Please don't think that I want to tell you what to do. I just sincerely don't understand. Why did your representative in the chat (this is the only opportunity for official negotiations with BK8) repeatedly repeat to me: "your case has been checked several times and a decision has been made. There will definitely be no revisions"
Now I understand that you work honestly. And you have no desire to somehow deceive your clients. Then why did this situation happen? Do you trust your automatic system too much that you don't even leave a chance for feedback from such a client?!

Is there any way to resolve such disputes before publishing on the forum? I sincerely don't want to write bad words about a very good bookmaker! I am sure that you also do not need unnecessary mentions in such topics. BUT how? Could you leave your email contacts or allow messages on this forum from new users. I am sure that I am not the last person to get into this situation!

I confirm that my account is unblocked. The money is in my account. Everything is as it should be!

BK8 scam me. Doesn't pay my winnings

bookmaker: BK8
my username: Misterios

account balance before blocking: 305.16 usd
account balance after theft: 150 usd

claim: I demand that the stolen 160.16 USD be returned to me


Description:
I registered with the bookmaker BK8. I made the first deposit of 100USD. I placed a bet on sports and lost. Then I made a second deposit of 150USD. I placed a bet on sports and won 305USD
I requested the entire amount for withdrawal.
After which my account was logged out and blocked. A message for me to write to support.
In the support chat, they wrote to me that I violated the bookmaker's rules, so all my winnings are canceled and that I can only withdraw 150 dollars. It seems that the bookmaker considered my first lost bet normal, and did not like the winning bet, very convenient.
It is interesting that in the support chat they present it very cunningly, they write in one message that I violated the rules and that they will only allow me to withdraw 150 dollars, and ask me to agree with this!
I do not understand the logic of this bookmaker at all! If you cancel my bets, considering that there are some violations, why didn't you cancel my lost bet? The withdrawal amount should be 250USD!

Before making a request for withdrawal, I thought about making another bet, but I didn't find anything interesting for myself at the moment. I can confirm that there were no restrictions on the part of the provider, very high bet limits and high odds. The bookmaker's claims are definitely not because of my bets! It's good that I decided to withdraw the money, because the bookmaker would not have paid for my winnings anyway!

I ask the bookmaker's representative to get in touch. Comment on my case.

I also want to notify you in advance that a VPN service is always running on my computer. Perhaps this somehow affected the bookmaker's automatic system for detecting violations. However, the bookmaker does not prohibit using a VPN to access the site!

I want the bookmaker's representative to choose one of two options: 1. you admit that your automatic violation detection system worked incorrectly and you reopen my account and apologize. 2. if you insist that there are violations on my part and that there are no mistakes, you absolutely want to refuse a client like me and that the bets will be canceled, then you must pay me my deposit of 250usd!!!
I hope the community will agree that my demands are justified.
