Stealths cards won't work if you're using VPN or Tor so many ppl can't buy it. Did Stealths add bitcoin pay option for ppl buying cards. I've offered help but Stealths didn't accept.
You offered your service, we are not interested in working with you. Why posting on our thread? Go promote your business somewhere else.

💳  New Product: Mastercard Global Prepaid 🌐
Good acceptance in the EU, card issuer charges $0.75 for foreign transactions. This card is better than Rewarble in general as it could be used for longer time and multiple cards can be activated on same profile.

I don't know what the bank that issues the cards has against my country, which has been a member of the EU for 10+ years, but if nothing else, at least it clearly states which countries are not supported, unlike Rewarble where I had to discover it the hard way.

Quote
Google Pay / Apple Pay supported, 3DS supported

If the issuer is the same bank as in the case of Rewarble, then you need to check if the 3DS is supported - I got a very clear answer from their customer service that this is not the case.
This card supports 3DS as well as Rewarble's Anonimy Max Mastercard product, I don't know what their customer support told you, but we have widely tested both cards.

I didn't get an answer to the question so I'll repeat it. In other words, if I want to top up an existing card, can I do it through Stealths, or is that option only through using the official website and selecting one of the top up options?

As far as I can see, the balance on the card can be max $500, and regarding the top up and voucher code, does this mean that we can buy additional codes through you or we can choose one of the options offered on the card issuer's page?

~snip~
eXch is blocked by most payment processors, including Cryptomus.

This is a big drawback, because I looked at the current processor and it's really strange that it doesn't accept BTC, and at the same time it accepts BCH Huh

Besides, not accepting coins with eXch is another nonsense - I think you should (if you haven't already) put a warning on your site that the current payment processor you use does not accept BTC and that the coins being sent to payment processor obviously go through a strict AML verification process.

Yes, you can buy multiple codes and combine it to single card or you can purchase additional codes to reload the same card (which we don't recommend as reloads are extra costly on Rewarble).

Despite we are supporting eXch's manifesto, as a small business we do not have any other alternative than using big payment processors due to nature of the business. If you have any suggestion of payment gateway that doesn't check KYC-AML and provides great liquidity for conversion, feel free to share, otherwise these kind of comments are not really helpful for us as we are already aware how things work.

How will activation work for people outside the US?
Will the card work on United States websites with VPN using US IP addresses?
How often does Cryptomus AML policy decline transactions?
Is there a problem sending LTC or ETH from eXch?
Why is Cryptomus not accepting Bitcoin? Checkout options are USDT, LTC, TRX, ETH, XMR, BNB, SOL, BCH

There is no activation process for this card, you receive card details directly after purchase.
No, it will not work with VPN. You should not purchase this product if you are not living in the US.
eXch is blocked by most payment processors, including Cryptomus.

What's the difference between Reward Center Visa, Visa Gift Card, Single-Use VCC and Visa Global Prepaid? I can't find the information about that on Blog and FAQ pages.
Long story short, I want to buy something from one US shop that only accepts US cards and as I also understood, shipping and billing address should match each other. If I buy gift card, I'll need to buy up t o a hundred because items aren't cheap and I can't test it on the shop with $5 gift card. So, OP, firstly, can you explain to me what are the differences between these 4 types of Visa Cards? And secondly, are you willing to help me? If you are ok, I'll send you a PM and reveal more details with you.

I'm posting here instead of direct message because I'm sure many users will have these questions and answers to them will benefit them.
All prepaid cards are provided by different card issuers, they have different features (Global/USA-only, 3DS unavailable/available). Detailed info is available on product details page.

https://stealths.net/store

If payment amount is higher than $500, we can help with single-use card. However, for other products you will need to test yourself.

💳  New Product: Rewarble Mastercard Voucher 🌐
Provided by Rewarble, card must be activated on the issuer's website. Voucher code is auto delivered by our system. Choose Anonimy Max Mastercard product while redeeming the voucher code.

Are you sure the 3DS is available? Looking at the official website it says "No 3D Secure verification".

"Anonimy Max Mastercard" of Rewarble has 3DS feature, if you click "Show More" button they also mention it's supported.

🥷🏻  No KYC up to $5,000 / reloadable cards
Is actual correct amount $500 or $5000?
I can see on your website that maximum amount is $500, so there must be some mistake here.
It should be noted that there is 7% hefty fee for purchasing this card, that is a bit more expensive but still less than Single-Use VCC card.
On Rewarble website they allow to load card up to $5000 balance, but maximum voucher is $500 so you can buy multiple vouchers and combine to single card.
Unlike single-use VCC, this is available for smaller amounts and also for IRL payments with Google Pay / Apple Pay.

I remember oxapay from this thread, see: oxapay scam payment gateway

OOP basically had an issue with AML policies as well with oxapay but was later resolved. Biggest reason I think it was resolved though is because OOP made some noise in many places so company had to damage control.

BTW, so you haven't withdrawn your fund yet, correct? Perhaps try following OOP's tracks and see where that take you.

TBH, with processing huge amounts, I'd err on the side of caution and pick a more reputable provider even with the caveats.
I've read that thread but it looks very fake, GPT-written posts and scam becomes testimonial suddenly. There is also another thread blaming OOP for "taking down" OxaPay, which is also hilarious. I think this is a weird black PR as mentioned in the other thread.

