This just dawned on me.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viperidae

The Viperidae (vipers) are a family of venomous snakes found all over the world, except in Antarctica, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Madagascar, Hawaii, various other isolated islands, and north of the Arctic Circle. All have relatively long, hinged fangs that permit deep penetration and injection of venom. Four subfamilies are currently recognized.[2]

Hello Alpha,

The small claims track at North Hampton County Court is waiting for your reply.    Kiss

Did you get assigned to north Hampton county court to challenge this then? As this is a Manchester company I assumed they would be held at a court somewhere within Manchester

I used http://moneyclaim.gov.uk/ My forwarding address is in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.  I told them that I would be happy to travel to anywhere in the UK to see this through.

Oh, and the update is I have mailed back my confirmation of taking Alpha to court after they have tried to defend their lies. This will be in the UK court's hands on Monday.

Same here, mine should be arriving by Monday.  Good luck with your claim!

I figured as much, that's why I told him in the invite request that I would be summoning him as well as Fiaz to court to question both of them for their roles at AT.  After all they are key players in this childish game with a fountain of information that will support my case against AT.  Let's see them even try to perjure themselves and risk going to prison!  Checkmate AT you're out of moves, you should have refunded me when you had the chance!

So my small claims is going forward.  AT wants to defend.  Let them try!  Sent Mr. Gunn an invite on LinkedIn.  Perhaps he can talk some sense into that kid?

He'll ignore you, he accepted my invite on LinkedIn, and then proceeded to disappear as soon as I ask him a question about Alpha Technologies.  Roll Eyes

Action Fraud reply

Quote
Thank you for taking the time to provide a report to Action Fraud in July. I’m writing to inform you of the current position of your case. Action Fraud reports are sent to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) which is also part of the City of London Police, the national lead force for fraud. The NFIB collates intelligence from these reports, and puts all information received to the most effective use possible, either through enforcement, disruption or prevention activity. Your report has been assessed by the NFIB and the information you provided has enabled the police to take action to disrupt the activities of suspected criminals. This activity can be in the form of requests to suspend or take down:

• Fraudulent websites or email accounts,

• Telephone numbers,

• Bank accounts or foreign currency exchange accounts.

It can take time for disruption requests to be fully processed, so please be assured that this activity is in progress and that no further action is required on your part. You should not hear from us again in relation to this case, unless further analysis by the NFIB links your report to another crime in the future, in which case we will contact you to provide details of that referral.

Thank you again for taking the time to report and helping us to make the UK a more hostile place for fraudsters to operate in.

Yours sincerely,

Pete O'Doherty

Director of Action Fraud and the NFIB

I've noticed an increasing amount of spam traffic and fake account sign ups under my email.  I'm curious to know if anyone else received similar traffic.  Wondering if Alpha or their diehard minions are implementing dirty tactics because of my reporting them to authorities for fraud?

Thank you for your enquiry to the Citizens Advice consumer service. Your reference number is CS XXXXXXX.

We understand that a trader will not cancel a contract with you and you claim you purchased the contract as a consumer and not a business.

Your rights and obligations

When you purchase a contract you enter into a legally binding contract with terms and conditions you are deemed to have read and agreed to, if the terms do say that you are deemed to be a business then this is what you are legally bound to. The Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations would only apply to a consumer transaction and you should be given seven days to cancel in writing, if not then the contract would not be enforceable. With a business to business contract you are bound by the terms of trade of the seller. There is more information on our website

Your next steps

We’d now suggest that you send a letter to the trader setting out your complaint and giving them a deadline to respond to you. Template letters are available on our website. Keep a copy of your letter and get proof of postage so you have evidence of sending and receipt in case you need it later on.

What we’ll do

We will notify Trading Standards of the trader's activities. Whilst this would not help with your complaint, this is valuable intelligence for them, which may be taken into consideration in any future dealings they have with the trader.

If you want to discuss this further please call us on 03454 04 05 06 or reply to this e mail.

Kind regards

Isaac

Dear Sir,
We have been asked to contact you because you have shown an interest in joining a potential class action against Alpha Technology (INT) Limited (Alpha).

The reason you will have shown an interest is because you will have paid either in part or in full for goods which have not been shipped to you by Alpha.

Alpha appear to have employed delaying tactics to their customers in respect of goods ordered and also informed customers they are not protected by the UK Distance Selling Regulations because the customer is a 'business'.

We are currently ascertaining a rough count of clients who would be interested in a class action against Alpha.  At this stage, if you would be interested, can you please confirm:-

1.  Your Name
2.  The date of your order
3.  How much you have paid to Alpha
4.  Your country of residence
5.  If you would be interested in joining a class action to recover the funds you have paid to Alpha

Once we have an idea of how many customers have been affected we will then be able to confirm a strategy to those who wish to be included.  We would provide clear details of how a class action works, what we can do to protect any assets held by Alpha, what will happen if it transpires that Alpha are guilty of fraud and also the estimated costs.

The main benefit of any class action is that the costs are divided equally between clients therefore making litigation viable for almost any client.

We look forward to hearing from you.  If you are aware of any other customers who have suffered losses due to ordering goods with Alpha, please do pass them a copy of this email.

I gave AT the chance to repay me several times and all I get is the same BS reply. So I have escalated my claim even more.  Small price to pay if it helps my case.

AT if you are reading this.  I implore you to do what is legally and morally right.  Refund my money!

You need to blur your name more because I easily deciphered the title and first and last name.

I added super duper Gaussion blur effect now but in the land of quotes and screen capture its a bit too late.  Not that it really matters, I'm hardly anon in the interwebs.  Alpha knows who I am Smiley cheers for mentioning it though.
