like I told its jus SCAM bookie , from my last post nothing changed , dont receive any message about my money or account , account still freeze , nobody answer me again , Its crazy because they continue illegal business and nobody stop them , they will stolen more and more money , so maybe some competent people in this forum who knows how we can stop them or where can start write complains ?

I honestly don't know why they would scam for 500 EUR at this early stage - that is peanuts to what they could make in the long run if they kept the operations going.
At least they're still profit if they scam for 500 EUR, we also don't know how much other users depositing into their sites. It sound like you're teach someone to become bigger and popular to scam larger than this one.hello,

just after my fault i found this topics , I understood that it was my mistake to make account at this bookie, so now want send message to another betting world users to safe them from this scammers ..
I made account here because one of telegram channel offer them , of course I asked owner or its safe , he promise me that yes , explain me about vip accounts and ect ...

It would be interestengi to hear the response from OP given that this is not a big amount and they have just started recently.

Here was all okay money arrive on my gaming account. I start to play some bets win, something lose and after try to withdraw some money , but in the system show me error (you not alowd to do this). I contact with live support , receive answer that I must write a email to accounts@stake.com , and here start my problems:
1: biggest problem that nobody answer to my email
2. when I wrote to live chat , they dont give me any information
3. 3 days I dont receive any normal answers, they just hold time.
4. live chat lying , they told me will be answer in 24hours ,after again told me wait , but why dont explain whats happening, next agent told me that sport department will resolve my situation after few hours wrote me that marketing department resolve my situation so I understood that nothing happening.
Already 4 days no any normal answer what with my acc...

Maybe because of suspicious activity, the stake management decided to hold your withdrawal.
