Qualcuno traduttori esperti qui? Necessità e traduttore inglese per italiano per il nostro progetto. Vi prego di inviarmi un messaggio privato. Grazie.

Vorrei anch'io conoscere chi potrebbe tradurre i nostri ANN, sito web e (o) carta blanca. Grazie.

Re: How to market an ICO?
by

Given that the project heading to an ICO has really great potential, is well-elaborated (also in the white paper), and is lead by a credible, experienced team, you'll need:
- a robust landing page with right emphases and all relevant information, and
- a bunch of marketing activities using these instruments listed in another thread:
1. Classic PR - press releases, interviews, Q&A
2. Banner advertising - display ads for extensive reach
3. Influential marketing - connect with opinion leaders.
4. Social media - connect with audience & opinion leaders.
5. YouTube - statements from founders, project introduction.
6. Bounty campaigns - referrals showtime.
7. Placements in blogs - native advertising.
8. Viral media - videos or pictures.
9. Community marketing - you know, Bitcointalk.
10. Events - meetups, conferences etc.

For me goodest one ICO marketing is collaboration with crypto makers  Roll Eyes
That's right, but the problem is still the same: Where to find them and how to quickly get them interested. So you are searching for channels, right messages, marketing tools, etc.

Looks like a very comprehensive bounty program. Thank you. Dev if not a secret - how much time and workforce resources did you spend on preparing it, making the description, thinking of rates, etc.?

No plans for ICO dev? I think it will be very profitable, anyway, you guys do not give enough info about this project, about bounty campaign for example, there is no plan for it?

Yeah, I'm also interested to learn about all that. Also, dev if you do not plan ICO, would be great to learn why (just curious and trying to understand the most and best I can in this field). Thanks.

Be respectful and do your best to answer questions being asked most quickly and comprehensively. Also, there might be situations that you missed a bunch of messages, e.g. while sleeping, eating, etc., in this case try to understand if all the questions have already been answered and if there's any one that hasn't don't just pass by.

20% will be reserved for Developmental, Marketing and other purposes.
Are there any details on your plans regarding a bounty campaign? Is that within the 20%?

Just thought that when a $US (or money in general) emerged, many people didn't find it necessary and probably did not even realize why they need it. The situation with people's perception of altcoins might look similar, but that does not mean all altcoins will fail, neither that all or some altcoins will stay alive forever. We'll see.

But how if they're unable to reach the soft cap until the pre-ICO/ICO day, or if the project failed in the middle of the process? Will the token be reshared again?
If the minimum ICO target is not reached until the end of the ICO, that usually means that the project will not be able to implement the roadmap they have because of lack of funds, so people who bought tokens get refunds.

List quite full. The main question is the quality of advertising or bounty campaign. It is the key point - one good realized instrument better than all instruments which performed in bad way.

Execution is always the key point. I wouldn't say the quality is most important only in advertising or bounties.

Basically, ICO looks like kind of IPO but with cryptocurrencies (tokens) and is a way that blockchain startups usually follow to get money.

I think the altcoin from the big projects, especially the ICO has no real value and can not apply in life.

Not arguing at all, just willing to understand the point - if a project is big and successful, why its coins should have no real value? Just logically, a project grows, a coin gets value. Maybe the point is that the majority of projects are not too successful, but that's another matter, just a regular business situation.

Individual altcoins may and will die, over 90% of them will never amount to anything but a good speculation tool for trading. But I fully believe the best ones will emerge in time and find actual real life use cases. And they all serve an important purpose in testing new ideas and developing the tech, while making all of us more btc on the side

Well, just the same situation as with startups: only a small portion really takes off. But that does not make the whole segment useless or having some really poor perspectives in either case. I agree that altcoins have and will have some role here.

Regarding stackexchanges, this is a nice thing to do, but won't give the necessary exposure
Wow, thanks for the clue, that reminded me of ProductHunt - anybody ever tried submitting a profile there when doing ICO, were there any good traffic from there?

Re: Looking for PR Manager or Consulting

Do you think most of these ICOs have too many personnel for PR?

Why? As I can imagine, there's so much work to do on an ICO... Or do you think that's not really? Would be glad to learn from a pro.

I would usually assamble a team of 4-5 people. You can always personally contact agencies and negotiate. You really don't need a PR company for the task.

If that's not a secret, what exactly should each of those 4-5 do? Like, 1 - Facebook and Twitter, 2 - forums, etc., or various languages, or what? The user I quoted before you says there's not so much work to do, but 4-5 people seem not a too small team.

Re: What does it need to start an ICO?
by

You won't need any support until people hear about you. First get your ideas, then compile a team of people who have the technical skills. Write up your concert and detailed whitepaper while the tech guys build the infrastructure. When you're ready, you can get people for community support.

Yeah, but what I'm asking is... Imagine the first day when I am announcing everything, talking to media, getting some first ads, etc., so I'm already getting people hear about me. My question is - do usually people start asking questions in an active manner from the very first day, which means I need multiple support/community guys from the very beginning, or is there some lag before the support team high load begins, i.e. people are researching, thinking, and only after that start asking questions, in like 2 weeks?

Yours looks too comprehensive to add anything.  Smiley I knew there are multiple opportunities here but never thought of such a long list... Good job! But then, how many people should one have to arrange all these marketing/PR/advertising activities and where to find them? Are there any dedicated agencies that are good at that or what would you recommend?

What about support and when you need it most? I am about to begin preparation for an ICO, so is it a good idea to start with hiring one support specialist and then gradually expand the support team? Or, are there going to be some high load on support already starting from the first days, so I had better involve multiple human resources to handle support from the very beginning?
