I haven't really been around the forums except sporadically but I'm one of the older members of FBTC. With that said, after reading concerns, I set up a test withdrawal. I'll report back when/if it goes through.
That would be good, I did a w/d all on a few remaining sats last Thurs Aug 14, that went to manual review where it still is, not really expecting anything.
I think the last few reported successful withdrawals were Aug 5
Some get their funds from time to time in batches (batches of people, I mean), some - yep, they are lost in the queue..
I'm not aware of any clients getting there withdrawal since July 29. If anybody has received a withdrawal payment since then, I'd love to know about it.

I was just using my free WoF spin from the mail and then after using it I went to freebitco.in. I noticed this banner on the homepage which consists of the "Play Now" button but upon clicking on it nothing happened. I guess it is supposed to open the free WoF spin but since I don't have any may be that's why it did nothing.
I think it's just referring to the hourly free roll which if you use enough times during the time left shown above will reward you with golden tickets, see the banner above the timer for details.
If you're scrolled down the page a bit and that banner and timer are out of view clicking on it scrolls you back up to them.
Yeah, the website is working normally now. Anyway, I can see a 'play now' button on faucet page, which is opening the multiply BTC tab. Is it a new addition? Or was it there in the past too?

There are often delays with withdrawals but they seem to go through eventually. You will see lots of people posting about it on the more active Freebitco thread at the link I posted in my previous post above.

But Nabit didn't see doing such work and maybe there's some confusion happening here. I think he's just an active freebitco.in player or follower that's why he's so active on any discussion related with this casino.
Thanks, that's correct, I've been using Freebitco since July 2015, I still have the welcome to Freebitco email, sadly more of a follower than a player nowadays.

I can't disable my 2FA in any way. If I try without the secret code and with my registered number, I get the following message: The Nexmo platform could not process this message for the following reason... but it doesn't specify any reason. On the other hand, if I try to reset it and say I don't have the secret key or the phone number, it throws up this message: Sorry, your 2FA can't be reset now because your last login country is different from your current country. Please try resetting your 2FA from the same internet connection as the last time you used the website. Ayuda por favor!
Currently, no one can help you here about this issue because it's all about you and your phone as you mentioned support is also not helping you about anything then just limited chances here I notice in last few days their new representative who is taking care and posting about updates. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=76651 if he can check hopefully he will give you any update or just send him DM maybe he will give you any information about your issue, and you could be able to have restored your account without any more trouble.

I think you are scaring about if you will openly talk about this maybe someone give you negative feedback hopefully this will not happen if you give better updates about this project.
That was back in March on one of the occasions when the site was down and I was simply posting that it was back up again which it was.

Me too requested 15min BTC-withdraw yesterday and I dont have recieved. I also withdrawed funtokens and not recieved. I will update here when the situation changes.
Now I have had deposit request to my exchange. I am so new that I dont know what is "travel rule". I should tell them senders first name, surname, senders country and wallet type. Does anyone know?
Otherwise just Google something like "what is the bitcoin travel rule?" and you'll find lots of info.
I meant if anyone knew what freebitcoin could be, his country of origin, name and wallet type. It worked when I marked "it's my own wallet". Yes, I recieved bitcoins yesterday, but FUNtokens are still missing. Six days have passed.

I just got an email that premium users will be getting 2x the WoF spins for the time being. Being a curious person, i clicked, and look at that, i got 0 spins. So basically, i couldn't even spin on the email i received.
That email spin worked ok for me but as I sold all my FUN I don't think I will be seeing all the spins owed.
1. I got 7 wof spins yesterday although I sold the rest of my fun tokens 3 days ago 2. I cashed out most of my btc 2 days ago with slow mode, received within 12h 3. I noticed that I still get the bonus interest from holding FUN tokens, but I have 0 tokens
Thanks for the update, it took a couple of days for things to settle down after the sale of my FUN too.
I remember I got that error a few times and that was not due to someone else claiming the faucet. I had my freebitco account open in two different devices. I claimed the faucet on one of them without refreshing the page on the other one and therefore the "roll" button was still available on the other device. Since I could see the 'roll' button, after some minutes, I mistakenly thought that an hour has passed. I clicked on "roll" button and I got an error saying "Someone has already played from this IP in the last hour.".
That has happened to me quite a few times for exactly the same reason, different device in another room also logged in etc...
Did this happen to anyone else. i got 11 spins randomly, i had sold my FUN a day or two before but i'm owed like a year of 11 spins a day. anyways I was gonna spin them today but they are gone now. great.
Pretty much the same, I got 24 spins over three days, I had also sold my FUN a few days before and I am also owed about a years worth. Luckily I did spin them successfully soon after the internal error message disappeared.
