The casino is literally making up excuses with fake transaction Id’s. I have provided the blockchain showing all
My transactions going into the single bitcoin wallet provided by the casino for my deposits. They are making things up and I have done absolutely nothing wrong.

Proof of all my deposits: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/3JFZZuShh2zNoSY5JhsJsRJmbDJ27FKAVX

Have you tried providing screenshot of your withdrawal history like I suggested above? Though it's a bit far fetched, probably analyzing a Blockchain flow is a bit... way above the capability of their support staff, and they handle the situation themselves instead of forwarding it to their Blockchain analyst. Providing a more direct evidence will probably help. It doesn't hurt to try, anyway.

They have completely blocked my account so I can’t do any screenshots. I’ve never made a withdrawal before they closed my account.

Re: most fair crypto casino with highest RTP
by

Hello, BitcoinTalk!

Let me introduce absolutly new, revolutionary crypto casino - Anonymous-Casino.com

WHAT ARE LTC CASINO BENEFITS?

1. Highest possible RTP at all slots. Yes, it is truth. We asked all providers who give an option to change RTP (Return To Player) to set the possible maximum. So in this casino you will win much more and more often.
2. Anonymity. You need only email to register. NO VERIFICATION REQUIRED.
3. Instant cashouts. You may withdraw your winnings instantly with no any security checks, verifications etc.
4. No any wagering. You may withdraw your winnings any moment without any wagering or another requirements.

Funny! Because even after that short-lived rebranding, You already have a scam accusation that is already dragging on  Roll Eyes

---> SCAM: Anonymous-casino.com (a-c.bet) refuses to pay $17,000

And you haven't even bothered to respond to the accusation. Old habits die hard, right?

I would like to invite the LTCcasino representative to reply to my scam accusation post since you also operate anonymous-casino.com which refuses to pay my $17,000 winnings.

When I pressed the casino for proof, they replied with this email. None of these transaction ID’s even exists. I have clearly shown that I have deposited $12,868.01 and the casino has received it. Proof: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/3JFZZuShh2zNoSY5JhsJsRJmbDJ27FKAVX

Email from casino on 2/8/2024

I sent the bitcoin from my account at an exchange. I did not use RBF or CPFP on any transaction. I didn’t even know what those terms meant, so I had to google them.
Someone did, perhaps the exchange. Although, I am not sure if exchanges do that. They usually overpay on the transactions they sent to avoid issues like long confirmation times. Mempool.space mentions CPFP in its records for one of your past transactions, which is perhaps what the casino meant when they mentioned doublespending to you. Ask the support which transaction was doublespent to see how they will respond.

The casino has failed to respond to any follow-up emails. It’s clear they sent the email about double spend/chargeback to simply make me go away.

Double spending is possible with Bitcoin transactions. I am guessing this casino accepts 0-confirmation transactions, am I right? In other words, they add the money to your balance before the transaction occurs on-chain and allow you to play with it. But you can't make a withdrawal before the transactions confirms.

I have a few questions.

Was this the address you often used to deposit from and to the casino? It seems to belong to an exchange.
https://mempool.space/address/bc1qr35hws365juz5rtlsjtvmulu97957kqvr3zpw3

Did you use RBF or CPFP on any of the transactions for depositing into your casino account? I was never any good at investigating blockchain data, but here is what I noticed after a quick glance:

https://mempool.space/tx/e026d94285ec58ef1ade9da48b4a9c80ea481feae10db8bd174c2ec25b5b48a5 - someone seems to have made a CPFP to bump the fees of this transaction which also involves your casino account. Do you know anything about that?

Like I said, I am not a fan of investigating blockchain records, so someone who knows this better than me should probably take a look. Perhaps that causes the issues and what they consider to be a doublespend!?

I sent the bitcoin from my account at an exchange. I did not use RBF or CPFP on any transaction. I didn’t even know what those terms meant, so I had to google them. I simply deposited tons of money into this casino, finally won and then got my account blocked.

[...] This casino sounds so new to me or could it be that since today is my first time hearing about them, and again i have never came across any ANN thread created by this casino over my stayed here for this whole period i have been active.

Turns out, they've been around for a while, since 2020. The reason no one seems to have ever bumped into their ANN or ever heard about it was due to their inactivity.
Oh I don't know about that and I was only here since 2021, maybe op has to post that in their ann thread since you said they have been here since 2020.
But however, you findings make me wonder about op complaint against disabling his account. I clicked the same to check the transaction history I couldn't find where op deposit since 2020 as claimed maybe there is a mistake somewhere or this isn't the right address he was meant to post.
Op please could you revisit the address you used before to associate with the site you claimed to have scammed you?

I never claimed to have deposited since 2020. What I said in my OP was that anonymous-casino.com
Has a BitcoinTalk page they posted to back in 2020, but haven’t been active since. Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5293254.80

OP, I'm curious, looking at your deposit history, were you started playing on their platform only recently? Your first deposit was on 2nd February. When did you sign up? Because they're currently not accepting new members. How did you got into the account?

https://talkimg.com/images/2024/02/04/vZLs8.jpeg

I'm adding this to the list.

