I ordered the first server which as of now fine. Then paid him more for another server and extension of current. I see he is gone completely. I paid by paypal and planning to go for paypal dispute. If he comes back I will update you here.

I just paid for a Windows VPS (the $14 one) from btcpp. Good communication so far, and I'll post again once I have the machine available and have a chance to test it.

This is Amazon VPS right? I don't think it will last for one year because Amazon banned every account that running illegal things.
I think OP you should add a note to your all buyers to avoid getting ban their VPS/account.

I bought a powerful server from this guy and waited for sometimes to give my feedback. It looks very good service so far, the server is really fast and powerful, exactly what I was looking for. I may go for a second server now.

Welcome to Bitcoin! You can "test" Bitcoin without even having to buy it, if you really want to just know how it feels like just by getting a small amount for free. I'll give you a hint as I don't want to promote any specific site, but look for promos in this forum that can earn you some small amounts for a bit of work. You'll withdraw it to your wallet, and feel nice about it.
If you insist on buying, I'd advise you to up your payment. Paypal buys especially need to cover fees and the risk of chargeback.
