OK, well yes you were polite, and even a little cute in your communication..
The response you got there on Facebook is just a canned/chatbot response - they're not telling you your question is junk..
Keep trying is all I can suggest. Make sure you have a support ticket open as well as Facebook.
If that doesn't work, you could always open a thread on this forum to demand an answer from the team.. (I'm not trying to start shit, that's just what I would do, if I was getting nowhere with their customer service)