I signed up on 02/02/2024 and began depositing and playing right away. I continually deposited more and lost more until I finally won that bonus. Only when I won big did they disable my account.

I’m not sure what that screenshot you’re referring to is from, but the casino most definitely accepting new players.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have filed a casino guru complaint and I’m waiting on it to get approved.

I don't think they have an account or representative here, nor any ANN thread, do they? If so, sadly there aren't much we can do to help with your case and get your fund back as there are no representative from their platform that we can invite here to solve your issue, and this thread can only serve as a warning to others to avoid their platform.

They have a bitcointalk forum posting, but their representative hasn’t posted since 2020. They have a blog on their website where they post monthly. Oddly enough their January 2024 post was about how to choose a reputable casino  Huh

Bitcoin talk forum: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5293254.80
I checked them on casino.guru and they have been reviewed there, try opening a complaint against them there, they might be able to get in contact with the casino's support and help you sort out the problem(but seeing the previous cases against them, I don't have much hope). also, there is currently an open complaint against Anonymous-casino.com on casino.guru.

SCAM: Anonymous-casino.com (a-c.bet) refuses to pay $17,000
by

on 03/02/2024, 18:15:20 UTC
SCAM CASINO: www.anonymous-casino.com (a-c.bet)
AMOUNT:  $17,000

SUMMARY:

On 02/03/2024 I won a total of .40 BTC ($17,000 USD equivalent) while playing at anonymous-casino.com. Luckily I did a screen video recording of the huge win (link below)

As soon as I won, my account was disabled without warning. I have deposited a total of .29 BTC ($12,868 USD equivalent)since joining the casino. I have never requested a withdraw before and never accepted any bonuses on any deposits.

When I emailed the casino about why my account was closed and winnings confiscated, they replied : “The account you are referring to is disabled automatically by our security system. There was fraudulent activity (double spending (chargeback)). “

I made all of my deposits via bitcoin. There was no double spend and no chargeback; which isn’t even possible with a bitcoin transaction.

I won fair and square. Unfortunately I discovered this casino has awful TrustPilot.com reviews after my account was disabled.

Does anyone have any suggestions? The casino has a bitcointalk forum page, but they haven’t posted since 2020.

PROOF:

Video of big win: https://youtu.be/D-CHTzZriMM?si=aSU72S3QzVNYOU1I

Email reply from casino of why account was closed:

The people defending owl.games and sandboxcasino should be ashamed of themselves.
You are getting it wrong. No one is defending Sandboxcasino but some of us really do not see Owlgames has anything to do here. OP is deliberately trying to connect owlgames again and again in the matter. As a result he is losing the merit of his accusation.

I beg to differ - OwlGames has complete control over Sandboxcasino as evidenced by:

  • OwlGames used their administrator access to reactivate my SandBoxCasino account
  • OwlGames made all the rulings saying IP addresses were issues therefore I shouldn’t be paid
  • OwlGames listed their parent company, Cyber Galaxy B.V. As owning both casinos on license pages and terms of service. This was of course before I started complaining
  • The only thing OwlGames claims to have no control of is the actual wallet to pay me!

WARNING: SandBoxCasino.io has Ceased operations after scamming me!

Crazy to see that all it took was me winning $127,000 to force this scam casino to disappear. I still blame OwlGames because prior to my win, they proudly listed their parent company (Cyber Galaxy B.V.) as owning both casinos. Both casinos also listed the same owner on their license pages. Conveniently all references to Cyber Galaxy B.V. disappeared when I complained about being scammed out of $127,000!

OwlGames posted they only provide the platform to SandBoxCasino, but their actions have proven otherwise.

OwlGames went into the sandboxcasino website to reenable my account to enter KYC. Despite sandboxcasino remaining silent on paying me, I submitted my KYC since owlGames was controlling the sandboxcasino website.

After no response from either casino for three days, I emailed them and CC’d sandboxcasino. OwlGames lead the email chain where they peppered me with questions about IP addresses about one showing up as USA. I reiterated it was a VPN and that I’m not from the USA, but they wouldn’t accept me response.

They kept on insisting it wasn’t a VPN IP address. It became clear that OwlGames and Sandboxcasino worked in concert to always have an excuse to not pay me. After all, they have been mostly silent for the past 2.5 months, except for the occasional post with a variety of excuses (VPN, coinmixer, associated with banned players, KYC).

I have done nothing wrong. I won fair and square. I also provided them all my personal information for KYC. Sandboxcasino mockingly called me “the Mexican” in their emails after they got my identity documents.

Sadly I saw Sandboxcasino is closing up shop on their website.

Hello, it appears the client doesn't want to hear or proceed with suggested route.

1.We are not owned, operated or have any relation to owl.games. We use a software provider for our games that's it.

