E-coin guys I need your urgent help. E-coin has been good with me for months and with some small exceptions I am happy.
But today I send like 0.245 (~$109) to the address I generated from your website and I don't see the transaction coming or pending. To tell it straight the transaction is MISSING!
Please look into it and resolve it for me, because btc exchange rate was ~$450 yesterday, but as far as I see this it is going down now (to around $445 at the moment).
I got this from purse.io "We received a request to send 0.24432986 BTC to 39N6gme4Rr2MjfTDHscAkemGqRgvxPKjxB" - hopefully it will help you.
Based on purse.io the transaction was completed on their side - "2016-04-23 04:32:55    Withdrawal    -0.24432986    -0.0001    0"
I already sent a support request ticket - "Your request (26917) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.".
Please guys be kind enough to help me! I sent the btc to the address above like 6 hours ago and usually my upcoming transactions have "pending status", but now I don't see upcoming transaction at all!

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
Is it because of the maintenance weekend?

Re: BEWARE AMAZON using Gift Cards

Sorry but i sell agc on 30% off usually. Why? because i live in europa, and i receive amazon gift card (for .com) from my CPA network.
I'm sure that some guys sell stolen gift card, but in my case my location sucks big time, and if i want to order something from amazon.com, i must deal with customs, pay 10% duty fee and 20% VAT.
Not to mention notarized letter and so on bullshit. And the fact that on 50$ amazon mini sound box, i paid additional 50$ for shipping.
Hope that i makes sense now, why some guys sell their amazon gift card on a good discount.

we are working on own design both for the card and for the accompanying letter.
that said, merging bitcoin with tranditional banking infrastracture is not as straightforward as it may seem. Putting ANYTHING related to bitcoin on a debit card is still a bit of a grey area
personally I wouldn't buy a debit card that has anything printed that can relate to bitcoin.
here most people don't give a....i saw one lady 3-4 months ago, paid with prepaid american visa. i told this to the worker in our grocery store, it looks like they don't care. The worker wasn't aware about "prepaid visa" at all. So if i have "bitcoin" printed ill proudly show up in our stores. I mean 99% of people here will thing that its the next good looking bank card...
The card really looks good by the way

Can you take a photo of your card received from e-coin.io ?
Hide your details but i just want to see the design of it as you say that is different from the e-coin website.
@gosha@e-coin i think the high fee are the monthly 1$ sms fee and maybe the sell price of bitcoin.
Regarding my cards, i got 2 now. One is invalid, looks like exactly like the one in the first post.
The second one is "grey", my wife likes it, but i prefer the black one (but its invalid).
Anyway i'm happy that i finally got a valid card despite the fact that my order was for a black card.

@gosha@e-coin: Don't get me wrong. Actually i really like the idea behind your business. I'm planning to order another card in EUR and also to open an account with you for my wife.
Despite my problems with the cards and some fees (mainly because of my local currency), i really really appreciate what you does and i believe that your "project" is very innovative and has a bright future in front of it. Thank you  Smiley
Just placed my order for the EUR car.
@gosha@e-coin: do you have something like email, skype, mobile phone, where i can directly communicate with you. You seems like a very nice guy and i want to use your services in the future, so it'll be good if we can stay in touch. Also i want to verify my account, and I'm wondering if my governmental issued ID (Identity card) is enough for verification. I can send you ID or Drivers license or Passport, which one is better?
Also about the proof of address, my address is written on the back side of my ID. I also got a bank statement. Most of my utility bills are on name of my landlord, because in Bulgaria when you rent a flat/an apartment you usually don't change the bills (water/electricity so on) partitions. Our mobile operators don't print your address on their receipts/invoices. So i'll appreciate your guidance on the topic.
Is ID - front and back side enough to verify both my identity and address?
Thanks.

P.S. Have around $79 (after the EUR card order) in my e-coin account. Tried to load my USD card with $70 - "Service unavailable - try again later". Tried with $50 - "Service unavailable - try again later".
Is the issue on your side? or i do something wrong.
Maybe its because it's Sunday (aka time for maintenance and improvements for most Internet companies and providers)

I don't know if it is scam or not.
But their email doesn't work:
"Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

Technical details of permanent failure:

And
The order for my physical Visa Debit card in USD was placed on 09/14/2015, nothing till now. No tracking number, no update, just "pending...".

mate, it's not always easy to be sure who is who in the forum, but if we identified your request right, it has been addressed and resolved.

please, confirm all ok, as using the words you have used should really not be used unless it's a fact..
Got the second card, it happens to be valid now. Sorry if my words sounds weird to you, but its a financial information and expect more serious working attitude.
I believe that its not actually your fault, but fault of some of your partners.

