It was probably because the post was off topic for the thread. Also it may have to do with the fact that it is just a link, not information whatsoever. You should actually write something and reference the article instead of just pointing a link to it.
At first glance, it looks like you are advertising MMM global. It would be better if you said something about how they are scammy (as the link describes) and had something like "see this link for more information" at the end of the post to direct users to more information.
How is a claim that MMM is the reason for BTC price spike off-topic in a thread asking "why bitcoin price is growing'?
>At first glance, it looks like you are advertising MMM global
Because I linked to an article calling it a scam? Negative Land?
@tarsua: Have you bothered to follow the link, or simply assume, like whoever deleted the post, that it was promoting MMM?
@bitcoin revo: Little or no content? The thread seeks to find the reason for BTC price spike, I provide the answer, cite my sources, and it's not relevant enough? Go on.
@alani123: My guess is you're right, I'm just a bit tired of lazy, knee-jerk moderation. The fact that MMM is a morally repugnant scam stealing from those who can least afford it
is irrelevant to my point. No forum rules that I know of which have been broken.
