At least you are not saying that you played fair and your account should not be blocked.
Maybe it's not just about the history of the account that was blocked, maybe previously you made withdrawals from some other account on 1xbit?
I didn't do anything like that, I don't have another account. My account has been open since 2017. Why should I open another account when I have one?

Could you say something more about your case, because your post may inform some people that support has no contact with you at all. In the last post about your case, 1xbit_official wrote that they sent to you a private message, does that mean you did not receive this message or did your case stand at some other point?
1- As per terms and conditions you can ask the customer anything in the name of KYC. Stake forces users to submit passport or their balance is gone. You can start asking "letter from the president" else your funds are gone.
That would surely lift most of the complaints off, but back in 2015 our intentions were to make as anonymous casino as possible (when crypto and all that stuff appeared). Ain't much changed since then - we added email KYC and that's all what have changed about anonymity.
