I understand correctly that the case was: you're accessing from Spain, i.e.: restricted territory, they blocked your account due to that, confiscate your winnings, and return your deposit? And the point you're trying to raise here was since you're still in PnL minus, they should return more than what they returned to you?

I lost 5k there, and i am asking to return the rest of the funds that i deposited there (AND I DIDN'T LOSE). I am not asking for any winning, and i am not asking for my deposits, because they are over my balance. I am just asking for the money that i have inside.
I had over 5k inside that they simply stole because i am from a forbidden country. Those 5k don't come from any winning. Come from my deposits. The deposits that i lost i am not asking for a refund. I just want the money that i didn't lose.

btw, the money that i am asking for is not 1900, the money is 5615. This money comes from the money that i had (my balance at 6448), minus the only money that they already gave me back (833)
I deposited over 13k, and just be able to withdrawn (900+900+833), So i have left 5615 inside. This is the money that they stole. I didn't win, so this money don't come from winnings. This balance is less than the money that i deposited, so i am not asking for the refund of my deposits.
