So here's my issue : 3 days ago i deposited 0.01 btc , i gamble these funds and when i asked for a withdrawal of about 115 $ worth of btc
i was asked to complete KYC
I originally send my national id card and a selfie holding my id , However the verification failed and i got an email stating that "document is expired" ! I then contacted customer service via live chat and email explaining that my national id card have NO expiration date , and that my card is obviously still valid not only to my country but to all EU countries.

I got no answer and then i send a second form of id (my driver's lisence) for KYC purposes , which again failed , this time cause according to edgless's system document "was not readable" !

after that second failed attempt i contact them again and send via email all the documents ( id card and driver's lisence ) , and also offer the alternative for
 for a skype or viber call in order to verify my account.

2 days after my original contact and several attempts to reach customer service noone is answering !
This is by far the worst customer service i 've ever seen !
And all that just to withdraw 100ish amount of usd ! Which shouldn't need any KYC in the first place (i believe their curacao regulator requires KYC for at least 2000+ withdrawal)
I could only imagine the hurdles for getting back to your wallet larger amounts

So i hope someone will help here and resolve this asap , cause maybe the amount is small but for principal reasons i am not willing to let this go and sleep on my funds!

I have 3 on 3 bets i placed unsettled , eventhough matches finished almost 8 hours ago!
And where is your CS?! It's practically non existed!

Thanks ! Obviously i will withdraw bitcoin as i mentioned in my answer ! So the procedure is like this
1) Deposit btc
2) Convert btc to euro (so my balance is not subject to bitcoin fluctuations)
3) Bet
4) Convert back to bitcoin
5) Withdraw bitcoin

Steve could you please confirm this ?

And one more question how you determine the convertion rate between bitcoins and fiat ?

Is it possible to deposit bitcoins and then  turn the balance of my account to euros , and if eventually i want to withdraw then  turn again the balance from euros back to bitcoins (obviously at the rate of the time of withdrawal request) ?

It's obvious that fairlay's behaviours is unacceptable since they are not authority to confiscate people's money at will!
That's the  reason i am sick and tired of centralised bookmakers/exchanges i can't wait for decentralised betting and bitcoin exchanges , that's the reason we need them asap
In the mean time i am more than sure that fairlay will pay multiple times the amount they confiscated due to customers lose faith to them after that

Weird thing is that LakeBTC continues to operate making 55milion usd volume every day , ranking 33 in CMC!!!
Seems that people continue using their platform eventhough they clearly scammed so many people and not answering to anyone about this!

Sure , monero it's the best out there imo also
However it's already well established and eventhough still plenty of room to grow , the potential is even greater with coins like XSPEC
I like deeponion also but there is the problem of price instability due to airdrops

I noticed many people talked about deeponion , which is interesting project indeed and sure enough ONION price is going up , however no one said about airdrop rounds happening which eventually will give to holders 10000000 coins!
The rules for airdrop eligibity includes among others that in order to qualify, "you must be a member of bitcointalk.org, at least at Jr Member level, registered before December 1, 2017. You must wear DeepOnion signature during the course of all airdrops."    for example

That means that not all new invsetors/holders coming to ONION are eligible for the airdrops , so why someone new to invest in this coin when he knows he is not getting any airdrops which is more than sure will affect price downwards cause obviously token holders would want to sell a percentage of their free coins?

Really very strange all this! i can't really get it! 

1) LakeBTC is a top20 exchange in CMC just behind Gemini! How could they organise and participate in such a scam!!!
They still operate and they still have big volumes!

2) They are not answering to any questions from their investors

3) Like Krysthl said their website isn't updated and anyone would think the ICO was still going

4) They have our money  but don't care to answer what is happening with them, it's a big exchange behind this and still more or less noone knows or talk about it exept from us who lost our money

When tokens will be transferable?
And is KYC needed in order to transfer tokens to wallet even for presales holders ?

To my  defence i fall for this cause was backed by lakeBTC which used to be a legitimate exchange
At least it gives me some relief if i can warn even just one of any potential victim
