They just online and answer other people's question, but skipped my question and deleted all visitor post...

that sucks! Angry same happened with the guy who tried to deposit 2BTC

if they were doing the right thing (i.e. banning cheaters), why not to comment on issue and give a reply?

Yup, do you have a referals or you are a referal of another YOUR account? if you log in from two referals accounts from the same IP it's a violation of the rules... Try to connect with administrator on facebook for example.
