Please keep in mind that there are huge delays on the Bitcoin network so transactions can take much longer to be confirmed then usual. Unfortunate, but not uncommon nowadays. You can check the status of your payment on the network through it's transaction id. Tickets will be answered and if the payment has been confirmed then your order will be approved. This is all done manually, so if you see your transaction is confirmed but your order is not yet approved, then please update your ticket to help speed up the process.

In addition to this, due to this network congestion and resulting excessive transaction fees we've withheld the last payout. Those payments should be resumed today.

We are experiencing technical difficulties caused by a network infrastructure upgrade. We are currently running behind scheduled maintenance window and will be not able to release the payout on time. We are indeed mining, and we are indeed paying. Contrary to what's being said or speculated, we pay out everything our customers mine. Our daily payout schedule has been back for some while now, but there are still some payout issues with a small number of customers. Those will be resolved also. The same with tickets. We look into each and every one of them, but sadly, due to the large number of those, not all will be answered within reasonable time. We've already expanded our support team substantially so it is just a matter of time, but even with our current support strength we cannot resolve all tickets instantly. We said it before and we will keep saying this, we will resolve all issues. Meanwhile we’re glad to announce that Bitcoin (Sha-256) mining contracts purchased in the pre-sale period started mining yesterday and first payouts on those contracts will be going out in the coming days. Please note that we’ve already sent payments to a few users during the pre-sale. If you have already received payments from your new hashpower (You can check the amount in your dashboard), then payout for those contracts will delay by the amount of mining days you already received (by a maximum of 5 days). As always, you can keep track of (actual and balanced) payout transactions on your Payouts page, and in general payout will be processed within 24 hours after a day of mining, in UTC time.


We are receiving a lot of inquiries about new hashrate, but sadly we cannot say when we will be able to offer new hashrate just yet, but next to support, that is very high on our priority list, so stay tuned!

We're investigating all missing payouts and if you opened a ticket then we will assist you as soon as we can. We are handling tickets as fast as we can, with more people then before, making more hours then before, but still it can take much longer then you are used to from us. We will pay out what was mined, even if it takes longer, and the Two-Day Bulk payouts are being processed as scheduled. Some people get a transaction error or something similar on the most recent BTC payout. Those payouts have been processed on our side, but further distribution of the transaction data into the blockchain can take considerable time nowadays, as we have seen quite a few times before, causing temporary "transaction unknown" errors and such. There is nothing we can do to speed up since we do not have any control over the blockchain. It could take several hours still, but the transaction data will pop up in a block explorer (and of course the payment in your wallet) eventually.
In the mean time we are still doing infrastructure upgrades and are working very hard to get back to our daily payout routine, and we are working very hard to handle tickets and concerns as fast as we can.

First, with regards to the previous posts, our prices and fees are mentioned on our pricing pages. There is a daily maintenance fee for Bitcoin Mining, but there is no fee for Dash Mining, Ethereum Mining, Litecoin Mining, Monero Mining and Zcash Mining. No maintenance fee means you pay the purchase price only (which then includes all running and maintenance costs) and receive mining returns during the time of your plan. Most mining plans run for 2 years.

As for pricing, this might help a bit! How does allocation work? What does AUTO mean?
Every algorithm can mine only certain cryptocoins directly:

Sha256 mines BTC, UNO and ZET
X11 mines Start and DASH
Ethereum mines ETH
Zcash mines ZEC
Scrypt mines LTC and DOGE
The other coins are marked with AUTO and they are not mined directly. In other words, payouts will be traded automatically from the mined coins to the AUTO ones at the exchange rate of the day.


Your hashrate is mining SHA256 coins (Bitcoin), so in this case you have three main factors determining your mining returns:
1 - Bitcoin mining difficulty
2 - Bitcoin value, since this has an impact on the maintenance fee and the remaining mined amount of coins after fee is deducted.
3 - Dash value, since this determines how much Dash your mined BTC will get
Dash is rising in value, so needless to say that the amount of Dash you get for the same amount of Bitcoin is getting smaller. The USD value is roughly the same though (based on the same BTC difficulty and BTC value), and if Dash keeps on rising the way it is, the coins paid out to you have grow in value also.

This weekend we've added Litecoin Mining to our available hashrate. These contracts are for 2 years and all fees are included in the upfront cost, so you pay once and receive two years of mining returns from your hashsrate.

As you are used to from us, you can choose different payouts. Besides Litecoin, you can also mine Dogecoin. And you can choose payout in for BTC(AUTO), Dash(AUTO) and ZEC(AUTO).
Do not forget (AUTO) means Autotrade, which means your hashrate will be mining Litecoin, which will then be autotraded into the (AUTO) coin you have selected for payout in the Mining Allocation section. We improved our mining software which has lead to better performance, allowing a 20% increase on existing hashrate. We did not add hardware, it was purely because of getting better performance on already existing hardware.

Since we have no new hardware in place yet, we cannot offer new contracts, so for now Zcash mining is still sold out.

It's not that we do not have any control. We control the hardware and the mining algorithm we use, the software we use to keep an eye on performance of various mining pools, and more. With our level of knowledge and experience in these matters we can assure you that is taken care off the best way possible. But mining difficulty and coin values are beyond our control. But to get any insight in those, you can use external sites that keep track of mining difficulty, hashrate growth, block rewards and coin values and such. They should be used before making any purchase so you have an idea of whats possible. And even after purchase there are times when changing payout to a different coin might be beneficial, though that requires some more understanding as it would mean keeping track of several coins and their exchange rates. But currently we have no Zcash hashrate available. We are working on that but it's hard to say when we will have hashrate available again.

We don't have control over the returns as those largely depend on mining difficulty and market conditions. Those conditions are variable, as is the nature of cryptocurrencies, and any investment in these contain possibilities as well as inevitable risk. That risk can be calculated to some extend through various independent websites that offer calculators which help making estimates for mining returns, such as http://www.coinwarz.com, where you can check mining returns for any amount of hashrate at any level of mining difficulty, you can check difficulty growth charts to help make more accurate predictions of the future.

Of course for Zcash launch the risk was a bit greater since nobody knew what was going to happen, how much total hashrate would be mining, how high or how low mining difficulty would be, how large mining returns were going to be, or even if there was going to be decent mining software to begin with. Those that bought our services took a chance on all that, except for the mining part, as we promised our customers would be mining or get a refund if all failed. We lived up to our promise and managed to deliver the promised hashrate, and our customers were among the ones mining right from the start. Since then we have managed to implement several upgrades on the hashrate also and we keep looking for further improvements. Daily returns still depend mostly on conditions that are beyond our control, but no matter how high or how low those returns, we will deliver the mining service our customers bought.