Look don't get me wrong. I appreciate your hard work and efforts. But make sure to include something just to remain your customers about your company when they receive their card.
A week ago i received my neteller card, before some days i received one card from Poland. So its really hard to separate all of those cards.
Honestly i would like to exchange bitcoins locally, but here bitcoins are not very popular, and i would like to use your card. It'll decrease the chance of being scammed close to 0.

My experience till now is horrible.
Got one card today from "MyChoice". Spent over 10 BGN (around $7) on phone calls to UK.
Found out that the card is issued by MyChoiceCorporate.com for E-Coin. But they made some stupid mistake and the card is invalid.
Also the card has nothing to deal with E-coin, nothing about the E-coin in A4 or on the card. I contacted MyChoice business support to found out that my account with them is actually related to E-coin. (it took to their support 10 minutes + i almost gave him my complete card number, because he/she was unable to found it based on the last 4)
Guys this is HORRIBLE!!!!!
"Partha says:
Sir, please be informed that we had an issue with our vendor , due to system issue there are lot of cards which has been sent to the card holders ,
*Me* says:
so you just issue visa cards like a crazy
*Me* says:
and don't give a shit about the end result
Partha says:
Now please have a note on the card "

What a joke? Can i have 10 or 15 cards for my paypals? It looks like you give them on a kilogram?

why did you have to spend time and money on calling MyChoice when all you needed to do was activate the card on www.e-coin.io and get the PIN there as well??
Maybe because i received the card with RoyalMail, and nothing about E-coin. Just Mychoice and their mobile number and email.
How I'm supposed to know that the card is from you?
And based on MyChoice the card is INVALID!
Do you want me to post the letter, A4 + the card, so i can show to everyone here, that it has 0 information about E-coin.
Sorry, but I got payoneer, neteller, okpay and so on, and all of them have their logo or something in the documents.
With my card, its onyl MyChoice.
So please answer to me:
How im supposed to know that the card is from E-coin? without your logo or details on the card/in documents?

It seems a difficult situation for you man,
Exchanging in 2 currencies bring you less bitcoin, but you can convert only once.
From EUR -> BGN directly in ATM but you will still get -3% for this conversation.
Going to greece to get in eur seems not a good idea because you still have to convert in BGN when you come back at home.
Actually going to Greece to withdrawal in EUR is not that bad idea, especially for over 1000 euros.
But only if:
1) I have a Bitcoin card in EUR
2) The EUR here is fixed, not like the USD.
EUR is always 1.95583 (fixed)
and sell: 1.955 (for example) buy: 1.9585

Actually I'm ok with -3%, but its an alternative for large amounts.

I just checked their website and there is also a EUR bitcoin debit card?
You can order it instead of USD because you will be charged every time with 3% when converting USD to EUR.
About to link with paypal it worked for a guy here and it should work for you too.
I'm in Bulgaria bro. The official currency is BGN.
So i must exchange:
USD -> BGN
or
EUR -> BGN
1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN (fixed)
1 USD - vary from 1.65 up to 1.75 (1.78) BGN

I should go to Greece in order to withdraw in Euros, but current situation in Greece is not very good.

Thanks you very much for the information. Appreciate it.

Which mail service are you using?
I just tested it with my gmail account and it worked well
Code:
Your request (46XX) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

To add additional comments, reply to this email.
mail.com bro. i don't like google.
imo after 1. Gmail 2. Hotmail/Yahoo, mail.com must be the 3rd most popular mail service in US. Their panel is simple and easy to use, more intuitive than hotmail and yahoo.

Sent email to the support and received "E-Card has been shipped". I bought a card in USD, but since i'm in Europa, maybe it'll be a good idea to have one in EURO(s) too.
Our national currency is neither USD nor EURO, but the EURO exchange rate is more stable.
The idea behind bitcoin debit card is very good. I really like it, especially for small countries like mine.
Guys i have a question. Its not my primary target, but would like to know:
Did you try to link your card to PayPal and can you withdraw on it? Its not a big deal for me, but its good to know.

Cheers
