Saya juga sering banget ngerasain hal yang sama. Terkadang kita udah niat banget, tapi rasa malas tetap datang. Menurut saya, coba mulai dengan langkah kecil aja, jangan langsung terlalu berat. Mungkin bisa atur jadwal yang realistis, fokus ke satu hal dulu, dan beri reward buat diri sendiri kalau udah berhasil capai target kecil. Bisa juga coba temuin motivasi yang bener-bener bikin semangat.Sudah belajat berbagai macam habit namun belum juga ada perobahan, rasa malas seakan menjiwai tubuh ini mencoba melawan masih aja menang ni malas.

Menurut saya, edukasi seks untuk anak usia dini itu penting, tapi harus disesuaikan dengan usia dan pemahaman mereka agar ketika tumbuh dewasa si anak tidak terjerumus ke hal-hal yang negatif atau pergaulan bebas terutaman kalau anak-anak perempuan yang mudah sekali terpengaruh dengan dunia luar. Maka dari itu, peran orang tua sangat penting dalam mendidik anak-anak sejak usi dini agar anak-anak tidak terjerumus dalam pergaulan bebas.

Setuju banget, proses itu penting dan nggak ada yang instan. Kadang memang sabar itu diuji, apalagi di dunia investasi seperti kripto yang naik turunnya bisa bikin deg-degan. Gak perlu buru-buru jadi sempurna, cukup jadi terbaik diri kamu sendiri aja. Jangan lupa juga kasih waktu buat diri sendiri buat istirahat dan refleksi, bro. I don?t think juventus will win any trophy this season, the are struggling to pick points In the league, I think all they can fight for is for a place to at least participate in European competition next season, either the Europa league or the conference league.
