You need to share some proof of your ordeal for forum members to properly assess your situation. Just typing stuff here and there randomly is pointless. Update this post with screenshots of your conversations with the support team etc.What exactly was the problem related to your account? Multi-accounting, VPN usage, Arbing etc? More clarity is required from your end.
Looking at his post history, all of them is complaint or allegation against casino, shuffle is the 3rd casino he tries to complain.
Surprisingly all his allegations come without any proof, just words by words and there was no single further confirmation from his older allegation against other casinos.
Perhaps he will not come back here as what he did in other thread and maybe he will come to other casino's thread for similar accusation.
Checked his shuffle's account with the username he wrote above, he can be said as new player since he joined last month and currently at Bronze 3.
If what he says is real and Shuffle ask him to wait, there is nothing he can do except wait for it, if he did not do something wrong then he will get his money soon.
I'm not allowed to complain if i have issues with casinos? to answer you why i didn't come back its because : i took a pause from gambling because of personal issues , one of the 3 casino's what i complain, they fixed my account and paid me full balance , i just update the thread (sorry for that) , sure i will post proof , but what proof because they have only automatic answers same things to every email or live chat , i will come with print screen from conversation and also to my withdraw time and everything , but what i don't understand it's , why i should lie about it ?

Based on how I read and understand the users post, he is not formally accusing shuffle of any thing yet, he only brought his issue wit the casino here for the reps to help look into it and help process his withdrawal.
He isn't accusing the casino of scamming him or stealing his money, so there is really no need for him to begin sharing evidence to backup his claim.
We can only request that he share evidence of his claim when he comes forward to formally accuse the casino of stealing his money by either banning his account and by other means.
So ,for now i don't accuse them of nothing , maybe it's normal to don't pay in 1-2 days , what it's strange for me : i play to them from some time , deposits fast withdraws (almost instant) but in one day , they put withdraw in pending review , and told me to verify my account and after they will process withdraw, all perfect i did it all 3 steps are full complete verified, and after they come and say, manually review etc and no exact time for them to pay me! sure i will share screenshots , but also in live and email they are only but only automatic answers ....they don't care to put a real person to answer on live chat or emails ! to answer you about: Multi-accounting, VPN usage, Arbing etc , NO i dont use VPN , first account here and single one , arbing ( i dont know what its this ) i play casino a lot also sports betting mostly live , goals etc ! and also the withdraw it's not big amount of money , around 5-600$ also my money involved there , my deposit etc .... But i don't like, when i cannot reach them to discuss about my money and my account !

Hello , very bad experience with this bookie' i played around 2-3 weeks to them , not win much not lost much middle balance , one day before i lost around 3-400 $ in some soccer games (not win) , i deposited more and i bet on a game around 200$ and this bet has been a winning bet, on HT a bet on over goals....they waited to finish the HALF TIME , and instead to give me the winnings , they canceled the bet!! Ok i have no issue if they put wrongs odds or something like that , but please cancel before to see if bet its win or lost....so i can place in other bookmaker ! they say it's not their fault it's the 3rd party provider ...It's not fair for us , for them its a win win situation ,if you lost it's lost , if win its canceled...how we can win ?! I specify the game it's from first league, not...3-4 league , and they didn't close the odds or error or something like that , and also they had around 30-40 minutes to cancel, because i place the bet in the first minutes, everything whose going normal ....and barely i catch the bet with some luck . They are just ridiculous!!
