Job Order is really a part of the hiring process but some companies don't really do this standard procedure to intentionally deceive their applicants especially newbies on their first job. The applicant will be very unaware and they will be caught by that bait. I guess Trustlogics will really solve this problem through transparency.

Why will they use telephone or email when there is video call or video conferencing for a panel interview? I think Trustlogics can easily do that because they have the latest technology that we can't think of. I imagine that when the time comes that Trustlogics became successful and popular, they can apply also hologram image for their final interviews so they can really see what is the behavior of the applicant.

I am currently now on IT Department of a certain company and I know how the department handles the important data especially customer and employee data.
