Smart contract code made DAO & eth insecure and led to the DAO "hack".
I don't think Ardor will do smart contracts, it will have child-chains that do smart (phased) transactions, which are more secure.
The comparison with Ethereum is that Ethereum tries to do smart contracts, where the Ardor child-chains do smart (phased) transactions, which is a lot easier (and thus more secure).

I want ARDOR / NXT2.0 so badly I spent most of my bitcoins buying NXT so I can get my share of ARDOR / NXT2.0 for hodling them. ARDOR will be a top ten coin with all the cool new stuff it will have, and i want to be an early adopter of it who bought in at the bottom.
Good decision, when we have been our Ardor, its price round about 20x
Nxt is still cheap at less than 2 cents each. Compare today's price to the highs and its easy to see it's going much higher. After the start of snapshotting most coins will no longer be put up for sale, and buying Nxt to get Ardor will get more and more expensive.

I see what you did there.
Craig Wright's a ginormous block size proponent, he would have written something like the below quote, with the proviso that the blockchain moves to a private network for banks controlled solely by him.

I have been monitoring some of the known Cryptsy cold wallet addresses. This is easy to do by matching rich addresses to dates and deposit behaviors. Two days ago, on May 19, the coins started moving.
The person in charge of the coins appears to be a competent crypto professional. I assume the receivership hired this individual.
In the case of Goldcoin (GLD), the receivership appears to have combined the hot wallets and cold wallets into a single address. Using the ownership claim feature of the block explorer, this individual even took the time to claim the address. He labeled it, "Cryptsy Receiver Wallet."

Based on this behavior, I would think this is a good sign that the coins of former Cryptsy customers are in good hands. Hopefully, these users will have their coins returned in the near future.

Microguy from the goldcoin thread says the cryptsy goldcoins appear to have been moved to a new address labelled with "Cryptsy Receiver Wallet". If it really is the receiver moving coins there will probably be an official statement about it soon.

A poster on the Unobtanium thread says he's been in touch with an attorney working with the Cryptsy Court Receiver. He says a former Cryptsy IT employee has given them access to the wallet servers, but Paul Vernon wiped the database servers on April 4. If they can't restore the database from backups they might not be able to determine user balances.
Besides the Unobtanium at Bittrex he says they recovered $20K or more of valuable altcoin wallets at Cryptsy, and control of the Cryptsy Ethereum wallet.
Since the Cryptsy UNO wallet was stolen by Paul Vernon and transferred to Bittrex, I've been in touch with an attorney working with the Cryptsy Court Receiver.

it easily might happen as the price of the bitcoin is not stable at all and it always goes up and down though i hope that it will go only up from now

I don't consider the $430 level to be close to $400. It may look like there isn't much space between $400-$430, but just look at the support around the $400 level. People will make sure it won't fall below that.
A big whale can push the price below $400 briefly, but it will go back sooner or later. The value is there.
that's why no big whale is stupid enough to do it, he/she will lose only his/her bitcoin, so manpulators are moving together when they hit i believe
now it seems they have taken a rest, the current stability is what i would expect in the future when bitcoin is already mainstream

The big whales wait for news that panics investors, then they move together to manipulate the price. There hasn't been any big news over Christmas, and there rarely is, so the price has been stable while everyone holidays. The next big news will start the next big movement.

It's starting to get covered by big sites, and Google's starting to spider through the stories. It's on the time website, and that's a big achievement. All the other big websites will follow time's lead and be doing their own stories on the wallet tomorrow. Tyson's wallet's good publicity for bitcoin.

This is the third time btc has seriously tried to break 3100 on Huobi and OKCoin in the last week. Looks like it will cruise through this time since it's more of a steady rise but who knows.

3100 Yuan does appear to be a crucial resistance point. I thought 3000 Yuan would be more crucial, and I don't know why 3100 is a resistance. If it drops below the 3000 Yuan support I think the rally might be over, and if it breaks through 3100 I think 4000 Yuan will become feasible.

In the long term I think quantum computers will crack the elliptic curve cryptography that bitcoin's based on. If good enough quantum computers are invented then bitcoin's basic code will need changing round to something quantum computers can't crack. That change of code base will render all mining hardware obsolete, and a new generation of hardware will need inventing to replace it.
Such a situation could permanently break both bitcoin and its miners if new mining hardware is not invented quickly enough.

Bitcoin e-commerce startup Purse has raised $1m in seed funding in a round led by investor Barry Silberts Digital Currency Group.
The startup used the announcement to advertise what it called a forthcoming "secret bitcoin project" it calls Tritium, which it said would bring new value to consumers and partners.

Remember Jed's "secret bitcoin project" that had very little to do with bitcoin? It was stellar, a ripple clone which is now little more than a low volume pump and dump coin on bittrex. Purse's "secret bitcoin project" better have more to do with bitcoin if it's to be a success.

I though it was either notlambchop's latest way of attacking the forum, or spam adverts in a language I don't understand. The titles of the threads were incomprehensible to me so I didn't read any of them. I assumed the mods would quickly delete them, and they have been all day.

Greece narrowly approved its austerity budget today. Without its approval the EU would have refused to pay it any more money and the threat of default would have returned. Could the budget vote have had any bearing on bitcoins price yesterday? I had forgotten all about Greece, but I'm sure others hadn't.
It's weird that the rally started at six in the morning China time yesterday. I doubt many people get up and start trading that early on a Saturday morning in China. Maybe some start trading at eight in the morning, but six is too early, most people want to get up late on a Saturday.

Huobi's volume is simply too high to be real. They don't do any effort to hide their fake volume. It's simply ridiculous. Their 10 million BTC weekly volume is basically a milestone without being a milestone. It's fake.
All the Chinese exchanges compete with each other to fake the most volume so the winner can say it's the highest volume exchange. There's no way to find out the real volume on any of them, but it's minuscule compared to the faked volume. There's less than 15 million bitcoins in existence, and it's impossible that Houbi's got 70% of them.

About stopping of this rally, there may be something, but not soon, another ~300k BTC may be auctioned by the feds.

That arstechnica story doesn't mention the word bitcoin. Where did you find out another ~300k BTC may be auctioned by the feds?
I looked at that bitcointalk link you posted and couldn't find anything about a possible future auction there either. The thread has hundreds of posts in, and I could have missed something, but there's nothing in the latest posts.
It was China driving the rally above 400 last might. Every move the Chinese exchanges made was followed by the Bitstamp, except Bitstamp lagged behind by 20 ot 30 dollars. The crash afterwards was at bedtime for China, and was probably caused by Chinese traders profit taking before sleep. If there's another BOOM the Chinese will cause it.
If there really are no hidden fees I'd like one as it's the first card I have heard of with no fees. However I want to read the small print first, there always seem to be hidden fees even when a bitcoin debit card says there's not. Do they charge fees to convert between bitcoin and fiat, do they decide the conversion rate you get?
