Some fresh pics of Homero and his clan. Looks like he's put on a bit of weight.  Cheesy

Couple of genetic malfunctions there Shocked they look old enough to google for themselves now.  Genuinely wonder what they've been brainwashed with over the years.

Pity they don't have a close insider in crypto to guide them along....oh wait  Roll Eyes

Yes they are the same people. "Jaden" is an alias. His real name is Homero Joshua Garza or Josh Garza.

You can see his real name in the court docs here:

https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/sites/default/files/images/press/Nomad%20Internet%20Judgement%20Signed.pdf

Then google "Josh Garza + Paycoin"

Absolutely 100% DO NOT rent to them. There are old court documents in this thread about how he physically destroyed an expensive house him and his family rented, skipped rent payments, then sued the owner.

You'll dodge a major bullet by having nothing to do with any of them.

I do find it incredible that he is still able to do all of this while under probation. I would hate to think it is nothing more than putting everything his wife's name or a corps name that he can so easily bypass his conditions. Makes no sense. We need a reporter to contact all the parties and probe into it. His probation officer's name is right there in the doc posted.  All the attorney's for TX state are in the other post along with their email addresses. How can a convicted thief be let out of jail only to steal again and again. How?

Here's a list of his main scam operation's real estate dealings.  Even in this there is a pattern. Multiple shitholes it looks like. I mean what real estate there can cost 60K exactly?? Trailers in trailer parks? Definitely looks like he's hiding something with so many low priced properties or something suspicious. Money laundering?? I wonder if it is related to that South American bitcoin for property operation seen before that he was involved with.

https://www.realtyhop.com/property-records/search/jappa-and-jaga-management-llc

Probably cried and whined to his probation officer that "the trolls are out to get him".

There seems to be a disconnect between his old crimes and his new ones.

Looks like the case of Homero vs. Texas is over. Cursory reading suggests $8 million judgement against him and his gang plus permanent injunction from participating in further scams  Roll Eyes

Court docs:  https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/sites/default/files/images/press/Nomad%20Internet%20Judgement%20Signed.pdf

Thing is his scam is still up and running with the exact same complaints. If I recall correctly he "resigned" some time ago and installed some sort of beast to operate the company. Obviously with him pulling the strings behind the scenes.

Funnily enough I missed a previous lawsuit which he also lost back in 2020:

http://public.co.comal.tx.us/CaseDetail.aspx?CaseID=979567

Judgment of $37,498.22

Awarded Against: Homero Garza

Premier Financial Services LLC is none other than...big surprise "...Premier Financial Services is the nation's leader in classic, vintage, luxury & exotic auto leasing & financing. Specializing in Ferrari Lamborghini & more..."

Kind of obvious what occurred there? Leased a lambo and simply never paid them each month Cheesy that or the financing on Uncle Stu's Tesla he so kindly gave him as a gift.

It's incredibly everywhere he goes and everything he touches the result is the same. 100% guaranteed with absolute certainty his name will crop up somewhere else down the line for the exact same behavior. It's like he's still addicted to scamming and scheming and thieving even after jail time and constantly losing lawsuits.

Excellent recent article below covering nearly everything.

Turns out despite the restraining order they are allowed to continue if they can prove they are authorized dealers at least it looks like their living rich days are over though.

Seems I did f-up the trial date  Cheesy still a long way to go.

UPDATE 11 MAY 2023

Looks like the injunction is back on and Homero's taking it to trial. Really do not know what is actually going on, he's still peddling massive discounted prepaid packages on the website. I thought the idea of the injunction is to force him to stop selling / scamming people. Unless they're working through some loop hole by buying time taking it to trial he's allowed to continue to operate until then? Fast moving court this one compared to the other, damn, going to trial in a matter of weeks now.

No clue what it is, doesn't seem to be free access to that court's documents. Last on his website was a massive money grab fire sale of annual subscriptions to his scam. Like $800 - $1000 pay up front packages. Looked to me like a last minute money grab before it all collapses. Also re-wrote that last PR removing some obvious bullshit and smoothed it all out by perhaps a lawyer this time.

Otherwise if the above court activity were positives I'm sure he'd be all over the place announcing it.

