I do not think that is the case now, OP was not banned from the casino but a possible delay in withdrawal which they had replied to him that it would be processed. Maybe they are doing some check or something that is important or caught their attention. OP should just be patient with them while the process the withdrawal and already a reputable member volunteered to help OP reach out to the team to further fast track his case to resolving it.

I don't think a big win is a reason to close a user account, the problem is when the users abuse the casino to win big, i have seen some users creating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus and after the win is when they get banned and start complaining. If a user break the rules the casino is in their right to block the account, and users must understand this rule, when a user deposit on the casino the money now belongs to the casino and not to the user.

Chatroom often call troll-box and it was always a spam fest even on the old casino since it’s the place where gamblers that doesn’t play anymore possibly after losing.

AFAIK, begging is not allowed on most casino chat box since it was being abused by some user that creating multiple account to spam those generous user that recently experienced huge win.

Well, most of us know that TP is fully manipulated and now of days competitors can easily buy so many negative reviews for much cheap rates. There have been many fake allegations against BC.GAME but still it came as a clean casino.

There’s also the possibility of competitors buying fake reviews just to ruin the reputation of their fellow competitors just so they can get more people to use their own sites; that’s why I don’t trust the reviews on TP. If I don't like a casino, I can create a bunch of TrustPilot accounts and leave 1 star and negative reviews about it with all of them, and that will affect their overall rating.

Review websites such as BTCGosu are more credible and honest with their reviews because they only rate platforms based on how they perform and also based on their experience, and they don't do paid reviews as far as I know, nor their reviews are influenced by people having personal grudges and problems with platforms and want to hurt their reputation.

Kinda sure my list here can be used for a somewhat valid "evidence", at least from the forum's perspective [which IMO kinda more credible than TP] instead of the other platform referred in this particular discusion. You're free to read the link to conclusion provided at each of the resolved case [or others that preceeded it, where he conclusion-system is yet to be added], to see how many players bothered to return.

Though... What always happens is that the user has a problem, complains until they are heard, and when they are heard, they sometimes don't come back to give new feedback, whether it's good or not. So that's what I believe happened in these cases. Many are resolved and the user doesn't come back to report it, and the bad review stays there giving that impression.

If there's a change of CEO, we don't expect things to remain the same. But on a positive note, we would anticipate positive changes and not the other way round. Also, a major upgrade sometimes gives issues such that the previous version would be preferable.

It's still fine and kicking and look at the reviews there, if you'll read those disappointed ones, the issues are taken care of by the support and they're replying there. Not all but at least they're very active looking into the concerns and complaints there. I've read some that have left 1 star have violated TOS and have done something against to bc.game. But the rest, they're doing their best to address all the issues. No casino is perfect but we can see that they're doing all they can to respond and provide an excellent service.
