Jose Mourinho is a good coach with an amazing coaching CV spreading across the best leagues and teams in Europe,he won the heart of the Roma fans as the Empty stadiums were filled up again week in and week out during matchdays, won them their first European trophy, took them to back to back European finals which they lost the later to Sevilla, but anything that has a beginning will definitely have an end and Jose Mourinho's time as Roma was wasn't an exception, before Mourinho was sacked Roma were loosing matches and the team was not in the position they occupy now, the good thing was to let him go honourably which Roma did and a new coach was appointed.

However, the problem is Pep Guardiola strategy often makes things difficult for Ancelotti.
