I haven't been responding as I am trying to convince Risk and Compliance team
to change their standard operating procedures when it comes to transparency.

All scam accusations, questions are compiled in a spreadsheet for them to see,
as again, I am trying to convince them to change the way they disclose information
to users/players.

I have handled NFT communities before, I know that's far from online casinos but,
my point is. Those projects I've handled weren't running smoothly in the beginning
and transparency was something we were always for and that got us users trusting the project.

I am pro-transparency. And to answer a question here, yes. I am part of the internal team of OLE7.IO

Someone here also asked, why is the CS team the one disclosing information. The process if I am not mistaken is like this.

1. Risk/Compliance team sees a weird activity on your account = banned
2. CS Receives email or chat complaint from the user who was banned.
3. I see that complaint here in this forum, I ask CS.
4. CS Provides information, limited information given by risk/compliance team.
5. I try to convince Risk/Compliance team to disclose proof and exact reasons why the account was banned, they wouldn't.

So it's myself and CS team that is short on transparent information as to why an account was blocked/banned
specifically or in full detail. Hence the reason why we are only allowed to say these..

-Multiple accounts
-Illegal Arbitrage Betting
-Illegal Bonus Hunting
-Cross Betting

I do not have an answer to question #1 yet.

But I do for questions 2 to 4.

-Honestly I personally have not memorized our TOS though on the very last part it does mention
Arbitration Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, I am not sure if that is relevant.

"If you really want to help, please don't come back with general statements for arbitrage betting and/or syndicate betting and all that stuff that you know in advance that they are just lies and joke explanations."

Sadly they won't disclose further information but I am still working on convincing them about it, but yes. Your account was labelled under arbitrage/syndicate betting.

Another concern regarding deposits ( I have seen that the accusation thread says resolved but, let me explain what else happened).

They have already credited your deposit but here are a few things that happened.

"He transferred the balance to another wallet first and from that wallet, he transferred to us.
Now the catch here was that the user was providing the receipt from the first transfer and not from the second transfer."

"Our vendor checked the transaction based on what member provide on his screenshot.
The wallet address in the screenshot he provided first is 0xdac17f958d2ee523a2206206994597c13d831ec7 - which does not belong to us."

In a sense you quite mislead. Anyhow I am glad that it is all sorted out.

Everyone, thank you for your patience in this thread and support in the scam accusations. Once again please take note that I am not the decision maker here.

As much as I want to be 101% transparent, the risk and compliance team have their SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) which I cannot change or alter. But I do hope they do in hopes to turn this reputation from negative to positive and be much more fair to everyone.

This is a discussion between me and a rep from our CS team, according to him and the Risk Team/Compliance Team.

"For Dorjan, it was a case of multiple accounts wherein another username is xudi59."

I asked the cases for these users

They did not disclose the issues but again, they may fall for some of these reasons.

1. Illegal Arbitrage Betting
2. Illegal Bonus Hunting
3. Cross Betting

1. Evelynn - Blocked due to compliance issues.

Hello, everyone. Please take the time to read. I would like to address a few concerns here.
I've been through several departments such as finance, to try and retrieve the payments but, I was told decisions were final.
Next, I have also been to the Risk department to talk them out of appealing for the accounts.

"Already investigated this, the user shared two screenshot(s) and in both of them,
Transaction ID(s) were different. Our payment team said that they didn't receive this deposit yet.
However, I will co-ordinate with them again and will update the user via email today itself."

Hello everyone, a few updates here.

First, let me begin saying that I hope you had a good weekend.

Despite all the issues going on here, on a personal note I hope you did enjoy the weekend.

Issue #1. The websites.
I have spoken to the ITSD (IT Service Department) and I had to ask regarding these domains if these are ours.

This is what the IT rep exactly said. 'hi sir carlos mentioned domains above is not handle by our team.'

Which I will now conclude that is it not ours and may be a phishing website to steal funds or other personal information.
I tried accessing the website and it's nowhere near our website (ole7.io) UI/UX and website loading speed.

