@zangadogamer
You seem to be one of the few people here who actually managed to receive withdrawals recently, so I was hoping you could share your approach.

You mentioned making smaller withdrawals of around 0.001–0.005 BTC.

*Did you always withdraw to the same address, or did you use different ones each time?
*Did you make one request at a time, or submit multiple at once?
*Did you follow any timing pattern, like once per day or every other day?

I feel there’s a better chance to succeed if we follow a method that has already worked for someone, rather than just experimenting randomly and risking being excluded by some internal payout algorithm if/when future payments happen.

I’d appreciate it if you could write in a less offensive/aggressive manner.
*I believe such language is also against Bitcointalk rules.
*More people would take your posts seriously that way.

I have reviewed my findings again and admit my mistake. You are right — they cannot be traced.

TheQuin could find one minute in his life to visit Bitcointalk and post something. wetsuit also, who is the business owner, doesn't respond.
Right.
And if they couldn't continue operating the website for any reason, they could make an announcement and close the website like what they did to clubriches and dplay.

I agree with Lucius. There's a big probability that they have sold the website and the new owners can't run the website like before.

Let's assume that you are right and the website was actually sold. Let’s also assume that the new owners are completely inexperienced.

Now there are questions that don’t make sense:
*People are complaining and they stay silent. Why would they stay silent?
*They don’t know what to do, users are leaving, they have bad ratings, and they remain quiet. They don’t post any statement or info on the site.
*Let’s say they have financial problems, yet they don’t change the model to reduce costs and stabilize their funds. Why wouldn’t they take any action?
*Why don’t they at least put an ad banner on the site that could temporarily help with finances?

The only thing I noticed they did was: when the site got blacklisted by antivirus, they were removed from the blacklist within 2 days.

Even the most inexperienced person (new owner) would do something (good or bad) to save the business. They are doing nothing.
That’s why I think the reason isn’t that the new owners don’t know what to do. I also don’t think the website was sold.

I’ve posted detailed information about my plan to contact KSA and possibly ECC-Net regarding FBC B.V. You can read it here:

Given the current situation, I have decided to contact the authorities and see what can be done.

Reasons:
*The domain Freebitco.in is registered only until October 10, 2025 – less than two months away.
*Even if they were paying every half-month or once a month, that is too short a time for me to withdraw my full balance.
*Since July, Trustpilot has been full of complaints.
*Personally, I believe this is the end phase of an exit scam, and on October 10, 2025 everything will be shut down.

Therefore, on Monday, October 18, 2025, I will contact KSA (the Dutch Gambling Authority) to start an official case with them. Since they have investigated FBC B.V. in the past, I believe they know the owners and that this is one of the rare cases where the people behind a crypto gambling site are actually traceable. I plan to use that. It is also possible that we will need to contact ECC-Net (The European Consumer Centre Network), but that depends on communication with KSA.

I think the chances of a “win” are high, but I want to warn in advance that it is unlikely we will recover our funds. FBC B.V.’s assets are probably not large enough to pay both the KSA fines and the people they owe.
What can be achieved is making life more difficult for the owners – so that they can’t move freely without wondering if they might end up in jail in certain countries.

I know many people here believe nothing will come of this, that they are anonymous and unreachable. Maybe that’s true, maybe not. But doing nothing is voluntarily giving up. Even a small chance is better than no chance at all.

I have intentionally set the date to Monday, October 18, 2025 so that if anyone wants to join me, you have time to reach out. The more of us there are, the bigger the “mess” we can create.

Since I have not been paid out in over a week, with no explanation from freebitco.in or response from customer support, I have filed a fraud claim with the Canadian anti-fraud centre  https://antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/report-signalez-eng.htm#a1a .  I filed a complaint with my local police department.  I was told by the officer to ask online if there are any other canadian victims.  If so they should file a fraud report.  Does anybody know were FBC BV. is registered?

I also have all the necessary documentation to contact the authorities and take action on this. The question is whether it’s worth it.

Freebitco.in is owned by FBC B.V., which is registered in the Netherlands.
The Dutch gambling regulator (KSA) is currently taking enforcement action against them, which confirms they are a real entity operating within the EU. In this proceeding, they cannot hide their origin. They are also under financial penalties, so this is not an untouchable or anonymous operation.

However… they are not responding to the sanctions, and the current total fine should be €840,000, which they probably won’t pay.

Filing a collective lawsuit against them is technically possible, but in reality, you won’t recover much. I doubt they have enough assets to pay both the existing fines and their users.
What would happen? FBC B.V. would go bankrupt. The fines would get paid first, and if anything remains, maybe a small portion would go to creditors.

