I requested 0.00316 BTC, where 0.001 came from Deposit, another 0.001 came from Deposit Bonus (I managed to make a required wager almost without losses) and another 0.001 came from free lotto winnings (in a period of more than three years).

No statuses in History section (except of plain "21:59 Withdrawal -3.16"), no transaction ID. And no money came to my wallet. And they don't answer neither to email, nor in Telegram.

I requested a WD 3 days ago and still didn't get my money. Is this site a scam?

Despite my first experience was negative I still believe they will resolve all those issues. Mod and guy from developer team sometimes answer in the site's chat and they seem to be nice.

If the withdrawals are not instant they should not say that they are. It's called LYC policy: "Lyint to Your Customer".

The amount was very small, as I just wanted to test the site first. It was 0.13 LTC.
I received it around 8 hours after it was requested.

Also, they took a comission from it of 0.005 LTC which is,
- firstly, too much (in comparison that I paid 0.00003 LTC comission for my deposit transaction).
- and secondly, they didn't mention the comission anywhere at all.

Still, I would give this site a chance if they will make instant WD (or remove a false statement) and fix problems on the site (I have a lot of connectivity errors from the site, like "timeout of 7000ms reached").

Well, deposits are instant, but withdrawals ARE NOT instant.

Few questions:
1) Why there are different win chances and payouts for different colors, though there are 6 pictures of each color on the wheel? I mean, there should be less reds on the wheel so the chance of hitting red will be lower and thus payout will be higher. But now we can see equal number of colored fields with different payouts. Kinda strange.

2) I managed to gain 11 coins from initial 1 and of course I wanted to WD. But when I tried to do so I got "ERROR : You must place at least two bets". The thing is, I made 9 bets. So, there must be some bug here.

Same situation, mate. What it's the casino there I can't see my own bets? It's really ridiculous and seems really weird to me. How you can check the fairness of your past bets (especially autobets) if you simply can't see them?

Personally, I'll never risk my money in casino without such simply feature as history of bets and I reccomend others also not to.

For now - some minor bugs:
- sometimes you need to ckick on "Roll dice" a few times (in manual betting) to actually make a bet; maybe its javascript a little laggy or smth else, not sure; can make you a video of this problem through
- balance doesn't change right after claiming a faucet and so you can't make a bet immediatelly and you need to reflesh the page to display the balance; in this case you also need to set the multiplier and size of bet again as it drops to default values after refleshing
- session ends up after nearly 30 min of innactive tab, so you need to log in again; its up to you to decide through - but for me personnaly it's better when session only ends when it's initiated by player;
- you probably know it already, but it's kinda necessary to have a history of player gaming activity on the site (number of bets, wager amount, profit/loss etc.)

It works that way: site either has a faucet that always works fine
or site has a some strange option they call "faucet" (you'll never know why), that is "sometimes temporary empty". Simply saying, no faucet.