No idea but I suspect time will tell.

I should add that incredibly lame "Press Release" refuting the Texas AG's announcement hasn't propagated anywhere. Usually all his bullshit gets spread by his pay for release services. No where to be found which also has me thinking it not even being a real legal statement or definitely not written by a lawyer is only for the consumption of his employees, family and friends. Just an incredibly feeble denial of the Texas AG claims to somehow comfort all under his employ and maybe even his father-in-law?  How the fuck do you explain something like that to the father of your wife where out of the blue this massive boot comes down stomping on your operation? Unless of course the father-in-law is in on it from the get go? A 60+ y/o man can't be that stupid to throw away his life for a few dollars can he specially after your con-artist son-in-law just got out of jail for the exact same thing  Cheesy  I mean how the fuck do you explain to your own father-in-law your new name Dad, my new name for this venture is Jaden David because the trolls are out to get me.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy  just play along. What goddamn joke, truly funny through and through to the core. Homero Joshua Garza, born con-artist.

What's even more remarkable is that he actually has got the right tools to make a go of a real business. If he applied his skill set to a genuine business he would do very well. His marketing is exceptional, people go on Shark Tank for such help and give away equity for such talent. That is his flooding of social media about his profile, his flooding of news organizations with his PR's his stories and news articles and self promotion etc etc. All that is quite impressive and if used for a real company or product would produce a winner.  Alas he has a screw loose and applies it to cheating and stealing instead. Really quite bizarre maybe it is the thrill of it all or just the bizarre belief he is smarter than everyone else, too much brilliant cock whisperings in his ear?   Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

This is the actual court and filings, newest last.

http://public.co.comal.tx.us/default.aspx

under civil and case no. C2023-0560B

Not much going on anywhere including at the scene of the crime, Homero and his gang of bandits rather quiet at this time. What's interesting to me is in the various forums that use these things, many dismiss it all as to be expected i.e. they are all crooks and all doing it. Seem very casual to me. That got me thinking does anyone really care. Originally I was fully expecting the Texas AG to be in direct communication with the DOJ and the original judge in the GAW matter. Like actively checking if there is an overlap between his release and the terms and conditions of his release and starting up this fraud. Like throw him back in jail. Would they even bother to investigate that or they don't care enough? What about he 9+ mil. compensation he still owes the GAW victims.

The whole thing about his release was so that he could get out and do something to start paying them back. And now? What's funny is I distinctly recall on one of the court testimonies, might have been one of his lawyers where much was made about Homero having started a new business but they could not tell the judge or could not reveal what it was in case "the trolls" tried to disrupt it.  Cheesy  fairly certain the word troll was actually used.

1. does this scam overlap his release and the terms and conditions of his release
2. this scame business is supposed to be used to pay back the original victims

So far nothing is happening, or is this the quiet before the storm?

Didn't notice that. Did some digging, seems this guy specializes in remote notary services

Hello I'm Greg Lirette a commissioned Remote Online Notary in Florida based here in Clearwater, FL.

I'm able to notarize your documents for you generally in less than 15 minutes start to finish no matter where you are in the world using online technology.

Not sure why they would use him like that when their lawyer in Texas covering the actual case could do the same thing?

Also did a quick search in the county under the dad, jessica, jarden and homero for property addresses -- nothing immediate.

But more importantly under their names, the company name AND the court case number C2023-0560B

https://trellis.law/case/48091/c2023-0560b/state-texas-vs-gev-io-llc-jessica-diane-garza-alan-eugene-harmon-homero-joshua-garza

I don't see any filings of any kind after  the 12 April date of the original filings meaning where is the filing of the lifting of the injunction that Homero claims has since taken place??

Plus from what I have read Verizon and AT&T and others totally black list you if they find you fucking around with their equipment even from trying to buy a SIM card at Best Buy all the way to everything else. I mean Verizon actively participated in this investigation, aided the Texas AG and provided evidence for the lawsuit and the injunction etc. I just don't see how they would continue even if true to allow Homero to be an authorized reseller today as he claims in that press release. Makes zero sense that that they would be allowing him to be their authorized reseller today while they are perusing him along with the Texas AG in a court case today as well.

