Dear Crypto community,

In this season of crypto slow market, there are many scam artist who are stealing  from crypto traders and developers alike.

The worse of them is the above-named exchange. Whatever you do please DO NOT use this exchange. Besides the daily worthless fake volume, this exchange actually steals your BTC.  You are unable to withdraw for days while your assets goes missing in your account. They actually even authorized scammers to use their domain name to send you emails for listing enquiries only to block you when you ask for redress.

This is another Eastern European scam and former CIS country fraudsters stealing with impunity .

This exchange is evil!

Run far away from P2PB2B!!!

The VCC scam Exchange announce recently that they have changed their KYC policy. They give users only 18 hours notice to comply. And they say if after 3 attempts you don’t succeed your account will not be accessible . How do you explain a scam more than that? They want to steal your BTC. Usually , you give me a 30 day notice . Doing KYC is not something easy. Again, many people may not be aware of the new policy? How do you expect everyone to comply in 18 hours? This is the worse scam exchange . They steal your money with their fake volume !!

hange claiming to be based in Vietnam and Singapore . This exchange also claims to share the same liquidity with Bittrex .

Do not even try opening a trading account. They will steal your BTC. Also, as a developer, please do not consider listing your project on VCC Exchange. They have no liquidity, they fake volume everyday to have $20m  daily volume . On investigating, there’s consistent daily pattern of wash trading with fake trades . Your orders don’t get filled, but you see huge volume everyday.

They will charge you 1 BTC to list, but they will never announce your project as listed because they don’t want to be seen to be listing new altcoins, but they like your money and will steal it from you. They won’t do airdrops for your project because they don’t want Exchange users  to know that they have listed new altcoin. This is the worse crypto Exhange in the whole universe!

Avoid them like a snake!

Manutax is the real estate tokenized asset platform which allows any property to be tokenized and retailed to investors in smaller units. This means that even an investor with the smallest amount of money can buy into a portion of a property, be it commercial or residential. The advantage of the Manutax token asset is that it provides more liquidity to home owners in that trading of the token allows for value to be transferred by anyone who owns the MUX token, in the locus of a liquid trading market.

The Manutax platform also provides a lower barrier of entry for investors to participate in the housing market. It is worthy of note that the Manutax token, MUX is backed by real estate and hence can demonstrate actual real value using the backbone of real estate assets that is on its network . For any new property to be added to the Manutax platform, a thorough evaluation of its suitability will be carried out, including comparative valuation and location parameters.  Manutax shall engage professional real estate firms to perform comprehensive audit of the asset in question in order to provide a holistic understanding of its relevance  and suitability. Blockchain technology will ensure that this process is transparent, devoid of middlemen and brokers who add to the cost of doing business. The advantage of investing in the MUX token is that all assets that are tokenized are covered by insurance. Hence, any claim is fully protected by risks underwriters of repute who act as security to any eventuality associated with any property on the Manutax system. Because the MUX token supply is fixed at creation, all investors can get an upside to their investment with the capital appreciation of the MUX token. This token shall be traded on major crypto exchanges to enable every holder to realize fiat value for their investment.   In determining the true value of any property to be added to the Manutax platform for tokenization, a number of market and intrinsic factors will be considered. While many developers and property owners have emotional attachments to certain assets the own, the considered value of any asset will be judged by comparing it to peer properties which have been in the market over a given period of time. Such information shall be sourced from publicly available records, in property listing journals and through the professional valuation opinions of established and reputable real estate valuation company. Such final cost of sale of property will account for various components in the sale process, including statutory tax cost due to governments, professional fees to lawyers, payments to trust companies and other service providers in the process.

It is my believe that in the next couple of days there will be some additional updates on this intial story. If there is some veracity to this claim, the authorities will make a press Release with further clarification. I don’t think this is complete rumour. There may have been some discussions going on in Japan about the future of ICOs which necessitated this news filtering out into the public domain.

Japan has always been in the forefront of leadership when it comes to technological innovations. I believe that the authorities will adopt a measured approach to this matter so as to avoid complications for the nascent crypto industry in that country.

If there is a way of harmonising regulation, it will help in giving credibility to the whole process of approving ICO’s. Crypto project  ICOs need regulations so institutional monies can start flowing in and also for the protection of retail investors.

The community also has a role to play by coming up with certain standards which projects need to comply with before launching of ICOs. There is much to be learned from various failed ICOs which can help in plugging holes and making future ones more credible!

Re: Tokenised Real Estate Asset : the future of property investment?
by
Manutax

This thread is to explore how blockchain can be used to tokenised real estate so the small investor out there can also participate. Tokenisation makes for smaller unit investments. It’s like full democratisation of property wealth.

Brainstorming on the subject matter will definitely produce some wonderful insight by the bitcointalk community so all can learn.

Tokenised Real Estate Asset : the future of property investment?
by
Manutax
on 22/10/2017, 04:28:06 UTC
Will tokenisation of real estate properties bring about larger and inclusive ownership by people from various social strata of life? Also, will it enhance deeper liquidity and access for investors with deep pockets and huge asset class portfolio.

Please note this is not a project announcement. It’s a thread for general purpose discussions only.

Bitcoin is not a bubble...many more people are now investing. Even some hedge funds are silently investing their excess cash in bitcoin as can be seen by recent developments.