2. Client is refusing to conduct any KYC requirements, and strangely none of his duplicates.

Every comment on public forums by sandboxcasino.io states they are against KYC as evidenced by FrankBank’s post on Bitcointalk.org where he stated this about KYC: “I agree it shouldn't be applied to the crypto users“.

They posted on LCB.org that they have “no KYC policy” (July 22, 2022 posting on lcb.org)

SandBoxCasino has also stated clearly that the other 13 accounts must do kyc too before the issue can be resolved. I only have 1 account at SandBoxCasino and I don’t have any way to get 13 other people to provide their KYC, so the whole process is pointless and simply another stall tactic to avoid paying me.

To the casino management- please stick to your stance posted on public forums about no KYC for crypto. You have dragged this out for 2 months and only now are you coming up with the KYC excuse. The amount of requested information is ridiculous! Please live by your motto of “It's Simple: Fun and Fair.”

Lessons learned that we should always charge bankroll deposit for this kind of risks if we were to provide similar service again.
This is a very valuable lesson for you to verify everything carefully otherwise it is very possible that scammers will use your software and it will seriously damage your reputation.
I see you're re-opening the signature campaign that was paused before, congratulations, I hope this can brings good things to your Casino.

I think SandBoxCasino is a scam and owlGames has allowed the casino to operate using its company name (Cyber Galaxy B.V.).  OwlGames seems to have complete control of the back-end, but claims they don’t handle the casino’s wallet. SandBoxCasino has been completely unresponsive since their last and final statement on CasinoGuru that they were not paying me because I violated their terms by using a VPN, despite sandboxcasino openly stating it was acceptable in bitcointalk and LCB forums.

It’s clear SandBoxCasino has no intention of ever paying me, despite owlGames getting involved. OwlGames needs to take responsibility and pay me the $127,000.

SandBox told us that they already paid you but we are still waiting for them to give us the TXID. (this is unverified at the moment)

I have NOT received the $127,000 from SandBoxCasino.

Did you receive any payment from Sandbox?

TIMELINE OF EVENTS:

JUNE 9, 2022:  I signed up for an account and deposited $2K in BTC to the casino with NO bonus. I won big playing high limit slots and won over $5,300. I played through my deposits over 3X.   I submitted a withdrawal for $5,300 on June 9, 2022. Support Chat on the website said it would take 24 hours to process due to it being my first withdrawal.

JUNE 10, 2022:  my account was suspended with the message "Your account has been suspended because we have detected suspicious activities."

JUNE  11, 2022:  After emailing the casino, they reinstated my account and paid me my winnings. They apologized and said their system accidently flagged my wallet address (Coinbase) as possibly being associate with other mixer accounts. Once they dug further, they realized it was a mistake.  The crazy part is they asked me for my USDT wallet address to send the $5,300 to, but then they  accidently sent the funds to a BUSD Wallet!  When I pointed out this error, they tried to help me recover them, but it was not an option since Coinbase is a custodial wallet and therefore, you can't get the private key.  In the end, they sent me the $5,300 to the CORRECT wallet  and apologiezed again!

JUNE 14, 2022:  After the casino sent me the $5,300 and apologized for all the confusion, I developed a trust with them, so I deposited $4,700 and started playing really high max bets.  I was able to turn the $4,700 into $127,000 with the help of a huge win on Mighty Gorilla Slot playing $360/spin for over 40+ spins before getting the bonus.  I tried to withdraw a total of $127,000, but the funds were removed from my casino account pending verification from the game provider.

AUGUST 16, 2022: My SandBoxCasino account is still closed and  I’m still waiting for my $127,000.

Like we said, we have asked SandBox to handle your case, but their incompetence to fix the issue in time makes us mad too.

We have sent KYC requests to all 13 SandBox accounts, based on SandBox Terms and Conditions. You should fill the kyc in time for us to push SandBox to move forward.

I too agree that Sandboxcasino is incompetent, but it’s clear that OwlGames (Cyber Galaxy B.V.) OWNS Sandboxcasino.

You are now stating that you have contacted 13+ other players that also used the same VPN for KYC. This  statement clearly shows that you control SandBoxCasino. Everyone knows that you have zero intention of paying me and are grasping at a new excuse everyday to save face in the public.

Furthermore the responses in your emails and forum post bear strikingly similar wording and language that is also used by SandBoxCasino. I have only one account at SandBoxCasino and I am NOT associated with any other players. It should be clear as day by reviewing my game play logs that I always played max bet and deposited thousands into the casino. CasinoGuru has repeatedly asked for the game logs, but CyberGalaxy B.V. never provided them.

The fact is that I won fair and square. OwlGames has gone to great lengths to scrub their license with SandBoxCasino from the internet and from their SandBoxCasino website. As it stands now, SandBoxCasino is not licensed by any governing body.

Stop with all the smoke and mirrors excuses and pay me for my legitimate win. I have done nothing wrong and every reply from SandBoxCasino and OwlGames is full of vague accusations. It’s clear that OwlGames/SandBoxCasino/Cyber Galaxy B.V. does not have the money to pay.
