Thank you for your interest. And YES we are also in awe about the ways blockchain is changing our lives – and it does it so fast!

In short – we might be called "decentralized global recruitment agency", but our prime target audience are poor people in Asian region who have very little options of earning money now – basically, it's one or another brand 'sweatshop' for them..

These people are called "The Next Billion" (https://developers.google.com/web/billions/) and they are not on the Web yet, but will be very soon.

We made the platform for them for getting work locally based on the skills they have OR to get some remote work globally.
But not only that – they can teach others and get lessons on the skill they want to acquire – thus getting more options of earning money and eliminating (as we hope) poverty and crime.

Формально – да – можно назвать "фрилансерами" тех, для кого мы запускаемся, но на самом деле – это бедняки (зачастую неграмотные) из Азиатского региона, которые, по прогнозу Google, "взорвут" интернет, подключившись к нему в ближайшее время. Их называют "the next billion" и миллиард тут не фигура речи, а объективная оценка.

Мы создали платформу, чтобы дать им возможность заработать тем, что они умеют делать, потому что сейчас у них выбор совсем невелик – или потогонка Apple, или потогонка Samsung, или какая-то другая потогонка.. И это для молодых! Старики же просто никому не нужны..

The international freelance market is growing by about 15–20 % yearly in quantitative terms and by 40 % in monetary value. According to Staffing Industry Analysts, this market will reach $16 billion by 2020 (the optimistic forecast is $46 billion).

A study by McKinsey showed that by 2025 more than 540 million people will find freelance work using specialized platforms, which will significantly reduce the unemployment rate in many countries.
