Well, not all website are secure, if i upload my profile in an unsecured platform other people will not suffer but only me. My identity could be stolen and someone may reproduce another account similar to mine and just steal my details.
This is what I definitely like about TrustLogics, they keep on amazing me, well, I already know that they are promoting the security of the files of job seekers,  it upon looking at this graphics, how they presented it, it is really an eye catching.  In a project especially with huge competition, everything matters.
This is why Trustlogics have been created in a new standard that would get back the control in the hands of jobseekers to secure their datas. And in this platform, jobseeker will have the full control to whom they would allow their data to be accessed.
This will surely reduce he problem of identity theft. Users could not create fake profiles in the platform, if they get  verified they will be found out and they will be sorry about it. They will pay the price for it by not being trusted by recruiters.
So the best thing to do, is just state in your files your honest credentials, and if you think that there  will be less chance tobe hired because you don't have strong  or remarkable credits, then make a way by attending seminars or short courses. It helps a lot, because making fake credentials is a lot worse if you use TrustLogics platform, because surely, they will know it and the more that you will not have a chance to be hired.
Data security is very important to any platform especially when you have put your personal data, email and contact details. This may be susceptible to hacking and identity theft. Your personal account may be compromised if the data falls on people with vested interest. Its good to know that Trustlogics is making security a priority.
Well, they should really prioritize security because it is really important to keep the personal data safe from people who used them for their own intentions. Trustlogics is good in keeping the data safe with the help of Blockchain Technology.

I was thinking about AI, is AI’s assessment reliable? I’ve heard a lot about AI replacing the task of human. Will AI really replace regular employees’ task of assessing applications frms and datas of applicants? Will their assessment be correct and accurate? It is true that only initial sorting out of datas will be their task but I still doubt.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) assessment is reliable. The logic that the AI uses is all from the human also. AI was used just to eliminate those routinary works that can be processed by a certain program. Trustlogics is really moving to the next level using high-end technology beneficial to all users.

Maybe this is the new material you are looking for. This is great. We now have banking for blockchain. I am interested on what Cashaa has to offer too. Well its really amazing how Trustlogics has made strategic partnership with different organization and countries.

Wow! This is great news! I believe that Trustlogics really intended to collaborate with this platform to make the process smoother than ever. For all the transactions that will be processed by the platform, this will also detect fraudulent transactions as part of the security features.

This is the best thing that having on the online industry, the fact that the personal data is secured this is one of the good reason why many applicant choose to pass their personal data here compare to others.
Isn't passing your information on the internet and online makes it a lot riskier and dangerous rather than passing
your information personally? I mean, the risk of your information being leaked will be present and the scope of where
it will be spread is the entire internet. Though in TrustLogics, the blockchain technology lessens that risk.

Its depends where do you pass it, if on the internet make sure that the recipient is trusted and have credibility to protect all of your personal data... Like here in trustlogics they'll guarantee that anyone's data is secured and safe, and no one will succeed to manipulate or hack it from them thanks to blockchain...

I also monitoring this project in a couple of weeks now and it is very amazing. Good thought and comments brought me here and as I observe this is really amazing. You guys are truly doing so much efforts on this project.
Don't just monitor this project but put some money to it or else you will regret because you let trustlogics done without some of your investment. This project is helpful to our community and it will be useful for those who want to have an alternative way for applying a job or looking for a work alone. If you don't have enough time to look for a job, just look on trustlogics and you will see some offered jobs.

That is true. If you are saying that this project is really amazing then you could be missing out the best opportunity to invest in this project. I see a lot of positive comments as well which only shows that the project is receiving a lot of support.

Its not yet the end. We can view their development by the use of their social media sites. They are also active even here. Trustlogics have big community and big investors, if you want to follow then buying TLT will become an easy step to be part of this community. We have choices in selecting a good project but we should be more wise and think how a certain project will really help us.

The intention of the project is bridging the companies and the applicants by providing a professional users information on their platform that are verified or can be easily validated.
Welcome back smith4cris! You are definitely right! Many supporters were amazed by this project that is why they are really monitoring every progress on this project. We are very excited and can't wait any longer to see how the project will be accepted by the public.
I must agree with you BitDane. We are really waiting for the launching of Trustlogics platform and we are expecting a positive response from the public. Some may have doubts and negative impressions but that is a part of every project and that is healthy. If Trustlogics will prove that they are wrong then that will be a 200% trust rate increase I think.

I think you can still contact them in their social media accounts or used your email which you have entered to your account. We cannot deny that it will surely happen but Trust logic will do their best to managed every user of their system.