Homero and gang doubling down.  Cheesy

Who does he think he is fooling?

What's he saying about resellers?

1. He bought bulk sim cards from a third party and they are to blame? Crystal clear in the suit it says he bought them personally directly from Verizon and when that was caught, set up companies to buy them direct from Verizon.

2. Or does he mean reseller sold his product / modem to the public and they were the ones who including unauthorized sim cards? Again complete bullshit all the evidence in the suit states quite clearly shit was bought direct from him on his website.

Lastly this garbage is most certainly not written by a lawyer. Totally Homero's asinine thinking told to his marketing goon to write it up and publish it.

It's unbelievable. He thinks he is untouchable all the way to the end like at GAW. Stupid fucker needs to go to jail for 50 years at least.  Wink

Nomad Internet sets the record straight on Texas AG's Press Release

Bulverde, Texas--(Nomad Internet. - April 21, 2023) - Nomad Internet sets the record straight on Texas AG's Press Release.

The recent press release issued by the Texas AG fails to acknowledge the recent agreement struck between Nomad Internet and the AG’s office and approved by a Texas District Court Judge.

The temporary freeze has already been removed after the State agreed that Nomad Internet is in full compliance with its existing Internet service offerings and have resumed operations.

It also neglects to say that the state’s allegations are limited to certain dates in the past and are essentially a product of the misrepresentations by third party resellers that Nomad no longer works with.

The AG’s office is aware that Nomad Internet currently has a contract with Verizon and has been an authorized reseller of Verizon internet services since November of 2022.

While we understand the office’s position about prior activities and its concern for consumers, Nomad Internet has emphasized that third-party resellers it was working with at the time are ultimately to blame.

Indeed, Nomad shares the state’s concerns and is focused on providing the best service to its customers. We look forward to being vindicated in court once all of the facts are determined, discovered, and presented.

Nomad Internet remains dedicated to providing access to High-Speed Internet service to thousands of Americans who live in areas that need it most. Or mission and passion is to serve the under-served!

Should you have any difficulties or questions, it is important to Nomad that your bring them to our attention and we are happy to assist you.

Alan Harmon is Jessica's dad. He was on the periphery at GAW in those days but staunchly defended Homero even after his conviction. Looks like Homero reeled him into this good and proper as he is an actual party to the AG's lawsuit. Let's see how quickly he rolls over... Wink

Oh wow that's bad. Also quick. Only reason was because Verizon and AT&T got mad. They can care less about the customers though.

Very interesting that, turns out to be accurate:

Quote
The scheme was discovered after Verizon conducted an undercover operation in which employees with its operational assurance team posed as customers, used Nomad Internet’s website to sign up for its “Verizon-backed” plan, and received the illegal SIM cards and a device to use with the cards. Verizon said the defendants attempted to conceal the deception by covering the Verizon label on the SIM cards with black markers.

Nice!!

The AG lawsuit to freeze assets most definitely points to his past scame:

Quote
12.2 In addition to restraining Defendants’ conduct to prevent future deceptive acts and harm to
consumers, Texas requests immediate relief to preserve and protect the monies obtained by
Defendants in violation of the DTPA. The Defendants own or control numerous other businesses
which have various physical locations and bank accounts through which Defendants can hide funds
and other valuable assets.43 It is likely that the Defendants will dissipate or conceal these monies
prior to trial based on current and former conduct,
44 including convictions for wire fraud,45
excessive use of company funds for personal use,46 and prior refusal to pay court ordered
judgements, evidenced by a DOJ tax lien for $9,182,000.00.

47 Therefore, pursuant to DTPA
§ 17.47(d), Texas requests that these monies be frozen pending trial for consumer restitution.
12.3 Texas believes immediate injunctive relief by way of Temporary Restraining Order and
Temporary Injunction is necessary to prevent continuing harm prior to trial

That's fantastic! Was losing hope since he was still spreading his bullshit PR and that fat pig of a new CEO was spewing her bullshit just the other day.

Damn, that's pretty quick work from the Texas AG. Hopefully they cross-checked it all with the FBI which sped it.

Be interesting the outcome, second massive con after the slap on the wrist for the first one. Cannot go well this time round.  Cheesy
