I have a bonus cash in my account, the bonus will release 1% of total bonus on next day if you wagered €65 in a previous day.

I'm sure i wagered €65 on that day but the next day I didn't get any real money from bonus so i tried to check my casino wagering history but impossible to get the details on my side there is no option so i contacted support team for my casino history details but they didn't give any details the chat has been closed after few minutes without proper answer. I attached the chat conversation please look the images for chat with time. They too have no details i think or not provided to customer fishy scam.

Hello Everyone,


  Yesterday i wagered more than €65 on 1win.com platform, today i never recieved my bonus so i tried to contact customer support that closed that chat without answering my query!

  I can't find my bet history for casino shows only sports betting, even customer support  team also don't know how much i wagering?  Support chat attached here

 Live support - start over < others< casino game issue < chat open.

But it's shows that response will take few hours I did exactly 1 hour before at the time of writing this.. I'll update ASAP what response I'll get.

Recieved a personalised bonus email from stage on July 8th, and wagered with on 11th july but the bonus is still credit.

When I try to email support I got this 👇

 Hello, We have discontinued Email support and have moved to our live support solution located on the Stake website. Please contact us there with issues. This Email will no longer be serviced. This is an automated message. Please don't reply back. Best, Stake.

And live chat is useless it's all embedded there is no option like personalised bonus and contact live agent!!? How can customers deal with you in this situation if they don't know about bitcointalk.

I understand correctly that though you've managed to get a refund in the past through the NPCI, thus, it works, you don't have a prior experience of refund with Stake or any gambling site?



OP, Thamizan, do you mind to try to escalate the matter and get a refund through NPCI platform?

Yes, I got refund using this method but it's not from any merchant, but a person still it is same for the Merchants too.

The first 48 hours is the critical period and if the time frame is beyond 4 or 5 days then I doubt this method will work, we can try the bank customer support, but it's unlikely to help.

The stake support team replied that they're not recieving the cash after 23 days later only, the UPI dispute time was expired

I meant to say that this support claim for reimbursable will work only when both the parties acknowledges it, I don't mean this will work for this but I said how it helped me in such scenario. Let's say I made a transfer to wrong UPI so I have the possibility to contact the receiver via bank and confront them whether this is an actual mistake or not. And it is hard to come into judgment unless the receives accepts that yes it's not the fund that is supposed to be credited here so the bank will reverse this.

After 20 days only Customer support said that they're not recieving but upi can dispute with in 15 days. What can I do now??

Holy, you’re either misinformed or intentionally gaslighting users again.

Let’s get this 100% straight — and backed by NPCI’s official guidelines:

"The end-user customer can raise a complaint with respect to a UPI transaction for both fund transfer & merchant transactions." 
(NPCI: UPI Dispute Redressal)

It is the responsibility of the MERCHANT or RECEIVING PLATFORM (in this case, Stake.com) to address uncredited or failed UPI transactions — not the bank alone, and certainly not the user. Your analogy comparing Stake to a “restaurant” is factually and legally incorrect, and dangerously misleading.

Let’s break it down in plain English:

  • Stake chose to offer UPI as a deposit method.
  • Stake facilitated the transaction via shady, unauthorized third-party vendors.
  • Stake advertised UPI deposits to Indian users to avoid regulatory scrutiny and KYC.
  • Stake received the funds through those channels.
  • But now Stake claims they “didn’t receive” the money and tells the user to go chase banks?

That’s not “standard procedure.” That’s fraud disguised as fintech convenience.

This isn’t a failed swipe at a coffee shop — this is illegal, cross-border online gambling using unauthorized payment channels, hiding behind silence and technical deflection.

What Stake is doing here — routing Indian UPI payments through unnamed third-party vendors — is more than shady. It’s textbook money laundering. Why? Because:

  • There’s no tax (TDS/GST) collected from Indian players.
  • There’s no invoice or legitimate transaction receipt.
  • The vendors receiving the UPI funds are not actual businesses — they exist solely to pipe money to Stake.
  • Millions, maybe billions, have been routed this way — off the books.

Let’s not forget: Stake's co-founder Eddie Craven has an active arrest warrant in India related to this kind of activity. The house of cards is cracking — and this forum deserves better than a smokescreen from a handler trying to maintain the illusion of neutrality.

🛑 Stop deflecting.

🛑 Start holding these platforms accountable.

If Stake.com can’t issue refunds or take responsibility for deposits they directly facilitated, they should NOT be operating in India — period.

The payment provider redirected from stake only, we can't find them they use only UPI ID  no contact information

Due to the amount of issues that have been escalated, there may be some delays.



We do not have any info on the exact estimate of when will they resolve your issue, but we do hope it won't take long.

It's really true still I haven't recieved my money, whenever I emailed them instantly i got reply for please be patient. I think the reply is not from human May be still the bot.

You may have to wait for 7 to 40 days for the funds to be credited back if it's actually due to the issue from the payment processor. Yes it sucks but that's what we get when we use INR deposits for a casino that isn't FIU registered.

Unfortunately lot of people faced the same issue with no clear solution for this.
I understand your message that's why still I'm waiting for my cash, I'll update immediately once the deposit recieved, or I'll update on this thread stake support's email conversation three days once.

   I made deposit of 500 Indian rupees on 21st March still the deposit not reflected on my balance.  Upon 24 hours I continuously write email everyday to support@stake.com and support+india@stake.com regarding deposit issue today is 5th day I contacted them still no reply and livechat works with bot only I can't describe my issues..
 What's going on stake I never expected this behaviour from stake.

You're not the only one facing this issue. Many users have had deposits disappear, only to be ignored by Stake India’s so-called "support."

⚠️ What’s really happening?
🔹 Deposits vanishing – Stake holds onto player funds as long as they can. You're not getting an update because they don't want to give you one.
🔹 Live chat is a bot – It’s designed that way to avoid real conversations.
🔹 Email support is useless – Many users never get a response, especially when Stake knows they’re in the wrong.

This isn’t some "technical issue"—Stake is knowingly misleading Indian users. Their UPI deposits are illegal, and they use third-party shell companies to process payments. Once your money is in, they drag their feet on refunds, hoping you’ll give up.

If you have a screenshot of your UPI payment, check who the actual recipient is. It won’t be Stake—it’ll be some shady third-party processor moving money illegally to Australia. If you push them directly, there’s a chance they’ll refund you, because they know they’re committing fraud.

I’m curious on what specific website you are using to access Stake on India because AFAIK they usually just have mirror link which India residents can access the casino while it’s still the same Stake.com.

Stake has a very responsive support that’s why I’m curious if you are really accessing the real casino or just copy casino.

Only Stake.us is the website separated to Stake.com since it’s website dedicated for US residents.

  the mirror site I used. stake.games and I'm not new to stake but this is second deposit I used local currency.

21st March? That's really, really strange. They usually respond pretty quickly through live chat or email which makes this whole situation even more weird. Can you provide some details regarding the method of deposit?

This could shed some light on your issue. Their support team isn't really active in this forum these days which is why I feel that the site support is your best option in this situation.