I totally agree with you, all your precious and important data must be secured by you and we shouldn't depend on the trustlogics platform's security alone. There's no doubt about the security of the platform but we must protect our own data so.
The security both depends on the user and the platform. In order to maximize and prevent unnecessary information leaks or unexpected occurence of bad things , the users will also have to take precautionary measures to further reinforce the existing security of TrustLogics.  
Well, the trustlogic has an end to make it even more effective for all users to use on other platforms, to avoid any important things about the information that may come out, so it is especially important for users to safely secure anything regarding a user's identity.
I guess it will never happen at all but in case it will happen definitely TrustLogics Team will provide a right way to recover the account.
Commonly on social media apps like Facebook they used Phone or Call verification to retrieve the account. If that happens probably you were irresponsible user, lol.
Prevention is better than cure. I am aware that some of us forgot our passwords but there are ways to remember it. There are also numbers of ways to retrieve it. It is very important to have these features but I know that Trustlogics considered that because it is a common thing to have password retrieval features when it comes to applications especially a user account.
I agree with that! This feature should be common to all applications and we have many ways to retrieve it. We are also using different ways like biometrics (fingerprint) and QR codes to make these security features on a higher level. Trustlogics platform really is making ways convenient for its users. Blockchain Technology provides high-security features as well.

Well, this is just because online application is not too useful that what they think, because they believe that through applying and going to some job fair is more chance to find a job because of many company who looking for a job seekers. But through the help of the trustlogics they will provide a good apportunity to those who want to find a job and for sure they will refer it to their friends once they see the fast result of the TrustLogics.
milandres0207 got a point. Some of us are not aware that some companies use the online hiring just to advertise that their company is growing. Some also use it to deceive people that they are hiring personnel for expansion of their company but in reality they are near bankruptcy and they are baiting investors that will put their money on their business to somehow survive. Trustlogics will be the most reliable platform I think in the future.

As i was remember, my friend try to apply online and send their files and after a week she got a call from the company and asking to bring their files that is needed to the company, and after that day they said that they will call back again but,so long time ago there is nothing happen that is why some jobseekers has no trust on applying online. TrustLogics is here to change the mind of every jobseekers which is they need to show that applying online is more useful and interesting than the traditional way.

For the most part, I do think that TrustLogics is different from any other companies or online hiring agencies that
we are used to hear. They're much more reliable, credible and safe because they're a formal project run by developers
which are backed up by many investors.

Just to clarify trustlogics platform is not manpower agency or something like that huh, they will help someone to verified their background history and all other credentials... And also secured all of it (data) in their own server, so no one can ever access to it except yourself...
Yes they are not but someone from the platform can notify their users for a certain job posted which they call peer to peer hiring. They will be making the hiring process more easy and convenient for recruiters and for applicants too.

Compared to traditional hiring process that you need to wait for days, weeks and months or even for a year, this is totally different. Trustlogics team was so smart using the latest technology to make it easier, fair and reliable.

I think you have a misconception about the term "freelance". Freelancer is really not committed to a certain company on a long-term basis. but it doesn't mean that they are not committed at all to their jobs. Sometimes, they are the one who is really doing their job well because that client (employer) will give them a negative or positive review which will affect the next projects that they will be handling. Trustlogic is a great platform for all freelancers.
I must agree with BitDane about this. I support his statement and sometimes employers prefer freelancers because they are not obliged to give them the benefits that regular employees need. Some companies also need seasonal employees for special events that is why they look for freelancers to do the job. If I will be that employer, I will use the Trustlogics platform.

I think this will serve as a official experience of graduate student and will gain their idea about the jobs they wanted...
You have a point! OJT is a plus factor if they have done it in a reputable company. What if they have just done it for a small company and they are aiming for that big company. I guess Trustlogics will give the solution about this, they will base their decision depending on the requirement that the employer wanted.

Well, I think they planned it as it will benefit their project. Imagine, more buyers that buy TLT tokens, more revenues will come to them. But still, they need to consider the countries who are not regulating cryptocurrency and I think there are many countries that will not accept the concept of trustlogics specially if the government have corrupt officials.

It is so funny right, when you compare the hardships before in applying and now, you can even apply without  leaving hime, because you can apply through online.  And in addition..before if the company has vacant jobs, there is not too.much adverstisement on jobs, you just rely to friends working there to peers or sometimes you have to try your luck and go to every company and ask if there are vacancies.  Job seekers now are more blessed compare before.

Well, this is just because online application is not too useful that what they think, because they believe that through applying and going to some job fair is more chance to find a job because of many company who looking for a job seekers. Some also use it to deceive people that they are hiring personnel for expansion of their company but in reality they are near bankruptcy and they are baiting investors that will put their money on their business to somehow survive. Trustlogics will be the most reliable platform I think in the future.

That is the main problem of all the job seekers in the Philippines because of that kind of applying and when it comes to hiring processing it also takes a lot of time, patients and effort falling in line in order for you to be hired as an employee and it also depends in your resume if you are qualified to what job they have provided.

It is normally to apply again in again specially when you are very picky and choosy on getting or picking a particular job. Because of this project rather platform you were now be able to apply on different companies without any cost and expenses for applying just fingers, lol.
I think it is not being picky. We should really choose the job that we will be doing because we will do it for years and it's kinda boring when you do a job that does not interest you. There is a saying that "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. - Unknown". So I think Trustlogics project solves this problem.

Well, I am really inspired by your statement. I remember those words about catching fishes and that was inspiring indeed that you have also that to other people. I guess that is the reason why Trustlogics was created. It is to inspire people to do good and to do great. Helping one another for a common goal.
