It's funny that they expect everyone to be on telegram, they should have sent out emails right after this shit happened, anyway, mining is going alright, heck, this is less scary than my experience with Poolin a while back, the pool was working just fine but my hashrate was showing zero.
I logged into the .net site and was unable to make any changes to the payout addresses as the email verification never came. They are probably having the same issue with their email server.

I was however able to withdraw all mined coin to previously setup payment addresses.

Well Kyle, I do appreciate your review but it's one against many, the majority of the last reports regarding "Myrig" have been negative, people reported that they have not received a reply for weeks, they have not logged in to their profile to explain what went wrong since June 07, I can't possibly remove the warning I have placed the OP unless more positive reviews from trusted members come by or at least Myrig invest 10 mins of their precious time to explain to the community what went wrong?
I definitely agree with that. They are no longer responding to emails or repair requests. I had them repair 2 miners earlier this year. Both are still running well.

Now I have 2 more that i need repaired, but no response to my numerous attempts at contact.

If I ever do receive a response, i will post here.

Is myrig.com good? Im still searching Sad
They have repaired 2 of my S17's this year. Both were returned and are in good working order.

They are slow in responding to messages, but they do get around to it eventually.

Thanks Yrth.  Yes I've been emailing them at sales@myrig.com.  I have an active ticket in their system but it's been the same status since July 9 and I haven't seen any updates since.  How long does it usually take for them to get back to you?  I've called+1 720 744 3090 numerous times only to have it ring and ring with no answering service.  Is their another number I can try?
I have only had to use them twice, and only one time recently. It took them about 2 1/2 weeks to diagnose and repair my miner. I would think that how long it takes would depend on how busy they are. My ticket's status did not change until it was repaired and they sent me a bill for the repairs and return shipping. They shipped it within a couple of days once I paid. See my posts on the previous page about my experience with them.

They have always responded to emails with me within 1~3 days. I have never tried calling them.

Hi, can anyone get ahold of anyone at MyRig?  I sent them a miner and they got it on 07/09/2021.  Last time I heard from them was on July 9.  Since then I've sent several emails to sales@myrig.com and called their #+1 720 744 30 90.  The emails go unanswered and the phone number rings a few times and then gets disconnected.  Now I'm worried!
I have had some response from them about 4 days ago to emails about another miner i sent in for repair. I sent email to sales@myrig.com and the response came from the same address. Also received the repair ticket notification 2 days ago.
You might be trying an old number, I would try emailing them

I'd have doubts about trusting them any more.
I know Yoshi Goto used to run it, but have no idea who does now.

Someone on my pool bought a miner from them recently.
It came with firmware that took a 2% fee - but the guy who bought it never knew about it.
They repaired my S17. Fully functional now. It is running at my DC.
It still has the stock Bitmain firmware
I don't know who is running the place, they never signed their emails with a name

Re: Ebit 9+

Hey guys I'm new here but have lurked the pages a while. Did a search and just can't find help for my problem. I just bought a used ebang ebit9+. I can find the IP address but when I type it into my browser it won't connect. I have double checked they're both on the right network, I reset the ebit, tried wiring it directly to the router, bypassing the switch. Nothing seems to work. I have two l3+ that I have no problem with.

I also tried downloading the management tool from ebang site but the link is broken. They have two tools, one seems to be for every other miner and the other is specifically for 9+. But the 9+ link is dead 😥.

I just wanted to ask for some help before I request a return of I can't get it to work right.
Anyone have any insight?
What browser are you using? I had an older Ebit miner, and they are a pain.

I have had a similar problem with Microsoft Edge before. I tried it in Firefox and it worked just fine.

Hi my S17+ PSU is broken, First it was making the breaker go, now its just dosent do anytning on 1 plug, the other is still making the 1 fan spinning.

Getting a replacement seems impossible as they are not in stock anywhere. Is they fixable by any Electronic mekaniks?

I have lots of AWP 3+ PSU is there anyway to use 2 of those in parallel for the S17+
Bitmain has them in stock. just checked on their website $134 + shipping

I added Myrig to the list of services in the U.S, I tried getting their address but nothing is mentioned on their website, which state/city did you send the miners to for repair?
Their US location is in Denver, Colorado

I received my s17 back today plugged it in and it is working perfectly.
It is hashing exactly where it should be.

Could you share some more details? What did they say was wrong, and how much did it cost?
Mine was more damaged than most. I knew that going in. It was mining on only 2 boards, then went down to 1. That also eventually died. So i knew all 3 boards were in need of some kind of repair. I imagine the repairs would depend on the problem with your machine.