If the occasional reports here are true — that they are still paying out some amounts — then it’s better to wait while they are still paying.
If they stop paying entirely, then it’s better if they get shut down.

Ok, let's go:

I posted on this thread in July 2025, telling my experience with freebitcoin'delay of 5 days. 10-year-user here.

I told you all I got paid in 4 to 5 days last time, in july 2025.

But this time, on 31 July, I demanded a withdraw of 0.005.

It is August 6, and for the first time, the delay record was broken for me: 5 complete days. Nothing came yet.

By searching on X and the original post from freebitcoin staff here (they stopped interacting +/-2 years ago) - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.34040 — in the recent posts, the new reality is this:

I have an important question:
How is your account secured that you’re still receiving payments? Is it just with email confirmation, or do you have 2FA enabled?

Regarding the second part of your message:
I don’t think people would rush to pull out their funds if Freebitco.in gave a proper explanation. People are only withdrawing because the team is completely silent.
Personally, I’d even be willing to leave some of my funds there and help support them — if that would help them get back on their feet. But unfortunately, when they can’t even say, “Sorry, we’re having issues. Can you accept partial payouts? Can we work something out?” — then what exactly are they expecting?

I honestly can’t imagine how the Hi-Lo game wouldn’t be generating revenue. It’s the equivalent of roulette — mathematically always profitable for the house. Any refer/interest system can always be adjusted or reduced.

Another paradox is that this platform isn’t anonymous — which is rare in the crypto space. We know who owns it, transactions can be traced, and the company is registered. Back in 2024, the Dutch regulator (KSA) already went after Freebitco.in / FBC B.V., so technically a class action lawsuit against FBC B.V. could be possible, since ownership is no longer in question.

What I don’t understand is this: If they’re having financial issues but are slowly paying users, why stay completely silent? Why ignore every support message? If they were gradually paying out, that would actually be great PR — “Even when short on funds, we’re trying to fulfill every withdrawal.” That would build huge trust.

The only explanation I can think of is that FBC B.V. might be planning to shut down entirely and they’re just buying time to avoid paying liabilities. But I haven’t found any confirmation or proof that this is the case.

The whole situation just seems totally bizarre and chaotic.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been a long-time user of Freebitco.in, and never had issues with deposits or withdrawals – until...

Now I’m facing a serious problem, and I see others here have reported similar issues:
• On July 28, I requested a slow BTC withdrawal
• On July 29, I requested an instant BTC withdrawal
→ Both are still marked as “pending”
→ No TXIDs were issued
→ Funds never reached my wallet

I submitted a support ticket (#23456614) on July 30; Followed up again on August 4 — still no reply; Only an automated response was received
I’ve never used VPNs or multiple accounts. My activity has always followed the rules. My email was verified long ago (as required for withdrawals).
I also have full documentation of both requests.

What really concerns me now is this: I never enabled 2FA, but withdrawals work fine.
But is 2FA condition for withdrawals?

There was a period when I wasn’t active on the site, but I honestly didn’t expect this kind of problem (when return) — especially not from a gambling site that used to function reliably. And it's not like it’s run by some unknown anonymous group — the company behind it is [FBC B.V.], registered in the Netherlands.

There’s a significant amount of BTC stuck in my account now.
Any advice on how to proceed or escalate this?

Thanks.

Hello,
This problem is solved by lot of people (I think).

It's possible mining to adress A and Paid to adress B.id?

Mining(A) =fee> wallet A =fee> B.id
Mining(B.id) =(less)fee> B.id

I can't pay less like 5 (for example urges the situation). Becouse i lose id = lose XMR.

I can't change B becouse for example I do not like B anymore. Or I change it.

Or it's possible Mining (A) and send admin a request for transfer from A to B (inside pool) wiht out fee?

Or it's here some another solution?

thx for answare.

Hello.
I have few (meyby noob) Q, but I would like to understand Smiley.

1. How is reward from hash calculated? I mining last 3 day. Avg h/s is 280 H/s (24h). I was expecting something around 0.0143, but I only have 0.0117 [20+-% less]. Why is it like that?
Previous post was written something about maitenens, but i don't thing this ist the reason. Can anyone explain it to me please? +How i can calculate result correctly?
(i know cca 300H/s is low, but i only testing before start something bigger)

2. Why has PPLNS better rewards? When block is found, it has 100% value. 100% value is divided between miners. How is possible the system PPLNS get more like 100% value in long time? It is always 100%. Now, after year, two ... So where is catch or from where it's stolen ?

3. I try find difference between payout (Wallet) and payout (Exchange), but unsuccessful. All go to my wallet, so what's the difference?

Again sorry for this easy Q.
And thx for answer Smiley
