Try sending an email directly to shapeshift. The user below had the same problem as yours and he solved his problem by contacting shapeshift directly although in his case, he issued a refund. And apparently, he tried to contact blockchain.info's side first but shapeshift was faster to reply.

Shapeshift es el exchange que usa blockchain.info para comprar y intercambiar monedas. Lo que hacen es mandar tus BTC a shapeshift y estos mandarte ETH en tu cuenta de blockchain.info.

Si la dirección en la que esta el ether no es la tuya de blockchain.info parece ser que el ether se ha quedado en shapeshift , y deberia enviarse a tu cuenta normalmente.

Como dice el compañero , con estos datos concretos los de blockchain.info tienen que solucionartelo si o si , y almenos ya no estas dando palos de ciego , vas con datos concretos.

De todas formas te recomiendo que en el futuro guardes tus criptomonedas tu localmente , y cuando quieras hacer intercambios las mandes a algun exchange de los top , hagas lo que tienes que hacer y las vuelvas a sacar.

I guess there are several users of blockchain experienced the same as this base on some reports and post here that's why it will takes time before they replied you, and might be not at all.

Luego hay varias transacciones de hace dos dias deposito/salida.

no, esa direccion es una dire de BTC la cual tiene mas de 1600 confirmaciones, no tienes en el historico de transacciones la tx hash de ETH? o como preguntó anteriormente Lifes la dire ETH donde recibirias tus ETH algo asi como 0x......

Me refería a la ETH tx hash que sería el problema

Cuando hiciste el cambio de BTC por ETH , pusiste bien la wallet (cartera) eth destino? Tenia que ser una wallet generada en la pagina web (blockchain.info) , de no ser así , el BTC se cambio por ETH pero se mando a alguna wallet que no era la tuya.
