Your title is totally misleading, I never wanted to click on such a title, but knowing well that the forum has some strict top members, I clicked to view what their reactions would look like and what the topic content really is.
It would have been more calling with your designs on the forum and your title be more directing and attractive, than that it is carrying.

Surely you have more important things to whine about right now? - I'm not changing the Subject Title.
The title is interesting; it makes you feel like it's a service for hiring an actual hitman who would kill people for money. 
However, your username gives it away with that "Design" at the end, it would've made it more mysterious for first-timers looking at the thread before opening it if your username was "TonyTheHitman".

Someone hire this man because with what he just did with his thread is probably enough reason as to why he would be a good fit for your brand and to do stuff for your company.
Thanks so much for your support and kind words. It means a lot! Sometimes, we need to step back and acknowledge that maybe this particular scene isn't the best fit for my design skills. It’s possible that some of our other talented designers might be more suited to the client's vision. However, my primary concern in such scenarios is ensuring that our designs are well-researched and strategically positioned against the competition.
From a legal standpoint, the originality of my design is paramount. We need to be absolutely certain that the logo is original and not unintentionally mimicking another brand’s identity. Conducting thorough research is crucial to ensure our logo does not infringe on any existing trademarks. Overlooking these aspects can lead to major issues down the line, including costly legal battles and damage to a brand’s reputation.
Imagine a scenario where our project becomes a massive success. The design gets printed on t-shirts, it’s displayed on the side of an airplane, or it’s featured on a marquee in central London. Then, out of nowhere, we start receiving calls from irate lawyers claiming the logo is too similar to theirs and threatening legal action. This situation could lead to costly legal battles and damage our brand’s credibility.
Or picture this: the logo looks fantastic on business cards and posters but falls apart when scaled down, becoming messy and unreadable. Conversely, a logo that looks impressive in small sizes might lose its impact and robustness when blown up. But yeah, there were a bunch of quacks who actually thought they were on a guns site and sent the owner detailed requests on email, he reported them all to the FBI, and he ran the whole thing like a honeypot later.

Thank you, hmm it’s a hard one to verify, you could always reach out to members of nem team like the previous president Jeff McDonald, who hired me.. I don’t see why I would lie. But also fact check if anybody else designed the nem logo, which I did in 2015.

You are right. OPs style of introduction alone can scare away potential clients from attempting to make us of the service. It sounds more like a problematic and ganster kind of person who is looking for a fight work to do at first sight of the thread topic. When I first saw it that way what came into my mind not until I opened and read the content that was when I understood it was a graphic design services OP is rendering. The topic itself could scare away potential clients from even attempting to open the thread.
OP you can choose something that best suits the contents of your thread and service you render. It doesn't sound to cool the headings of your thread. I think you should look into it and do the needful.
