Played on social casinos. Deposited with cryptos and bought PBR which is the currency to play on the social casino, I've won a good amount and when I tried to convert PBR to crypto I had an error message. Contacted support and said I have to claim at least 100 PBR soI kept playing until I reached it. When I contacted support again to convert PBR to crypto they said that they need 24 hours to convert the PBR all that while having my PBR in the account even after the request hoping that I lose it all.
I would not suggest to play on this site, they will make it so hard for you to get paid after you win. Very shady practices, would not recommend to play on this site.

I'd like to express my doubts about the funds' loss but it's possible. As for the account closure situation, the claim of receiving an account closure email warning simply isn't true. – I never received any email about that matter and if my account was closed why does FortuneJack still send me emails after the month of July 2021 (Date of account closure)? I NEVER delete any of my emails and I have every emails received from FortuneJack. If I lost the funds, you guys still failed to send an email about the closure of the account.

I am sorry, but is there any chance you are shilling for shuffle.com? Because you posted on 11th October that you received a $5 promo from shuffle.com, and you posted the same thing today a few hours ago. Now, again, you are posting that you love shuffle. Well, these one-line posting is considered low-value or zero-value post, and I don't think such posts helps you or shuffle in any way. If you are just a random user, you are making trouble for shuffle.com here by posting one line multiple times, which seems shuffle.com hired you to post these comments. The community considers this behavior to be too bad. @Shuffle, I don't know who is this guy. If he is an insider, consider asking them not to vouch in this spammy way. It will make things worse only. You guys are doing fine with the signature campaign already.
I was saying that I did not understand why they did a 5$ free promotion if I followed the instructions. He sent the 5$ a few days ago, so I edit the posts since it got settled and shuffle did a good job fixing the issue. Nothing crazy here

So i am assuming you did you know the people running shuffle before you applied? Can you share anything about the team? And is your job desctiption in there helpdesk and PR? Or are you even the owner of this casino? Reason why i am asking is that most of the time normal bitcoin announcement accounts don't give answers in similiar way. You have a different, closer touch to it and i like it.
I am one of the owners of Shuffle. I know a lot of the other announcement accounts on here are fairly formal, but I'd rather keep it real. We're pretty transparent about Shuffle, we want people to know we're here for real and have no intention of leaving!

This is the worst experience of my life, they are rude, will reply once a week, only one manager that uses skype only. They will waste your time, and the affiliate manager do nothing is online 1 hour a day (Work from home). Never understood the casinos that treat the affiliates poorly and do not provide any help. They are the one bringing new players to your site.
The owner should fire the whole affiiate's management team instead of writing those weird emails that no one will read.
