Me and a few other people in this thread keep in touch directly or indirectly with Betnomi and keep each other in the loop (surprisingly there is indeed a connection with Betnomi at the moment). We have a real contingency plan for emergencies (both in the forum and in real life).
Your response helps us users in no way at all. It may be nice for you that you have other means of contacting the platform owners, but the rest of us have no idea about the whereabouts of our deposited customer funds, information about the planned schedule (when will maintenance end), or any other explanations for the downtime. Users not registered on bitcointalk or not aware of this thread are completely in the dark. Does the current situation even qualify as an emergency? And if so, how should this contact have a directional impact on the outcome?
It is frustrating that nobody of us is receiving clear information about the current state of Betnomi. It doesn't matter if you have contacts with the platform owners, as this is not accessible to the majority of users. Our concern lies with our deposited customer funds, and we want clarity on the planned schedule and the downtime. They must inform us and be transparent about their approach to addressing the problems.
However, it does irritate me a little to read the posts of trolls and sig spammers posting for the sake of a quota ... believe me, by such behavior you only harm the cause (subconsciously making you think that we will not receive the money due to us).
Regarding the danger of a total loss of our deposits, it is entirely irrelevant and inappropriate to complain about spam posts and fantasize about "subconsciously attribute fault to ourselves". Report them if you think it's spam, but don't go into off topic. It is crucial that we focus on the actual issue: The lack of information about the safety of our deposits.
If the funds are not paid out, there is only one culprit: The operators of Betnomi. That is the current state, and it won't change until we hear an update from them.
The only thing the customers are asking for is a fair treatment. Until then i hold the operators of Betnomi accountable but hopefully they come up with a positive change.
