3rd Floor 207 Regent Street is a well known common address for all sorts of scams
It's a common practice for international online businesses to open companies in several jurisdictions. Having a registered address on 3rd Floor 207 Regent Street is not shady in any way by itself. Tokens.net has a development subsidiary that you can easily find online including its directors.

Yesterday, i deposit 72 XMR to sell it high price. After that i saw thare are no order book to sell it. 30 minutes later i tried to withdraw but they blocked my account. I sent email, cretead ticket no one answer my message.
Someone wrote me to send your id card when you holding it. I sent but this time they blocked my asset...
7k usd i cant withdraw now.

On tlegram group they have 10 admin, but they are useless. Also they have fake users volume.

28.06.2019 --- I sent 1,2 and 3 steps again. I hope they will not use my informations in other platform. I don't trust this exchange.

If a client submits fake, Photoshopped documents that creates a legal issue and Tokens.net may be forced to block an account. We take identity theft seriously and will not tolerate it. Trying to pressure Tokens.net on social media to back down will not work in such cases.

No, i dont mean that, i meant nothing with what i posted. I just posted the fact of inactivity of OP author. Nothing more and nothing less. Everything else is on you to judge how will you handle that information. I see it only as a strange sign, not what i've used to see at other projects.
We've kept quiet because we're focused on development, as you can read in the statement from our CEO, Damian Merlak. Most ICOs only have one product - their own token. That's why they need to constantly hype their investors on Slack/Telegram/Bitcointalk and pump the price of their tokens. For us, there's nothing to advertise now - we'll do that once we have a working product. Everything is on track as promised in our whitepaper.
You can expect exciting news on our Beta release in April, so stay tuned!

Few days ago, I transferred some ripple from GateHub to get DTR tokens. Unfortunately, I haven't got the option to put the Tag ID. I didn't received any confirmation of the transfer.
Can anyone help me with this issue?

1 - Why and on what terms did Damian Merlak leave Bitstamp? I cannot find any info on this.
2 - Is he still part owner of Bitstamp?
3 - What about Quantum? Tokens seem like Quantum 2.0 with the support from a new exchange. Can you explain the differences and road maps for both?

1) He left as CTO on good terms because of personal reasons, but is still one of the board directors. He enjoys building businesses, not maintaining them.
2) Yes, he owns one third.
3) Quantum and Tokens are a perfect match for each other. Quantum will be one of market makers and liquidity providers on Tokens. The difference is huge though, Quantum is in the B2B market making business while Tokens will be a B2C cryptocurrency exchange platform. For the road maps, refer to the official websites.

This is correct. The token distribution will occur after iCO end and you will receive an email with instructions to claim them.

I sent 0.12368 ETH about 10 minutes ago. The email says my current DTR holding is 3824 DTR which equals ETH/USD = 309.18 while it was around 326/327 on bitstamp. I should receive more than 4000 DTR. Can you please check on this? I can provide Tx-ID via pm, just let me know to whom I should send it.

Hello, the DTR amount is calculated using crypto price on first network transaction confirmation, not at the moment you send it. Also, you should take into account the network fee you pay when sending ETH. You should have received an email with BTC, ETH and XRP addresses to your inbox. We currently do not have any reports of email being delivered to spam / promotions folder, but you should check that out in any case.
