As of now, The system doesn't support cash withdrawal. The users can exchange in supported crypto coins or fiat currencies through P2P swap option. All options are mentioned in the transaction type. Note that, you must know the username of your trading / escrow partner. This minimizes the risk of getting scammed.

Bitxoe portal is up and working fine. Since the portal was launched in BETA, the development team is monitoring the possible errors and bugs to make sure all existing users have good experience.

About Locking Funds:- If bitcoins are uploaded, it gets deposited in a safe wallet which is fully controlled by the platform, the users can't withdraw until seller the completes the jobs or delivers the product. Full blockchain integration is possible before the public launch.

Regarding the Cash withdrawal: As of now, The system doesn't support cash withdrawal. The users can withdraw only in bitcoins or can exchange in 5 other supported crypto coins through P2P swap option.
