Just like you said, it has a high probability that it was a bought account. Can you investigate more, when it was bought and the comparison of activity after it fell asleep? You defended a scammer Arshe26 so much like it hurts your feelings. The evidence is clear.

Although I'm from the Philippines, I'll be happy if you banned the Philippines from your campaigns you manage. You know why this is too much for the forum (community). Trust me this is not the only person doing the same thing in the Philippines. I know some people doing this thing but I'm too lazy to investigate, to post, and having a hard time constructing sentences (Like this one) LOL. And some of these abusers are already in the DT 2.
Banning the Philippines community from campaigns would not be a nice thing to do. Despite a few members who have cheated signature campaigns with alts, i believe there are genuine, honest members too and they should not be punished because of a few bad characters.This forum is a free place and just because we have a few bad individuals doesn't mean every one has ill intentions here.
If you know anyone who's abusing campaigns or DT then bring them forth without fear or favor. There's nothing to be scared about. Even if you present a little evidence, some members will have you dig deeper to prove if the person is doing something wrong.

I'm working with an online casino as marketing personnel and we are working on a video introduction to promote the casino on youtube. The second question refers to why the offer is only valid "next few hours", and how it is possible to unlock (mediate in unlocking the account) without knowing any information about that account owner?
Or maybe Boombl4 is probably trying to use the 72 hour time to his own advantage and fool OP into believing that he did something to unlock OP's account. I have seen cases when People's accounts get suspended and then get unlocked after 72 hours after investigations. So, he would get the 90 BTC without actually doing anything.
That's why he's saying offer is only Valid in the next few hours... because he knows that time is running out and OP's account could be unlocked anytime, if all goes well
