error I listed previously or another error that I sent to support just saying it failed to create an order. Support also gave instructions on how to pay but... when you can't even get past the "Buy" button without it erroring out, it's hard to deal with any of the payment stuff. I hope at some point things get better with the site, but my experience so far has been less than stellar and it's looking like I'm better off just giving up and moving on instead of continuing to waste time.

I always try at least 6 hours apart each day, so I'm curious... how often do you do maintenance? Because that seems like it's way too frequent if you're doing maintenance multiple times a day every single day for hours at a time, lol. Whoever is in charge of the tech needs to be replaced with someone that's a bit more efficient.

We are afraid that you got confused. As it has been explained above it's not only about maintenance. Maintenance can not last that long. If the cards you wish to buy are unavailable you won't be able to purchase them either. Unfortunately availability of Gift cards is beyond our control.

Though it takes about 12 hours for the balance to get updated in most cases it happens way faster. We would recommend re-checking it every 10-30 min.

Unfortunately, there is no date associated with the request placed on the website on the screenshot or the screenshot itself. At the moment, all balance requests left on our website have been successfully processed. You should also be able to check your card balance. Please note that if you left a request more than 24 hours ago, you will need to place a new one. We recommend checking your card balance every 10-30 minutes (after placing a request).
