Hi,
According to your Letter of Guarantee it seems that our system can't do a refund process due to high transaction fee it requires to send it back to its origin address, this usually happens because there are many inputs addresses on your transaction.
You've sent around 0.00xxx BTC into the generated address, but the transaction fee cost around 0.01 BTC which is higher than the amount you sent.
In this case, then our system will treat your transaction as donation, as stated on our FAQ over here:

Bitmixer is not for small amounts and is a high volume mixing service you should've known it better. and no they are not lost forever don't worry.
I do know it, but honestly, I completely forgot. It's after I sent the bitcoins, I realized I done phooked up.

If Bitmixer sends back the original coins (minus the fees), you are likely to get your coins back from LocalBitcoins, if you properly explain them the complete situation. If Bitmixer sends you different coins (from one of their own wallets), you'll be having a very hard time when it comes to proving that these coins really belong to you. Next time send the coins first to your own wallet, and then start mixing them....
I got a reply from LBC and they said "Hi!
No transactions have been sent to your LocalBitcoins account.
You must ask them the address they sent bitcoins to.

I explained that the bitcoin were refunded to their outgoing address, which in their 'policy' says that the outgoing addresses aren't connected to my account, so if a refund were to be sent there, they wouldn't know if it's for my account.
I still have the Letter of Guarantee from Bitmixer, if that helps.

From the very beginning it's your fault, why you send less than the minimum required, you should always copy paste not just manually typing if its an amount to be send or an address.
No they haven't shown me the trans id of the refund process to LBC. I'mma ask for it now.
Bitmixer replied asking for the Letter of guarantee. I attached it and sent it to them, so now awaiting a reply.
I know it's my fault, I completely forgot about the minimum requirement.

I think you should contact localbitcoins because if your transaction not confirm it will be rejected by network and receive back to localbitcoin address..
Its not a bitmixer problem you should talk to localbitcoin about this..

As of typing this, it has 36 confirmations.
I already contacted LBC and they said "No transactions have been sent to your LocalBitcoins account.
You must ask them the address they sent bitcoins to."
But if Bitmixer's system refunded the bitcoins, isn't the bitcoins gonna be sent back to LBC's outgoing address? Seen that that's where the bitcoins were sent from to Bitmixer's generated address?
Like is said before, LBC's refund policy says "Localbitcoins wallet is a web wallet - outgoing bitcoin addresses are not connected to your account. If you are asking for a refund from a merchant, please ask them to send the refund to your receiving address."

I completely forgot the minimum and sent less than 0.1 bitcoins to Bitmixer.
The system rejected it and said "0.00xxxxx will be returned. 0.1 Minimum required" or something like that.

I contacted bitmixer and they said "Yes as soon as transaction confirms,our system will automatically return those coins to bitcoin address that used to send coins to us,if there are multiple sender's address then coins will returned to first bitcoin address."
