Stake also accepts some other documents for address verification besides the utility bill. As your friend has graduated recently, tell him to get an official letter from his educational institution. This also belongs to 'Proof of Address: Acceptable Documentation'.

There is also some options for those users to complete the level 4 verification who are unemployed. But I doubt your friend will manage to complete any of them: Proof of Source of Funds: Acceptable Documentation

You should clarify if your friend is a Filipino or just living in the Philippines but different nationality. Requesting National ID is now very easy and available on public booth.

So we asked around on telegram and also discord we asked big players and streamers if were they asked to level up for Level 3 and 4 they said they dont need it they have been playing stake for long and do big bets and also there account was never locked and was never asked to do LVL 3 and 4. So they said if his done that he can basically use the account but heres the problem his from the philippines and i know its hard to get documents from there example for level 3 for the utility bills he said its named to its parents and the others is not possible for him cause his not emplayed his like a fresh graduate so now he told me he can get 1 document like tax certificate so in 2 weeks or so he get the tax certificate he tried submitting but still gets denied and thats all the document he can get and from the document you can see that it was stamped signed by the government also shown the full address and the name. But if it will get accepted soon the problem is Level 4 the proof of funds, so I told you that he was a fresh graduate right so he told me that he dont get money like payslip or gifts or insurance he gets them on allowance by his parents and all the savings he saved during at school. And for the Terms of Service he said he never created other accounts never done anything suspicious just doing live bets So if anyones here can help I hope you guys can help my friend here having trouble on his account for like 2-3 weeks now still locked

I knew this gambling site to an Influencer that recommended it to me cause they said shuffle.com is like same to stake.com im a regular gambler in stake.com but there limit to there bets are getting worse and worse when i do daily live sports bet so I tried to find a new gambling website which I found this one I tried it out deposited a few hundred dollars and tried it out to bet on Cricket, Nba and Baseball so in my first weeks ye i've been getting lucky in the first few days done my first withdrawal and left some to play in shuffle also lost it again in a day depositing again so that goes on like a week like depositing and withdrawing funds so I dont know if they saw that suspicious. But im just a guy who tries to withdraw some cash and also wants to continue gambling if I lost some funds in shuffle. Now i bet big on this NBA event which is the finals and it happens to won did some Cricket live bets also won after that i was satisfied with my winnings excited to withdraw this and treat my friends and family to somewhere but this happens ive withdrawed my funs waited for it and it was taking so long i thought it was just a normal thing in shuffle so i waited i went to sleep woken up still in review now i contacted support through email they said so I asked them why is my withdrawal funds still in review waited for the reply for like 24hrs and they said we will review it and send to the compliance team waited for 2 days so by that I got an email telling me to submit a document for the LVL 4 verification which is Proof Of Address I submited a government issued proof of address to them they accepted I was excited that it was accepted but then comes a new problem after the successful verification of proof of address I emailed them that i have completed it and they said they will send a message to the KYC/compliance team waited again for 24 hours sent a new message and they said still in review so I waited Keep telling them whats the update day after the other this has been going on for more than 14 days until now I message them everyday for an update they reply in like 10-12 hours saying its still in review so now im really upset that it takes this long to review my withdrawal which didnt happen to me in stake im posting this to tell any of the shuffle.com players there to be aware on the site I hope they will be done on reviewing my withdrawal and give me my funds.
