I understand your concern for this, if we had high traffic and had multiple deposits coming in, it would be hard to keep track of who actually sent the deposit.
But because we are not a big casino and still in beta stage, the current system has been working without any issues.
For now, I will import a secondary and a third address to each crypto deposit request, allowing members to generate a new address each request, to easily keep track of their deposit.

I think you should have a separate deposit address for each person right from the start, even if it is the start of the casino. Maybe you are manually handling the deposits because the number of users are less at your site but now since people know this is a loop hole and someone may make new accounts and claim that they have the deposits while they haven't deposited any amount.
Other people like me may never deposit there unless i know that this potential issue has been fixed.

When a member puts in a deposit request, and completes the deposit, admins are notified right away to confirm, and then process the deposit directly to that user. (Usually 2 minutes or less)

Most services provide a unique address for each user, some of them even provide a new address for each new deposit. There must be a reason why they do so (think about users’ privacy, for example!).
Anyway, it’s your casino, and you can do whatever suits you best.

It seems that they use a single address to process deposits, which means that all players use the same deposit address.

If I deposit 10$ and you give me another 10$, my total balance will be 20$, right? Then I want to withdraw the 20$, is that possible? Will you allow that? Hope new member can get more bonuses, $10 won't attract many user to the website. Also I'm waiting for more games to come out cause there are only few games that I can play in the website, overall it's functional but many things can improve in the website.
What do you expect to get as new player in a casino? Something big but there is a big wagering requirement applied to the bonus or something else, you may suggest them.

I know that deposits can still be credited to users' accounts , but I'm pretty sure most users wouldn’t like it, especially those who value their privacy.

Your minimum deposit is quite alright for a game, although your casino is still under development, but I think you should have a live online support to attend to potential clients because that alone would show that you are very serious about your business and it would go a long way to convince them that you can handle things very well when you are fully operational.
I tried looking for your ToS, and I noticed it could only be downloaded, which I think many would not be comfortable with. Many casinos out there have their ToS accessible without any need to download it, and yours should not be different; it should be easily accessible without the need to download it.

Hello, yes we do indeed have Live Support available.
The ToS is located within the Help Center and can be viewed after downloading.
I already know where the ToS is located, but my suggestion is that you should try make it easily readable rather than requiring one to download it before reading as gamblers would not want to waste much time out there looking for where to download ToS before they could read it when there are other casinos out there that they could just scan through and read before they register instead of downloading before reading. The market is highly competitive, so you should know that such would make gamers not waste their time downloading ToS when they can just read through, and besides, not everybody is comfortable these days downloading stuff from websites anymore just to avoid issues with malware infiltrating their gadgets.

Welcome to the forum, why didn't you wait until all the website features were operational before coming to present it on this forum? There are things that prove disasters when they are not clear, for example, your site does not have a TOS, that way no one will know if their country is allowed to play on your site or not
no one will know what the minimum and maximum withdrawal is and how long it takes for people to receive their money in their wallets when they withdraw from your casino. People will not know whether or not there is a minimum and maximum limit on the amount of money they can put in each game section. People will also not know if your casino asks for KYC

That is why the account was locked, sadly due to this ToS violation I am not able to return the funds.

As per ToS Violation rules; Funds have been confiscated and deducted from the locked account."