Yes, withdrawals are not processed, I don't think it's going to be resolved anyways. They claimed that we received some dirty funds (but transaction was not blocked as they don't have any AML mechanism), after weeks they blocked our account with funds. It's not just unacceptable business practice, it's pure evil for waiting us to receive funds before informing us.

1.9BTC isn't fake man. I'm a real person not just a fake account. just talk to the account manager and try to get resolved the issue. do not ask for company information. provide what they ask for.
they will resolve it for you.

i have more than 100K fund on oxapay account and i have no problem yet.

Do not ask for company information? Ehm, they shouldn't been asking for KYC then, right?  Shocked

wow.

this is sad.

may I ask what activities were you doing? let me know if you want talk outside of here.

because I have also seen the post about the guy who got scammed 1.9 btc, and i dont believe its a false thread, i can elaborate on that privately if you want.

but if its truly not clean money, then argue that they should refund your customers then?

if its only partially not clean money, then you should be allowed to withdraw some and ask to refund the rest to your customers then.

ngl i use oxapay for the same as you, but i withdraw every 500+ usd i get on it, i never allow it to go higher than 600 usd lol.

im def gonna switch soon, if you find a good alternative please let me know.
We sell prepaid cards and gift cards for crypto, I also do not believe 1.9 BTC thread is real, it seems like some weird kind of advertisement.

They did not refund the customer, even if they do that, it's unacceptable because product is already delivered to the client 2 weeks before they seize our funds. If funds are not clear, their system may reject payment at the first, you cannot simply seize "unrelated" funds after weeks.

We also regularly withdraw funds but thought it's delayed (because they did not notify us) and kept using for a while. Bad luck I guess.

I think it was just an excuse to take your funds. I am really sorry about this.

I have seen their profile and ANN - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5436716.0
Their profile is inactive, but I think it should be tagged and flagged as we wait for any other response from them, though I already have little faith that they will repay it.

OP, I suggest you create a flag. Probably type 2, I will help support it

Hi Bitcointalk, I'd like to share our bad experience with OxaPay scam payment gateway to prevent other people getting scammed by them.

We started using OxaPay a few months ago; their promises were good: no KYC/AML, low fees, good liquidity for currency conversions, etc. To be honest, despite small issues, we were happy about their services. We were aware that website is run by a small team; their support team looked unprofessional, but at the end of the day, benefits were more than these small issues, so we processed more than 7 digits in total without a problem.

Two weeks ago, our recent withdrawals went stuck. We thought it's temporarily delayed (which happened in the past a few times) and kept using. After one day, their support team told us our account is "temporarily" frozen and we should stop using their service for now. It turns out that our account is blocked because some client sent "dirty" funds for payment. They said they want to solve the problem with refunding "dirty" funds. Which is hilarious because they don't have any AML mechanism (these "dirty" funds are already transferred to their hot wallet by the way). After arguing about this, they said "If you complete KYC, we can transfer funds to you and you deal with AML". This is totally unrelated request, however I said yes and asked for their business details because I need to trust the company asking my documents, and yes, they stopped replying  Grin

TL;DR
OxaPay scammed us for ~$11.5K by claiming that we received dirty funds. Funds might be dirty or not, but this is not something we should deal with as they don't have AML checking. Our system delivers the product as soon as it's approved by the payment gateway; if you don't have a proper AML check, you cannot block our funds. Another evil thing is that they didn't disable our payments after the account was blocked, so they could farm us more.

Hey there StealthsNet.
I saw you are offering Virtual Phone Number for one year period, and I was wondering if this phone number can be used for browsing internet and buying GB in data?
I know you are offering eSIM with data plans, but I think that is different product, correct me if I am wrong.
Hi,
We have two different products: Virtual phone number and eSIM data plans. Virtual number can be used to receive SMS but data/calls are not available. eSIM plans are data-only, if your phone has eSIM support you can purchase eSIM plan and connect to internet. As @paid2 mentioned, it's not possible to use a single phone number for receiving SMS and data.

@StealthsNet, if I'm mistaken, you had a similar card before, only the issuer was different - although I can remember the conditions for card redemption. Regarding the terms and conditions stated on your site :

Quote
You need to active card after purchase. Card issuer will ask for email and address. It's not allowed to use VPN on redemption, you should provide a valid email address.

I tried to see what happens when I access the provider with Tor and I get the following message :

Quote
You are seeing this error because our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network, which could be due to using a VPN, or accessing the site from a blocked country.

Here are a few suggestions to help you address this issue:

Disconnect from your VPN server: This may help bypass any IP blocking issues related to your VPN server.
Change your VPN server: Check your VPN providers documentation or support site for guidance on changing servers.
Check your VPN settings: Ensure that your VPN is configured correctly and using secure protocols like OpenVPN or WireGuard. Incorrect settings could lead to connection issues.
Contact your VPN provider: Reach out to your VPN providers support team for further assistance. They may have additional suggestions or be aware of any issues with their service that could be causing the problem. You can typically find support links on your VPN providers website.

It follows that in general they are not against VPN, although perhaps in the specific case of card redemption they have such an attitude. I assume that, apart from the correct e-mail address, it is not absolutely necessary to enter our real personal data, because the provider will not ask for verification - similar to the case of MPC?

Hi,

Yes, this is a different provider but it's similar to MPC in terms of card acceptance and acceptance. They do not require verification on card redemption - just like MPC. As you've experienced, it's not possible to access the website with VPN.