That being said, they charged me $229usd per board for the repairs. I have another in one of my hosting facilities that I will be sending them for repair. Considering what miners are going for these days, I considered it a fair charge.

And yes, it has been running for 8 hours now and it is holding steady just over 54th/s (S17 53 th/s model), which is a little above where it should be.

I would add https://service.myrig.com/ to the list if someone I trust can vouch for them, NFW I do trust your judgment but since you mentioned that you used them "long long ago" things could have changed, and the quoted post below makes me doubt they are still as good as they used to be:

Thank you for the follow up.  I sent them an email over the weekend, but I have yet to hear back.  I tried called the USA number you listed, but it has been disconnected.  I was going to reach out to their user here on Bitcoin Forum, but they do not accept messages from Newbies unfortunately.

Their account was last active on "March 06, 2019, 09:42:34 PM".

Can someone in the U.S reach out to them to the new phone number they have on their website ( a different one from the one posted above which is disconnected) to see if they still offer repairs?

This number +1 720 744 30 90
I have used myrig in the past to repair an R4 with a bad board.
I just contacted them again to repair a faulty S17. They did respond and gave me a repair ticket#. Also their ship to address is the same as the last time I used them.
I will report back on my experience with them.

Hello,
i have been looking for a repair service for my s17 miners for a long time. There are about 20-21 pieces that make peobleme.

Unfortunately I can't find a repair service in Europe.

Does anyone have experience with

https://service.myrig.com/?_ga=2.145283956.199991838.1620462227-1247744929.1620266930

can i send my miners there without hesitation?

Thanks
As I posted in mikeywith's thread pinned to the top of the mining support board.  I have used MyRig in the past to repair a couple of R4's. I recently (about 2 weeks ago) sent them an S17 for repair.  I will update that thread with the results.

Any update?  I have one unit in need of a temp sensor error repair on one board
They received the miner. They uploaded info on boards in need of repair. I am waiting to hear if the repairs were successful and completed. So far, it seems, it is moving forward. But I have no conclusive proof yet. Will update when I receive a notice that they have completed repairs.

My story is similar to others here.  Emails from Tom are slow, the rest of the crew must be fired already.  Any new invoices he's asking payment in crypto now, feels fishy. Anyone free their miners from here yet?  Will keep updating as story progresses.  I have miners that were sent there but not started up even.  There is no doubt this will take a long time, and be messy.  And of course, mining profitability is up.
I did receive my S15's and T15's back from them today. So they are at least returning the gear that they are no longer hosting. And my S17's are still running at their backup facility. I have been corresponding with one the techs that I met when I visited there, so they still have some staff. They were busy getting the larger shipments (pallet sized) moved out first.

I wish that had emailed me when they decided to shut the miners down, I emailed them daily for about a week and didn’t get a reply from them until now.

Just cause I'm curious, had they been running the miners for this time and not paying you out for this? Would be  a pretty quick way for these companies to make a few bucks without you even noticing. Just me being a bit of a pessimist and cynic.

If they do not return the machines or if they try to stiff you, do quote me and I'll link resources on contacting the Attorney for the state of Wyoming and we'll ensure that they're kept reigned in.

Glad I can help.
I don't know if you can really know that, but I do know all my older miners went down around 10 am. I was told by a tech that the power at their main facility was shut off for non payment. I know my current gen stuff was down for about half the day, a couple days prior to that. I was told they were being moved to a new area, and they were back up and running before the end of the day. I didn't think much of it at the time, as they have moved things around before. I have been to their physical location and know they were operating in multiple buildings in the same business park.

Just wanted to follow up and see if there were any updated in regards to the people that I provided (that you found as well) and Oregon Mines? Are they emailing you, calling, answering on any medium? Etc.

Might make some sense to file some reports with the Wyoming DA, and so on and so forth to get more information. Just trying to help out.
I have been receiving email responses from them all along. Not as timely as before, but they have been responding at least daily to me. Their VPN is up for those with miners still hosted. I have access to my current gen miners that are still being hosted at their backup facility.

Good thing that I came here to browse for a new hosting site for my older machines.

I didn't get the original email either. I only noticed when my pool hashrate dropped, then found out all my s15/t15 machines went offline. Though all my s17's are still hashing away with them. I emailed them and got that message.

I decomissioned all my s9's last year. I'm fortunate that I only live about a 3.5 hour drive from them. I had about 40 machines, so it was way cheaper to pick them up.

Guess I'll have to make another drive soon.

If anyone knows of hosting with similar rates, I would love to hear about it.
