Re: How do you handle stress?

You do what you have to do, and nobody else can do it for you, or respect your efforts. The whole thing is much better than evil, setting many small goals you can focus on, because if you are not performing at the same pace in one, then you still have your other goals to fulfill. I also believe like no one, whether it is a boss or anyone else, can put me down or give me such a lot of power over my time or life. You take time to enjoy the time with your friends, family, partners. But stress and anxiety can get the best of you momentarily, so you get support from a therapeutic or physician.

Re: How to motivate a person to work?

I will teach you a very important lesson in life: you cannot motivate other people. From inside, inspiration arrives.
So you can use inspiration for fear in general terms. That's the kind of encouragement that tells me I'll shoot you if you're late one more time. Incentive incentive can be used. That's the kind that tells you I'll give you a bonus if you do well. Both work to a limited degree, but particularly in your case, you won't get great results. In order to punish or motivate others, you have nothing that you can do. People just need to want to do things for motivation for development, to develop themselves.

Another useful piece of advice I'll give you: some do and some don't and that's just the way people are.

There's always going to be a kid who doesn't want to participate, like you said. There will always be a kid who loves it. That's about the way that it is. Discover what your tasks are. Often you talk to a kid and say, "it's ok to just sit there but everyone else will be over on the court playing and having fun. If you'd like to come join us you can," and then just let the kid sit there. They'll also join eventually. As long as that is what you can get away with in Upward Games.

It's my personal belief that you should be there for everyone but focus on the people that want your help. You shouldn't spend your time on the people that don't want your help while ignoring the people that do.

One last piece of advice: Be the change you want to see in the world. I think that's a Gandhi quote.

This is solid, thank you for posting and sharing insight into avoiding the typical processes. Hopefully more people will figure out they can't follow the same advice everyone else is and expect the same success.

Perhaps you have some advice for more direct B2B practice? I am working with a platform that deals directly with business supplies, facility, print/promo, office supplies, furniture and so on. What sort of practices can I create to reach out to businesses more directly in this world? If anything.

As I'm currently in college and studying marketing, I instantly clicked and wanted to give you some solid tips. Then I saw your trust rating and there's no way, why would we help out a scammer with enough money for free.
You shouldn't be asking for advice for free when you normally have to hire a marketing agency/consultant to do this.
If you wan't to be taken seriously and be helped I'd start a new account or something because with that trust rating no one is going to take you seriously.

If you were a newbie and needed actual help I'd do it right away but what you are doing right now is not right.

Good luck with your project Smiley

The first thing I can suggest is to get your website in order, the website serves as a center of information once it is up and running smoothly, which frees up the time to focus on other marketing needs.

I could spend all day seeing how people use our websites to get to know them. Google analytics is my favorite tool.

It is important to know your SEO, but it is also a very deep rabbit hole. Most of the time, you could dive into optimizing and understanding it, but essentially, this is just 1 marketing facet. Content is king, write articles and post them on your website page, look for popular questions in your field to answer, so that you show up as people check.