Now someone asked why didn't we report it, my answer honestly is I don't know. If no one has brought this up this website was just probably sitting there
scamming people but, now the IT department is on the move to report and best, take it down.

Next, ferrum. Thank you for sending the screenshot. I now have your username.

I am actually begging the compliance team to allow an appeal for the accounts, if not. I am trying to at least have funds back if it's not against the T&Cs.

There are no guarantees nor promises in this but, I will do what I can.

Once again I would like to say sorry for the bad beginnings in this thread and for the users who had a negative experience.

A few updates here.

I am still in contact with the internal team regarding these accounts.

Again, I want to be transparent. But, certain teams internally are very firm that they cannot disclose
every detail as to why the account got locked or banned.

So now I am trying to negotiate with them if ever they can give a chance for the users to appeal and
have a chance to defend themselves.

Next, for the image. That's not our website. Our website is https://ole7.io/en/#/main if
you click the URL I provided now and compare that screenshot with the "grabbed" image from a real estate person.
It's not our website.

Next, I am still waiting for Ferrum360's OLE7 ID so that I can also forward this to customer support team and compliance team.

Tomorrow is a Saturday.. the following is a Sunday please expect me to respond on a working day which is Monday.

Once again, I am also caught in the middle of all of this, please take note that I am trying to help I myself want to be transparent.
But, I cannot do anything if the decision is final especially coming from compliance team, risk team and other teams involved.

For the three accounts, I have already been told the reasons why the account was banned, although the customer support team and compliance team has told me that
they do not disclose the exact reasons why accounts get banned or locked. However some illegal actions are: Multiple accounts, Illegal Arbitrage betting etc.

For Ferrum360, I believe I sent a DM but if you have not received it, please DM me your OLE7 ID so I can also investigate what has happened.

Apologies for the late response, and being inactive. Please do not think I myself or this platform is running away from these concerns, I have been firm with my team that I will not leave this forum and be transparent with the best of my abilities.

To begin with.

1. There are current users who are claiming to be banned or being scammed by our website (Ole7.io)

What we have done here is that I have forwarded these concerns along with your specific concerns, screenshots, and your comment in this thread internally. Our team is currently investigation this issue if proven correct.

I have also coordinated with one of the moderators here to check on your accounts to see if you are trying to give a bad reputation on your names as you are 'newbies'. More updates will be provided as we go along with the investigation.

2. As some of the users here have called out shills in other threads. We are also aware of that.

What we have done here is to educate these people as they have executed this campaign in the very wrong manner, we are also considering to stop our collaboration with them as this has also backfired to us in a bad way. We really mean no harm here.

Lastly. I have also received a message here in interests to promote OLE777 by bounty campaigns and other methods of campaigns. To those who are interested please send a direct message and I will be willing to know more about your expertise.

For now these are all the updates I have, if I have missed anything I apologize but, I will check this thread for another sweep to recognize your suggestions, pain points. I want to coordinate with all of you.

I want to address a few concerns here. Such as shilling, user blocked without reason and myself being online on the 27th.

1. We have hired an agency to promote our brand in different forums and also social media channels but, they have not executed this the proper way.
I am aware that they are around and started this just recently on forums. But again, this is not how we planned it to be.

2. For user 'ferrum360' I highly suggest that you do a follow up via customer support on our website, they are open 24/7.
Next, you can also DM me your proof that you have been ignored through Telegram and WhatsApp or you can just share your username (Both Telegram & Whatsapp). I will also share the screenshots here for transparency.

3. I went online on the 27th to check on this forum for any private messages, new comments but, I didn't have the time to respond, why? It's December 27, 2022.
I was on a holiday leave. I wanted to work but, I was also telling myself that this is the only a few days for me to rest. And I went with that choice. Apologies to all those who have been ignored in this thread.

I believe you are referring to the profile page which we do not require to be honest and if that is the definition of KYC that is too light.

A KYC would mostly require a selfie or a selfie with your valid ID. Plus other documents like utility bill which happens on Crypto casinos and we do not require those.

Instead we only have a very basic account registration using manual registration and social logins in order for interested players to create an account with 2 to 3 clicks only.
