Introduction Kuberbit is a fully merged mining coin with a Scrypt algorithm to make it energy efficient mining environment for Scrypt ASIC miners.
Creation Reasoning
1) 125000 KUBE Per Block are you crazy?a) Yes , but mainly this is created for bot autotrade for mining pools to make it profitable for both mining pools and ASIC users wanting to trade coins at lower prices - Due to the coin amount per block this will make a transaction a microcent of a trade. Also Huge reward for the pool that finds the block reward.
2) Why was Scrypt picked ?b) The current selection of merged Scrypt algos does not have a - Not many to choose from and the current available ones are not really helping with micro transaction costs
3) Why 4 Minutes Span and not just 2 Minutes?b) This is to prevent orphans as well as too many coins constantly being flooded onto the market
4) What is merged mining ?a) Here is a extract "
Merged mining allows a miner to mine for more than one block chain at the same time. The benefit is that every hash the miner does contributes to the total hash rate of both (all) currencies, and as a result they are all more secure.
Starting with a high-level explanation: The miner (or mining controller in the case of pooled mining) actually builds a block for both hash chains in such a way that the same hash calculation secures both blocks. Work units based on this block are then assigned to miners. If a miner solves a block (at the difficulty level of either or both block chains) the block is re-assembled with the completed proof of work and submitted to the correct block chain (or both blocks are separately reassembled and each submitted to the corresponding network if it met both of their difficulty requirements).

https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/273/how-does-merged-mining-workWhat all this means is that on a Scrypt Pool like for example Zergpool no additional hashes is required if mining the Scrypt algorithm due to it being a merged coin with all Scrypt coins in that pool.
5) What is this coin meant for based on Markets a) LTC and DOGE or even it's own base currency due to the blocks moving along side with SHA256 -
6) Why was this created ?a) Due to Covid 19 markets have not been doing great so I'm introducing a new type of insane coin
7) Is the coins being produced going to give a over saturated market ?a) This is a good question - With Bots auto trading + Exchanges trade the future of the coin is unpredictable . This could be a stable coin and could be the most unstable coin ever in pricing .
8 ) When is the coin going to be listed on exchange ?a) Honestly I can't tell . It's up to exchanges if they would like to list or not .
